Vacation rentals with a pool in Tierras Nuevas Saliente

Excellent and beautiful place, quiet, clean and cozy, worth every penny, no reason to leave, super pleased with the place and grateful to the host.

We had an amazing stay! Betzenaida was an amazing host, very response and quick to address any questions. The house was so clean and looked just like the pictures. The neighbors wild life was kind of noisy but nothin that could be controlled. We used noise maker to block it out. It was a family trip with my siblings and their kids, and there was plenty of space, very clean and we felt safe. I would definitely stay again.

We had the most amazing time at Richard’s place. Absolutely stunning views and the house was clean and had everything we needed. Great for staying in or walking to the beach. The pool was heated which was a big plus. Richard was a good host and recommended local places to eat. I cannot recommend this place enough!

This is beach front! Traveled as family of 5 with teens. The ocean is the backyard, just down a few steps, views from patio and balcony are amazing. 45 minutes from San Juan. We loved the house and the beach and hung out outside every chance we had. The infinity pool is perfect. 3 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. Living, dining, laundry and full bath on main floor. The outdoor space and proximity to the ocean was everyone’s favorite part of the trip. This is what ocean front should mean.

This place was amazing for my 8 friends & me for our spring break. Close to a beautiful beach with lots of things to do on the beach. The pool & backyard space was everything we wanted & we loved hanging out back there. This place made our vacation one of the best ones we have been on.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The amenities were great, the host was so responsive and helpful, and it was comfy and cozy. We Ioved the guest book with all the info provided about the local area. We even reached out asking for food recommendations and received very quick and helpful responses. We had problems with our travel and the host was so supportive and responsive he made us feel very welcome. The pool right by the water is fantastic and hearing the ocean all night is so relaxing. We would highly recommend and would stay again.

Our stay at Paul’s was great. He gave plenty of information regarding local restaurants, shopping,etc. We felt safe during our stay as well.

Glori was very friendly, kind, responsive and allowed us to get in the much earlier then expected. I would recommend anyone to go there to have a nice, peaceful time with a beautiful view of the ocean the whole time.Thank you Glori.

What a beautiful stay we had!!!! Book your stay here! You won’t regret it!!! Everything you need this place has it! I went with my infant and was provided a pack and play for the baby! Place includes a washer and dryer! Near by private beach for a peaceful experience! Great poolside! You can enjoy the sounds of the waves while enjoying something to eat in the balcony very beautiful view! Host is very attentive! I will definitely be back!

Conveniently situated next to a lovely, walking beach, this spot is tidy and well-kept, and there are delicious food trucks nearby. That mix seems ideal for a restful and delightful visit.

The view was beautiful and just steps away from the beach or a pool and hot tub. Going to sleep hearing the sounds of waves crashing was a great way to end our day. Very helpful and responsive. Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise.

WOW WOW! What can I say about the place? I wasn't sure about visiting Puerto Rico with all the YouTube videos, as many people unfortunately criticize the island! The reason I booked this place was because of its central location, meaning close to San Juan and the central mountains! The condo is EXTREMELY secure, no complaints there. The arrival was easy; they handed me the keys along with the BEEPER for the security gate, which also works for entering the property. The pool is just a 2-minute walk away, the Hilton hotel beach is 7 minutes, and within 15 minutes on foot, you have Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, as well as a grocery store, other restaurants, and a pharmacy. The residence was clean upon my arrival, and I was surprised by the number of items included. When I say there's nothing missing, I mean absolutely nothing! I was a bit concerned about the yard since the neighbors are quite close, but I didn't see a single one—except for two ducks that came every day to greet us! WITHOUT FEEDI

Great place! Had all the amenities you could need on vacation, such as chairs, beach towels etc. It was also in a great location. I would stay again.
