Vacation rentals with a pool in Tierras Nuevas Saliente

This was a last minute booking and WOW, I couldn't have picked a better place. Myraida was an excellent host and quite frankly I would definitely will return. The house is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, you feel like you are at home. I loved hearing the sounds of nature at night and in the morning.

We were a group of 12 people, which we stayed comfortably, the house is very well equipped, the people in the toilet were too attentive and formal, everything was very clean and organized, restaurants and supermarket very close by, the house looks better physically than in photos , the incredible spaces. We would come back without hesitation.

The place was exactly as pictured. It was great, the room sizes were big, I would say more than 1 master, which is great if you have several families dividing the cost and don’t want to fight which room to get hehehe. The pool was heated which is a huge plus. There is a lot of entertainment space in different areas of the house which is why I booked the property. Everything was super clean and doesn’t have clutter decor, super soothing, so it was perfect. The walkable beach is a very short walk and it’s an amazing low tide one since there are a lot of reefs blocking the waves. Richard was very accommodating to our schedule and pretty much everything else, perfect host, gave us the runaround, had towels for each guest including pool towels, and was super tentative. 5 stars for that. I will definitely be back.

Where do I start? Carmen was one of the most accommodating hosts I have experienced! She gave us amazing recommendations and checked in on us often. She even gave us a little tour of the town! The in-room air conditioner units were not working during our stay and she did all she could to try to get them fixed. The main room air conditioner worked great, so we just kept the bedroom doors open and it was comfortable. The view at the house and private pool make this place! The house was clean and smelled great when we checked in. There is a semi-private beach that you can walk to from the house, otherwise the public beach is only a mile away and offers great swimming. Would stay here again for sure!

We needed a place to relax and be with family and friends. This house provided that. The pool is the highlight of this house!! The water was warm and just perfect. The house has beautiful balcony facing ocean. Hammocks and comfortable chairs were great to relax while listening to waves. Arian is great host very responsive and accommodating his recommendations on restaurants were on point. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this house for relaxing stay.

Place is great. We got lucky and had it all for our group, not sure how I would have felt it I had to share the pool and outdoor area.

A perfect stay! Beautiful gardening, and surroundings. Felt very private but yet very close to lots of places. The bed was super comfortable and we had all that we needed to feel at home. Thanks for a great stay and accommodations, see you next time!!

We loved our stay! And hope to be back in the future. The Apartment is tucked away perfectly and we loved the quick access to the beautiful beach! We had a longer stay and Amarilys checked in with us about half way through to see if we needed anymore house supplies. Check in and check out was easy. The place was clean and comfortable!

I can’t find the words to describe Angelica’s place. My check in was Dec 31 the day of the Island Blackout. Angelica was responsive to questions I had being the situation and offered me options in regards to my reservations even though this was beyond her control. I’m so happy I did not take the option to cancel and decided to continue with my reservations. Once I arrived the view just driving towards to the complex was breath taking. It was a secured gate area which made me feel even more comfortable because I was staying alone. Once I got into the apartment I felt completely at home. The place was immaculately clean in all rooms. Once I finally settled in I decided to venture out onto the beach that was steps away with a private entrance and was able to walk over to Mar Chiquita within minutes. She was responsive to my messages with minutes which I appreciated. It truly was a gem of the island that I found and can’t wait to book again. Thank you for an amazing stay

The listing was as described, and was located in a gated community where it was quiet, clean, and safe. The host was very responsive and flexible with my late check-in. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

We arrived at night, and the villa's patios and interiors were beautifully lit, making it easy to navigate and settle in. The kitchen is well-stocked, with clean and easily accessible appliances. Every area is thoughtfully equipped with expected essentials and delightful extras—ranging from Puerto Rican coffee to aloe vera for those moments when you’ve lingered too long in the sun. Rosemara is an exceptional host—always responsive and proactive in keeping us updated on local news that could affect our stay. For instance, during a mild power outage, we were only aware of it thanks to her timely notification. This brings me to a standout feature: Rosemara’s unit is equipped with both Tesla batteries and solar power, providing an extra layer of comfort and peace of mind. A++++++
