Castiglione is one of the most beautiful villages in Tuscany, and among the most beautiful in Italy. The accommodation allows a comfortable use of the services offered by the village, located less than a kilometer from the center to offer spaces with privacy and silence framed by the beautiful Apuan Alps. The house is large and well organized Living area with openings onto outdoor terraces and kitchen equipped with all basic necessities included. Sleeping area with 3 large bedrooms and two comfortable bathrooms. Raphael is an attentive host, but he does not reside in Castiglione. The lady who was supposed to welcome us was on vacation and so we checked in and checked out in complete autonomy. However, everything went well and the stay was pleasant. Definitely recommended!!!

Beautiful apartment right next to the park in Viareggio in a quiet environment. Well-furnished and equipped. Friendly host. Only a few minutes to the beach. Busy road in the vicinity. Unfortunately, a lot of trash in Viareggio, as is often the case in Italy. Beach clubs with beach access cost between 25 and 70 euros for a family. There is also a small section of the beach that is freely accessible. We can recommend the apartment for a beach holiday.

Super nice area. Beautiful pool and super lovely hosts. The arrival was no problem, even the somewhat arduous road was no longer an issue after the 2 driveway. I would just not recommend it with a deep car😉. The hosts were already on site and the check-in was a dream and can also be reached at any time. Will definitely come back. Absolutely recommended. 🫶

We had a great time at Carlo and Elena's. The fenced garden and pool were real pluses. Not to mention all the little touches that Carlo had for us, and even a gift for our little puppy. The accommodation is peaceful surrounded by mountains with beautiful views. We would recommend this house and its host because everything was perfect!

We stayed in this house during the Lucca fair. The hosts immediately welcomed us warmly, together with the sweet little dog Luna, making us feel like we were at home. The house is located on a hill in Balbano, thus ensuring excellent silence. Having a large garden, it also has ample parking, which is not to be underestimated. The house is still being renovated so it is a nice house, but with some small details still missing. Overall a good experience.

Francesca’s place is a gem not to be missed. Francesca’s communication was great and we were sent really clear instructions on how to arrive. Our flight was slightly delayed so we were arriving later than expected and Francesca’s mother was kind enough to come out in the rain to meet us and show us where to park. The location is perfect in the larger of the 5 towns, easily accessible to the beach with a 10 minute walk by road or 5 minute short cut down approx 150 steps (we managed these easily with our 6month old in a baby carrier, however for those less able to manage the steps the road walk has no steps). The balcony is a perfect spot for breakfast or an evening glass of wine with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and the ocean. From this location it’s very easy to visit all 5 villages via foot, boat or train. We travelled with our 6 month old and found that Monterosso was the best for children due to its beach and it’s much flatter than the other villages.

Very good stay, the accommodation is very large with lots of stairs but it is well located, the village is pretty and quiet and the terrace is really good. The person who took care of us very kindly. Just maybe we didn't pay attention to the 200e paid on site (150 cleaning and 50th fee) but hey. Close to a lot of things I would recommend

When we arrived, we found that the pool was shared. This should have been clarified before booking. That said, everything else was perfect. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean. Carla was very nice. We had a wonderful time.
