Vacation rentals with a pool in Tierras Nuevas Saliente

This was a last minute booking and WOW, I couldn't have picked a better place. Myraida was an excellent host and quite frankly I would definitely will return. The house is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, you feel like you are at home. I loved hearing the sounds of nature at night and in the morning.

We were a group of 12 people, which we stayed comfortably, the house is very well equipped, the people in the toilet were too attentive and formal, everything was very clean and organized, restaurants and supermarket very close by, the house looks better physically than in photos , the incredible spaces. We would come back without hesitation.

We had the most amazing time at Richard’s place. Absolutely stunning views and the house was clean and had everything we needed. Great for staying in or walking to the beach. The pool was heated which was a big plus. Richard was a good host and recommended local places to eat. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely magical! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by breathtaking ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves in the background. This home is truly a slice of paradise! The highlight for us was the stunning pool—the perfect spot to enjoy a morning swim or relax with a cocktail at sunset. The pool area with plenty of lounge chairs and cozy spaces to unwind. The house itself was beautiful perfect to celebrate my 46th birthday with my children . The host was kind, responsive, and clearly takes great pride in making their guests feel at home. If you're looking for a serene, unforgettable escape by the ocean, this is the perfect spot. Place is great. We got lucky and had it all for our group, not sure how I would have felt it I had to share the pool and outdoor area.

Mar Chiquita Beach House is a pure gem! When they say it’s close to everything it truly is. Places to eat, shop, and multiple beaches are all short distances away. The house is spacious, clean, and offers great amenities. My family and I really appreciated the pool after a long day of going out. Everything was clean and neat. Bryan responded to us really quickly and clearly. Not only would I recommend but look forward to staying there again with family. Thank you very much Bryan!!!

Amazing property! We found ourselves missing it every time we left the house. Local beach was great, but very busy on the weekends. Our favorite beach was tombollo but you couldn’t park on the weekdays so it was about a 30min walk out. Well worth it though for the beauty and seclusion. Went to las delicias waterfall that was suggested which was beautiful but we were not prepared for the crazy winding road up the mountain. My 5 year old ended up getting car sick on the way down. Our favorite thing to do though was walk on the beach right out back the property during low tide. If you walk about 10min to the left past the beautiful palm tree you can catch the most beautiful sunset. Josean was extremely friendly and responsive and we can’t wait to return.

Great location with walking distance beach and options as to how to enjoy this property: pool, beach, grill, or snooze from a porch and balcony at the breeze and sound of beach life.

A perfect stay! Beautiful gardening, and surroundings. Felt very private but yet very close to lots of places. The bed was super comfortable and we had all that we needed to feel at home. Thanks for a great stay and accommodations, see you next time!!

We loved our stay! And hope to be back in the future. The Apartment is tucked away perfectly and we loved the quick access to the beautiful beach! We had a longer stay and Amarilys checked in with us about half way through to see if we needed anymore house supplies. Check in and check out was easy. The place was clean and comfortable!

We had an amazing stay at Casita Agosto, beyond our expectation! Carlos and Alexandra provided us with detailed information and were very responsive throughout our travel. The condo was super clean and comfortable. We are already looking forward to visiting again!

Already wish I was back. Angelica thank you for sharing this space. It really was the whole package. The bed, views, waves, sounds, sites, beach, the rest of the space; all basically perfect. I hope to be back some day.

My family and I had a great stay at Melba’s. She was extremely responsive and ready to greet us at check in even though we had a late arrival. Her place was sparkling and smelled amazing as soon as you walked in. She provided beach towels, a cooler and beach chairs for our daily excursions. The neighborhood was extremely secure and quiet. Melba’s home is close to the grocery stores, fast food, drug stores and restaurants. We will definitely be back felt like home.

We loved our stay at Rose’s beach villa. It had everything we needed for an easy, relaxing beach vacation. We loved having both the beach and pool as an option. Rose had an umbrella and beach chairs (no sand toys for kids) and the pool had a kiddie pool that was only 1-2 feet deep. Perfect for our 3 year old. The villa grounds were very secure and we felt totally safe. It was a very short walk to the beach as advertised! The villa was clean and looked like the photos. One room is larger with plenty floor space and the other room had a decent amount of floor space too. We loved our stay!!! Thank you Rose!
