Clean and nice little homely apartment in the city centre, walkable to nice coffee places to chill. Balcony and smart TV is a nice touch to the stay. Not to mention the responsive and kind host that makes the stay enjoyable.

Gabriel and Justin were very responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. It’s two apartments on two different floors, so we had to do some key card juggling to all hang out together as a family. We got one 3 bed apartment which isn’t featured in the pictures but it was still a great stay. It was a quick Grab ride to anywhere we wanted to go. Close to coffee and lots of delicious food. Definitely recommend.

It is nestled in The heart of the city (District 1) with walkable and Grab access only steps away. Many shops and VinCom mall directly behind the apt. Building. Just a quick dash to many of the features Ho Chi Min has to offer. Thank you for your hospitality and making our stay wonderful and special.

Great location and very convenient to travel around Saigon. Nguyen's place is cleaned. She responded to our questions promptly. Her place has extra soft drinks for free. I would refer this place to my friends.

It’s a new listing in a very new, and luxurious building. The apartment had very modern amenities including a bidet and washer/dryer. Only problem is the construction above. Since it’s still very new, the apartments are still being built out so there was a lot of banging noises Monday-Sat, starting early at 7:30-8am. If you are planning to stay here, take that into account. Once the construction is done, this apartment will be an amazing place to stay. I would rebook again.

It was a perfect stay. The apartment is amazing in terms of design and available facilities. There was everything you needed for a week in Saigon. The view is stunning. Also, we really liked the screen. It's very cool to watch films. The host helped with everything. A pool is available, and it's just one floor higher

Pros: • Simple. • Cheap. • Second floor. Just use the stairs. No elevator needed. • Washer and machine clothes dryer. • Balcony. • Host is very responsive. Cons: • Since the washer and dryer are shared with other rental units, then the machines are not always available. • Outdated furniture and walls. • No real kitchen with stove. You will have to ask for an electric burner stove. • The alley is small so Grab cars have difficulty finding, getting in and getting out. • No flat iron. There is handheld steamer which is not effective in ironing your clothes. Overall: • I would rent again only IF I need to be near my family and friends in this district. • If not, then I rather rent something else in D1 and near the center.

Would recommend and would stay here again! It’s nothing fancy, but it was a great price for the amount of space and in a fantastic location. So much around and very close to Cho Ben Thanh. Everyone was able to get their own bedroom with their own bathroom. Stairs were narrow so hauling luggage up and down was a little challenging but completely doable. It was nice getting extra steps going up and down. AC in each room worked well. Laundry being downstairs was super convenient.

The place is close to the market, easy to find restaurants, bars, and exchange money shop. The contact person Qui always response quickly, and very friendly. Overall, it’s very nice to stay few days here! AC cooling is strong btw!

We stayed at this place for 3 months. The owner was very kind, responsive and always full of good advice. We had once a week cleaning in our room. Listing matches description and photos. The location was ideal for us because close to our work but a little out of the D1 (~20min grab). Thanks for your hospitality.

Wow! What an amazing place to stay. Perfect position in central HCMC. Beautiful apartment which looks as good or even better than the photos. Great access to swimming pool and shopping mall. Very safe and friendly access via reception area. The view is just the best you can hope for. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place. If ever we visit Vietnam and HCMC again we will definitely book again.

The whole room is very comfortable to live in, and everything is great. Meyong is quick in responding and providing support. The location of this property is extremely ideal, being close to the newly opened Ho Chi Minh City Subway Station and Landmark81. Highly recommend.

Amazing private room at an up and coming location in Thu Thiem. Highly recommend to all travelers. Huge pool and nice gym facility as well. Very convenient and most importantly quiet neighborhood.

The apartment was a little worn down, so Sam helped us move to another one that we was very happy with. Their service are great when there is a problem. The cleaning is also good, it was just the interior in the initial apartment that had been worn down over the years.

It's a lovely new building. Gorgeous facilities (Pool, Gym, Door Staff, Garden). Because it's a brand new flat, there were a couple kitchen items I needed to request (drying-rack, extra plates) They were extremely responsive and delivered whatever I needed immediately. True, the apartment is smaller then older apartments in D2, but for me the superb facilities and new fit-out make up for it. Definitely request an apartment with a "River view"....it's bright, quiet and you can watch the ships go by. The neighbourhood is friendly with all the shops you need and feels like a little-village. Highly recommend.
