Everything was as advertised, very clean, good location and cheap. Host was also very quick to respond when we had questions. Neighboors were a little loud, but only during the daytime. The door was also a little bit hard to work out, but that was mostly because we were not used to such a door. Overall, a great stay.

Super appartment, very friendly and flexible hosts. It was a very relaxed and warm stay at this place. Would recommend it to everybody that likes a silent, easy and homely stay away from home.

The amenities and location are very good. The host is uncomplicated and easily accessible. Also uncomplicated for dogs, a walk in the adjacent forest is very convenient. The sauna is highly recommended.

We were traveling a lot with our friends who live nearby. The independent access to the granny flat was very convenient, well lit and accessible, as we often came home late and so did not disturb anyone. After a long New Year's Eve, it was also nice to spend a day of "recovery" in the well-furnished apartment. We had a pleasant time with Karina, always happy to come back.

Our stay at this place was completely successful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and lovingly furnished, especially the kitchen left nothing to be desired. A real highlight was the cozy oven, which created a particularly homely atmosphere. Thanks to the friendly and accommodating hostess, we immediately felt welcome – she really goes out of her way to accommodate all wishes. The location is easy to find, free parking is available, and with the tourist tax you can enjoy numerous activities in the area at a discount. We were more than satisfied and happy to come back!

Very nice little house in a very quiet place. High-quality kitchen with everything you need. Private hot tub and sauna are another highlight.

Excellent hosts who have thought of everything. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We felt extremely comfortable at the place and can only recommend it. All in all, it was a fantastic stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit the area.

Highest recommendation. A beautiful house overlooking Neuenmarkt/Hutweide that offers everything you want. The hosts are always available and try to make the guests as beautiful as possible. There is a lot of love in the decor and house itself, so that a feeling of "home" arises right away. The surroundings are also recommended - Wirsberg is well equipped for almost 2000 inhabitants and nature is of course - as usual in Upper Franconia - just great. All kinds of excursion destinations are easy to reach.

There were five of us (two adults and three children) in the beautiful house Werda and will definitely be back. The location was perfect for us for biking and walking. The house offered everything we needed and most importantly more than stated in the description. If you like ceramics and wood, this is the place to be and will immediately feel comfortable. Communication with Dani and Sven was always straightforward, friendly and helpful. A pearl that needs to be kept. Take care of everyone.

We traveled as a couple seeking tranquility and relaxation. The place is very quiet and rural. Modern with a few older accents, we felt very comfortable. A highlight is of course the fire. You can definitely make yourself comfortable there, for example, with a book. The surroundings are ideal for hiking and a larger spa is half an hour away by car. All in all, a great place to stay.

We stayed in the apartment over the Christmas holidays and were very pleased with the Christmas decoration and the very well-equipped kitchen. There was nothing missing. Sandra gave us a friendly welcome and we felt very comfortable. For a family of six, the apartment is an ideal vacation home.

The apartment is very nice but was a bit dirty, there was the hair in the floor. But the host was very very nice and available.

We had a relaxed, uncomplicated welcome, despite our late arrival at 9 PM. You have your peace and quiet if you want, but you could very well get into conversation with the hostess if you wish.

I had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Sabine's place. Upon arrival, she warmly greeted me and gave a thorough tour of the property. The space was absolutely clean, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. It is a perfect Vacay spot, it has a breath-taking view and the area itself is so calm and pleasant. I highly recommend this place.

Arrival was easy and uncomplicated, we were able to park right at the front door on the street. Check-in went very well and quickly. In the apartment everything was clean well lit and friendly. The bathroom was very clean. In the kitchen we had everything you need for cooking. The beds were comfortable. If you like to sleep with an open window, don't be bothered by the neighbor's rooster, who likes to crow at 2 o'clock in the morning. All in all it was a nice stay. I would gladly come back.
