New and totally equipped apartment, in the full center. It's facing towards the "Ría de Pontevedra", very luminous thanks to its exterior windows with a view to the ria and the nautical club. The flat has been decorated with a modern and elegant style. The flat is perfect for a couple, group of couples or a family with children. charming wood on stone house

The house has been restored by the owner using recycled items and woods cut in the forrest. So it has a very artistic touch,and handmade feeling. You are right on the river shore ,surrounded by oak forest and old walking trails. A very peaceful spot. La casa fue construido por la duena usando materiales recicladas y maderas cortadas en su propio bosque . A si que da un toque muy personal artistico . El terreno linda con el rio Verdugo en la que se puede encontrar pozas aptos para el bano .

Historic landmark apartment in the center of the old town in Pontevedra. Less than a minute walking distance to the main square in the city. This is a pedestrian area, with a restored stone balcony and rustic stone wall on the inside from beginning of the 1800s. Home of the violin player Manuel Quiroga - giving name to the street. The famous Rias Baixas beaches are very close by - 15 to 30 minutes by car - and at night the city is buzzing with people.

Part of a Racionalist building dating from the 40's this place was fully re-built and restaured in 2007 and has the best quality of equipment and materials.
