Apartment vacation rentals in Thuringian Forest

A very nice and modern apartment. The location in the courtyard is quiet. The cozy bed makes for restful nights. The couch invites you to relax and the modern smart TV is great in case the weather doesn't play along. Nice big shower and a well equipped kitchen. The check-in was great and could take place flexibly thanks to the key box. Marco sent us the instructions for this very accurately in a message. The area is great for long walks on the Main and you are quickly in Schweinfurt, where there are many great restaurants and shopping. The idyllic Bamberg is also just a half-hour drive away. If you want to explore the picturesque area around the charming village of Grettstadt/Untereuerheim, Marco's modern accommodation is in good hands. We will be happy to come back.

Great 1-room apartment that we, 2 adults with dog, enjoyed. Everything necessary was available, very quiet location, contact with host was very good. We will come back:-)

We had a great time! The room was very cosy, and it turned out we even had a direct view of Wartburg Castle through the branches of a tree. The city centre was within walking distance, and there were many beautiful hiking trails nearby. The "Drachenschlucht" is a must-see.

It was just fantastic, even if we were only there for three days. The host was always reachable very very nice and in the accommodation were all the things you need to live. I brought my own coffee milk and sugar, but it was not necessary because everything was available in the accommodation really highly recommended. Thanks very much dear Karina.

We stayed the first time in the Thuringian Forest. We enjoyed it very much as a family. The situation is quiet and the apartment is well renovated. Perfect as a starting point for excursions with the kids. Shopping facilities can only be reached by car. Only the kitchen equipment (glasses, cups, cutlery) could be more and the internet was not always stable despite the amplifier.

We were very happy with the place. We felt right at home, everything was as described and seen on the pictures.

Silke's apartment is well located and super equipped with everything you need. For our parking space we had to search in the side streets, but always found a parking space where you didn't have to walk far. We'd love to come back!

I have experienced Cordelia and Andreas as sober and uncomplicated in terms of nature. The decor was also sober, with everything you need and you can call it minimalist. I found it particularly good that hot water does not run at all times as an energy saving measure, but you could easily set the desired room temperature on each heating controller yourself. So the hosts do something for the environment and at the same time leave the guest the decision "environment or comfort?". I also noticed the thick fluffy carpet and the beautiful large dark brown closet. The romantic front yard with roses invited birds to romp in. Overall, the space has done what it should and serves its purpose. 👍🏻 And what else could you ask for? #sober #simple #simple I love it.

We were wonderfully and warmly welcomed by the two hosts. The apartment was not only clean and well maintained, but with lots of little details and attentions a "home " feeling. We would come back to Thomas's place in a heartbeat, very clear recommendation.

Christiane rents a very nice apartment on the 4th floor of a residential building. The apartment has many large windows as well as a large roof terrace. You therefore have a great view over Erfurt. The house is very quiet, you can sleep very well with an open window. The large bathroom has underfloor heating, the apartment is equipped with everything you might need for a nice holiday. Beds are made on arrival, great service! Plenty of towels and kitchen linens are available. Also consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, detergent, cleaning products, coffee beans, tea, spices, etc.) Washing in the apartment is free of charge. All this is very generous, so as a small thank you to feed the piggy in the kitchen! 😊 The apartment is handed over by key safe, you will find it very clean. Elevator to the 5th floor!

The place was easy to find and check-in was hassle-free and flexible. The listing is the same as the listing and is clean. Around the location in the center, everything is within walking distance. Communication was always friendly and uncomplicated.

Everything was very very very good. We felt comfortable here from the first moment. The apartment, its location, the beautiful neighborhood, the daily walk (or the bus ride) to the city have upgraded our Weimar stay. It was really quiet, in the house and outside. It was really nice inside. Good beds. Bakery, shops, bus stop, all around the corner. Books and games were offered to us in addition. Our conclusion: Goethe would also have nothing to do here.

Walter is a very nice host. We had some last minute changes and we didn't come in the end, but Walter was very understanding and kind. I hope that my colleagues will arrive some other time. I recommend!

Small but sufficient. For a place to stay after work for 1-3 days completely sufficient. Gladly come back.

At Silke, a very nicely furnished apartment awaits you in an optimal walking distance to Wartburg. Downtown Eisenach is also easily accessible on foot. Super equipped kitchen & chic bathroom incl. Shower and hot tub complete the package. We would definitely reserve here again.

Very nice accommodation for group stays. We were there over New Year's Eve and it was probably the most beautiful accommodation of this kind for us in the last 10 years. Maybe a little remote, the nearest larger shopping is about 15 min away, but you can check that out.
