Don Hector and his apartment were the keys to spend a week on vacation in Punta Arenas. I clearly highlight this host's intention in making guests comfortable and providing all the information they needed through educational guidebooks that were inside the apartment, which makes you think of what is beyond the business these apartments are homes for those who visit. Thank you for your stay, no seniors (almost zero) issues. Good quality WIFI and TV. Utensils available and beds in good order. Very convenient location in a quite neighborhood

Felt like home! to get a premium, it was super easy check in access. We arrived around 4.30 in the morning to their home and there was no difficulty in accessing, as we had been given very clear instructions previously. The hostess, her partner, and her dog are extremely friendly and were concerned to help us with all our questions about the trip and advise us. On the other hand, the kitchen and bathroom were in perfect condition. Highly recommended this place :)

Everything very nice, comfortable and cozy. 10 minutes away from the free zone and Magallanes University 15 min from the Airport by vehicle. The house is located right on a street with a lot of locomotion, (micro, taxi and bus), so you can go to any destination without problems The shower keeps hot water at all times The whole house is tidy and clean, you can use the kitchen and everything you need without any problems A room with a double bed with everything you need to have a good rest. Homeowners with all the availability to give you a pleasant experience and give you the affection of home.

Carla is very sympathic. He welcomed us with a lot of flexibility, even giving us a place to rest while the cabin was getting ready. The cabin is very nice with beautiful views of the strait. About a 10/15 minute walk to downtown. Totally recommended, we will be back with pleasure!! Thank you for everything!

This place is not just any hostel, it is a HOME. The days I spent here, I will remember them as a great retreat from the world, in the current condition, where I was able to rest easy and work peacefully. Lillian and her husband are wonderful, off the beaten track. It was a real pleasure to meet them and be able to share their family environment. Thank you very much. I'll definitely be back. Very kind host, she made us feel at home. We were invited by a little coffee with sweets we barely arrived, which made us feel welcome. The room is extremely comfortable, with a soft mattress and a warm environment. The bathroom was extremely well located to access from the room. All Alejandra's kindness is appreciated.
