My husband and I had a wonderful few days at Eileen’s wonderful apartment. She went out of her way to check in with us periodically to be sure all was well. The pool looked beautiful, but we happened to choose a few days with unusually cold weather in Florida. We loved how relaxing it was, close to everything. Thank you! We will surely come back when we are next in the area.

Our stay was great! Very thoughtful setup and accommodations. Only criticisms are the bathroom is tiiiiny. Had to sit awkwardly on toilet and was shoved against the wall for showering. Floors were an odd texture and not clean feeling. Living room doesn’t have enough proper seating for 4 people, but we made it work. We are very grateful we had a small SUV as a full-sizes truck did not fit well in the parking area & made it challenging for us and other guests to navigate around. However, none of the above would deter us from staying again or recommending. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood, outside hangout areas, thoughtful accommodations (beach necessities, access to laundry, nice linens, well-equipped kitchen), close proximity to the beach & things to do. Host was very responsive to my message on check in night. (I didn’t need her anymore afterwards).

Beautiful place and great for family. 19 minutes to Magic Kingdom and 18 minutes to Hollywood Studios. Gated with a guard. The pool and water park were wonderful. Better than the pictures. There were a couple of things to know-no wash clothes or bath mats to step out of the bath. Kitchen was great but no dish soap or dishwasher soap, no napkins, which he is not obligated to supply. Just letting you know what to bring. We will return in February and stay again here.

The place is near a lot of things and the instructions for the check in are straightforward. We enjoyed our time in this place.

Very nice little place and very equipped. Wish we had been able to use kayaks but weather was too cool. We would be sure to keep this on our list for cocoa beach! One thing to note that i may have missed in description is that it is an upstairs unit so you must be able to walk up stairs as that is only access, which was not an issue for us

We had everything we needed for our stay; home was just as described, perfect size for the two of us. We were close to our family that we visited and to local restaurants/bars. One thing that bothered my husband, but I was use to this sound, is there are several trains that you will hear throughout the day/night. Plan ahead with white noise or earplugs. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves and found this to be a cozy home with a beautiful backyard.

We had a wonderful stay and Nga was a great host. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable. Close to everything you need or may want to do. Would definitely stay again.

The location was clean, safe and close to parks and restaurants. Some guests may find neighbor's dog barking a problem. We were fine with everything.

Monica was very responsive and even helped us rearrange our dates to the best of her ability when we had some other events come up that interfered with our stay. The view is absolutely beautiful and the property is very nice and quiet. We loved being on the top floor! The set up was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was fully equipped for what we needed (normally we have to go buy a vegetable peeler). The kids loved going from the pool to the hot tub. We met a few of the locals and they were very nice and welcoming. We’d absolutely stay again on our next trip down to Cocoa beach! Thank you so much Monica for allowing us to rent your property!

This apartment was the perfect spot from which to spend a few days at Disney and Universal! Loved having a day by the pool to enjoy the sun and the location is perfectly walkable to lots of restaurants and a large Publix within 15 minutes. We didn't need to rent a car which was perfect. Deborah was very helpful and accommodating to our check in and check out times. 10/10 stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Jean’s place. It had everything we needed for a long weekend stay at the beach - away from the cold mid-west winter weather. Clean & cozy. Will definitely stay again if we’re ever back in the Cocoa Beach area. Bonus-we got to see a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral during our stay. Thank you Jean for being a terrific host!

Great location! Right on the beach as described. Provides equipment for the beach, bbqs, towels, pots and pans etc. Would definitely stay here again before a cruise

The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need for a good stay with the family and is located in a quiet area with easy access to everything. It is close to Disney parks and close to all kinds of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Gary is very diligent, offers clear instructions, and was on the lookout for us to have no issues on arrival.

I really liked the place and would stay again. It was comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. I have nothing to complain.

Jose’s place was extremely comfortable. We spent a couple of days at Disney World and came back exhausted. Everyone rested up so well in the accommodation. Would highly recommend the condo!! Felt totally 5 star. You do need to go through an id process to enter each time. But this was seamless. I respected and appreciated the security it offered. Thank you Jose, when we come back we would definitely stay here again!
