Vacation rentals with a pool in Tías

The villa was everything Eva said it would be. It was spotless and well equipped with comfy beds. It’s in a great position as it’s walkable to the Marina and good restaurants. Eva was great at communicating.

This spacious tastefully decorated villa comfortably accommodated all of us. We were 8 adults and one 4 year old child. The Villa is situated in a quiet residential road away from the traffic. We all enjoyed the heated pool which was kept safe by closing the patio doors. We enjoyed the top floor sun bathing area as well as the pool area. There was plenty of shade when we had had enough sun. We made full use of the cooking facilities, BBQ, washing machine and line, dishwasher. We could eat as a family both inside and poolside. The TV was set up so we could watch British channels including CBBs for the little one. There was parking space on the quiet road outside for our two hire cars. A useful key safe was installed at the front gate enabling all of us to gain access while keeping everything secure. There was a good supermarket(Dino) and excellent steak restaurant (La Bohemia) within a few minutes walk. Both the owner Yann and his local representative Bernard were helpful.

A really fantastic villa which exceeded our expectations all round. It has everything you could need, Susannah was super helpful and responsive when we had questions and the location is superb just a short drive from Costa Teguise but nestled in a lovely quiet village. We would have loved to have stayed longer and would highly recommend this villa.

My family and I had a great stay at Casa Kesa. The house was great with lots of space and the 2nd kitchen was great for barbecues. The space was immaculately clean also. The host was very friendly and responsive to our messages. Having to get public transport into Porto Del Carmen was the only slight inconvenience. Overall a great place to stay. Highly recommended.

Great stay in a top villa. Traveled with our 3 young children who all had a blast. Villa is very spacious, has everything you need, with lovely mountain/sea view from the terrace. Sam a great host and very responsive. We hired a car to make the trips to Lidl and old town a little handier, to see a little of the island, and on return there was parking always available right beside the villa. Glad we hired a car but you could easily walk to everywhere if your kids are maybe touching adolescent stage. Walk to the beach and main strip is 10-15 mins. Will be recommending to others and hope to go back. 👍🏻

Great location for exploring the north of the island. Plenty to do within 15min drive and only a few minutes drive to get to Costa Teguise. The house was very spacious and clean with lots of equipment for self catering. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This villa didn't disappoint. So comfortable, spotlessly clean with everything you need. Great location with supermarkets nearby, and a short walk to the main strip with lots of restaurants and bars. Hilary welcomed us when we arrived and explained everything we needed to know. We've had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back. Thank you Richard and Hilary.

If anything, the apartment was even better than the pictures. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable villa to stay at, and I will be back.

Really nice place, could ask for more. The house is really nice and clean, you can walk around and find places to eat and supermarket.

2nd stay here quiet location but only a few minutes walk from the strip Lucia was always able to answer any questions we had hopefully be back again in the future

Amazing apartment with everything you could possibly need . The best location it is so close to all bars, restaurants and the beach but still quiet and peaceful . We would definitely recommend and will book again.Dora was in contact before and throughout our stay with clear instructions and flexible check in when our flight times were altered. Giuseppe's place is located quite near the strip, far enough away to feel relaxed in a quiet neighbourhood but near to bars and restaurants. Pool area was nice, clean, tidy & spacious. Plenty of sunbeds. Terrace was great to sit and have our breakfast with patio table/chairs. A couple of sunbeds would have made it a perfect spot to sunbathe. Bed was comfy. Kitchen well equipped. We would definitely return. No problems arose with our stay. if you are looking for a 'no frills' clean, well equipped place with value for money this we feel would suffice. An added bonus is the well stocked Spar shop at the end of the street. Very short walk to a couple of bars and just a little further down for the strip and access to beaches. We would have no hesitation to book again. Thank you to our host and the gentleman who took care of the apartment. He helped us out when we couldn't get a taxi to the airport. Thank you so much.

Just one improvement would be, better seating on the balcony. Reclining beach chairs would enhance the superb views and endless sunshine and of course comfort.

Emiliano is very responsive and nice. I don’t meet him but it was like I did. The place is super and my days perfect. Highly recommended and I would love to come back again

Everything vas ok. Altrough the imformation on entery are qiute expand you still need some time to find the apartment. But we did arrive at night. 😉 The apartment is in third row from the sea side. You can still see the sea from balcony as it is shown in the first photos. Not to be cofused with the photos of the pool which you can not see from the apartment. Otherwise the apartment has everything you need and overall it is worth to stay here.
