Awesome stay. A proper home from home. Chocolates on arrival, delicious pastries made for us on 2nd night, good coffee machine. Whole first floor of a fantastic Swiss chalet to ourselves. Hosts friendly. Can't ask for more! A++

If you are looking for a bright, invitingly furnished apartment with a great terrace with lake views, Benjamin is just right. We immediately felt very comfortable. In cold winter weather, we settled comfortably at the fireplace and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The communication with Benjamin was very straightforward and friendly. The village offers good shopping, a lovingly furnished flower house coffee, restaurants where you can eat fine and of course many walks with lake views. We only stayed in Ermatingen for a few days and there would certainly have been much more to discover. However, we liked what we were able to experience and get to know - well worth a trip. As an Air B&B host myself I notice everything. Vera thought of everything. Our stay was perfect. I would definitely come back. Staying here really made our vacation even more enjoyable. The location was great. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

Wonderful location directly on Lake Walensee and yet you are in the ski resort in no time. The apartment is maintained and cleaned. The kitchen is well equipped for an apartment and there are various basic ingredients such as salt, spices, oil, tea, etc. at your disposal. Only the frying pans had already reached their end of life at the time of our stay. Overall, we had a great stay.

Our family did a stint of air bnbs because for a family of five, it was the most economical and easier option. We have been disappointed with the all of them in Italy, Japan. And there I was telling my husband that that’s it; no more Airbnb; can’t trust the reviews. Then we went the Urdin house. It was beautiful, clean, and I clearly could sense the effort that Alvaro and Rayna had to make us feel at home. They even had new kitchen sponge and towels and the place wasn’t dusty, floor was heated, central heating was working fine, bathrooms felt so at home for us!

My fiancé and I booked Johannes’ beautiful home to celebrate our Switzerland elopement with our closest friends. Everyone loved how charming the home was and how beautiful the surrounding was. There were lots of cooking tools for us to use. The only real issue was the ceiling above the second flight of stairs…taller people had a difficult time not hitting their head. Other than that, it was a great space to spend time with amazing people.

I was already in Simon's cottage on the lake for the third time and enjoyed the tranquility, the wonderful view and the cozy atmosphere again. Thanks!

Super uncomplicated check-in as well as check-out. Received super helpful information in advance as well as during the stay. Furnishings super cozy with great flair. It was great that the heating could be individually adjusted at these currently cold temperatures.

We stayed at Martin's place for the second time for a week and felt very comfortable. Glad to come back!

Eva’s place was absolutely amazing—so cozy and full of charm. The architecture is truly a hidden gem! The location was peaceful, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. Eva was incredibly friendly, always ready to help and make sure we had everything we needed. We loved every moment of our stay! We will definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone.

We had an absolutely brilliant stay in Peter’s lovely apartment at the walensee resort. He was super helpful with info and websites before we came and the apartment was as described. It was so beautiful and peaceful and just a few steps from the lake which we swam in every day. We loved having a little sunset drink at the kiosk just around the corner. The bottom of the cable car up the mountain was just a couple of minutes away and we enjoyed the toboggan and the Cliimber on the Flumsberg mountain. We hiked lots, and the mountain restaurants had play frames etc to entertain the kids. Highly recommended to all, and good value for Switzerland.

This was a great stay for the ski season, easily walkable to the cable car.

Verena and Rudi were personally picked up and dropped off at the train station, the room was spotless, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the bathroom and bedding were completely standard for a five star hotel.We didn't know much about the waste sorting in Switzerland and the Verena handles demonstrated to us.Rudi had a bonfire for us every night and it was romantic and warm.The house is in a unique location, out the door to the right is the walk along the Rhine River, about 40-50 minutes to the Rhein waterfall.To the left is the forest walk, 1h and a half hour to the Rheinna monastery church, beautiful.Unfortunately, it was only 3 days, so it should be a few more days.Verena and Rudi envisioned us very well and even drove us to coop to buy.We will come back again.Wish Verena and Rudi in good health and happiness and greetings from Yusha and Shangmin!

We find the resort Walensee, where the apartment is located totally beautiful. It is a good starting point for nice excursions. The apartment is lovingly furnished and makes every child's heart beat faster. There is nothing missing, everything is available from the birthday candles, over hair gums and a mega large games cabinet. We enjoyed the days in the apartment. Thank you
