Beautiful place, very kind hosts and accommodating. The breakfast was a brilliant extra which we didn’t expect. The village is lovely and has a playground only 5 minutes walk and a little shop for groceries. Great location up in the hills. We would recommend and stay again. Thank you for all your help.

We had a great stay , Claudia was very welcoming, she picked and dropped us to and from train stations, despite our train delayed to Viterbo. She personally checked us in and recommended good local restaurants. We are grateful she met us in person and made our stay very enjoyable. Thanks for hosting us in your lovely home.

Fabio was a great host, he was very nice and responsive. The flat was clean and in a great location near the heart of the city. I would definitely recommend this place and happily go back.

Anna was such a delightful host! She greeted us warmly and showed us everything in her lovely space. She had a friend with her who helped her with English so we would understand. She invited us to a community gathering and we're welcomed by all. She even treated us to mulled wine. Such a memorable experience that truly touched our hearts. We are traveling around Tuscany and Anna’s place was a favorite! She’s a true gem. She was helpful with all of our questions and very warm and kind. We followed her recommendations in all the surrounding towns and were delighted with every meal. The apartment is truly special with an incredible view. The location could not be better. I don’t know what I was expecting, but the view brought immediate tears to my eyes. The place is so cool! Make sure to look in the closet! We will make another trip and will make a point of staying here! Anna, you’re the best!!!

We were guests in Romina's beautiful mini-apartment, central location from where to reach all the main beauties of Tuscia, the apartment has all the comforts and has an excellent division of spaces. romina is also a very kind and helpful person. Bagnaia is a little gem to visit.

We really liked Renzo's suite. Tidy in style, modern but with architectural elements characteristic of Gubbio's historicity. You stay in the historic center and you can fully breathe the Eugubian everyday life without touching the car (parked outside the walls). Very close to the attractions and typical restaurants. Beautiful kitchen area and bathroom. High comfort. Top-notch Renzo hospitality. Definitely the highlight of vacation apartments in the city center. Great.

Lovely apartment in the middle of chestnut trees in a small village called Forty, ten minutes by car from Piancastagnaio and not far from the Amiata summit, equipped and fresh. Upon our arrival we appreciated the kindness and availability of Mrs. Lidia who made us find a nice welcome cake. Comfortable some trails that have allowed us and our two baskets to spend a pleasant vacation.

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! Thank you Maria!!

Large apartment, with parquet Clean environment, with decor that tells a little history, really nice Centrally located apartment, within the historic center and the Ztl Serena was very welcoming, she also arranged for us another room as a courtesy (she thought we were a couple) Also recommended for multiple days

Beautiful in every way!!! The location was in walking distance to everything. The rooms were very spacious and well appointed. It is the perfect spot in Assisi. Can’t wait to return!

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

This gem of a find right in the heart of the medieval village walls was amazing. Our balcony over looking the square & fountain full of genuine Italian history, charm & character. Laura was the perfect host with wonderful communication & generous knowledge & assistance. Our room was clean , cosy & the shower great! We ate & drank directly in the square eating traditional cuisine in a perfect setting. Breakfast was stress free with great choice. A delight to stay for our first night in Italy 🇮🇹

My husband and I fell in love with Olimpia’s place. We found it so beautiful and charming. Very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the gardens, the home, the pool, the view of the Tuscan countryside from the pool, and the delightfully strong coffee in the mornings in a romantic setting on the back patio. Olimpia and her sons were so kind and inviting. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Both Anelida and Mauro were so friendly and charming. Although she doesn't speak English, we communicated easily using Google Translate. She prepared breakfast for us during our stay, baked homemade cakes, and everything was really delicious. The room, common areas, and bathroom were very clean. The location is also excellent; it’s very close to Pienza, Montalcino, and Montepulciano, right in the middle of everything. It was a perfect stay for anyone looking for an authentic experience. Thank you for the warm welcome!

We enjoyed our one night stay here very much. The flat is furnished with every thing you need and decorated beautifully as showed on the photos. Benedetta is so friendly and we are much appreciated to her hospitality and great breakfast. It worths more than 5 stars and provided free pick up services to and from train station. The place is centrally located in the old city with good restaurants nearby as well as nice scenery. Highly recommended to others to have a relax here.

10/10 - Wow! We have only the highest praise for this beautiful accommodation and its lovely hosts, both which made the trip feel truly special. The apartment has so much charm and artistic detail with a lovely decorative terrace and was very clean, spacious and located in the centre (but quiet) and a 10-15 min walk from the train station. The hosts could not have been more kind and accommodating in their welcome. We will remember this place for a long time.

We booked this for our wedding photographer and she had an amazing stay. Not very responsive however as we’d asked for some local information a few days before and never received a response.

Such a lovely, peaceful stay. The b&b is beautiful and surrounded by amazing scenery. Host was flexible, friendly and very hospitable. Wish we could have stayed longer :)
