Vacation rentals in Thumbowila

We had a great stay at Niresh's apartment. It is exactly as described and as the photos show. The apartment is very well furnished and very clean. Niresh was very responsive to any queries or issues and the building's management were quick to resolve a plumbing issue and some noise from the flat above. The balcony view is great for sunset and we were lucky to enjoy a view of the Colombo fireworks for New Year. My only suggestion for improvement would be some balcony furniture. I would happily stay again and would highly recommend the apartment.

We spent a wonderful week at Mimi's house! The garden was very spacious and well-maintained, and the pool was huge, 20 meters long! And the best part was the chef's cooking. Thanks to him, we were able to spend a wonderful holiday reading and swimming for a week without going out at all. The house was very well-cleaned and clean. Thank you so much!

I had booked for 2 days, it's really worth it. two rooms, both are sea views, really nice views at the morning time. very clean condo. well recommended for tourists. Thank you Chin.

Beautiful house , the photos don’t do enough justice. It was very clean and the host was very accessible for anything we needed during our stay. Would recommend staying here as it’s like staying in a hotel. They have good security and it being a new building it also has a pool upstairs with a beautiful view.

Even before arriving in Colombo I received a lot of useful information from the owner. A wonderful man, committed, helpful, honest. The apartment is 100% consistent with the description. First visit to Sri Lanka, we immediately felt safe. Great stay. We recommend the apartment to everyone!!!

Amiable hosts, Rangit and Kusal are very supportive in all manners. Pros - 1. Private and calm neighbors 2. Security officers are around the corner in night (We parked two of our cars away from the home, nothing to complain) 3. Clean and comfy bedrooms (Owners asked us to change bed linen after 7 days, got fresh ones) 4. All listed amnesties were there Cons - 1. Bathrooms need some renovations (Water drains are not working 100%) 2. Water pressure can improve 3. Can add more kitchen utensils (pots an pans and knife....)

Janith was extremely responsive and a good communicator. We initially stayed for 1 week and Janith offered us a great value for us to extend and ended up staying for 2 weeks. Janith ensures everything runs in order even though he's not physically available. Good routines on house and pool cleaning. Pool was a big hit for my kids. Accommodation exactly as shown in the listing. Walking distance to local fruit and vegetable stalls and Keells supermarket store. Not too far from Kaduwela highway exit makes it easier to get around. Overall very satisfied with the accommodation and especially Janith's effort to make your stay better. Will definitely be looking up if we're around this way.
