Amazing stay thankyou so much, Chris was amazing throughout Location was spot on, place was huge and open space lots of rooms. We absolutely loved the games / cinema room

The place smelled beautiful as you walk in and stayed that way for the duration, really clean and well thought out, cupboards were well stocked with plates and cookware etc. the annex felt private and the area was very quiet and peaceful, lovely walks close by. We brought a dog with us and they left a bowl and some treats in it which I thought was a really nice touch. We had tea coffee and biscuits ready to use on arrival which was definitely appreciated. We will 100% be back as it was also a great price tbh. Beds were comfortable and the sofa bed was made up for us by the owners. Couldn’t fault a single thing.

Clean, high-end annex with welcoming hosts. Nice touches of stocked pantry items (jams, cereals, bread, bannanas, ham, jams, yoghurts and a few beers) and any type of milk you requested. Quiet area, designated driveway (access is a bit tight, but managable in a standard width car). Walkable to riverside and train station. Stairs to bedroom were quite steep and potentially slippy in socks so need to take care when using. Bed was great.

Beautifully decorated, presented and comfortable. But I am not tall. Tall people might find it a bit lacking in height due to the eves shape. Again, compact bathroom. It was great to have both the bath and shower but taller people could find it a little difficult. I was thankful for the fly spray provided in here. The bedroom was beautiful and comfortable. The way I had woken, the bedding wet, pointed to it being a sumptuous feather duvet. I did sleep well. But feather duvets make me sweat. They don't suit everyone. I also kept banging my legs on the corners at the bottom of the bed, due to a lack of space. Most of the equipment was excellent, especially in the kitchen. I was just hoping to be able to catch up on a TV programme but not able on the TV there. I would stay again. It suited me very well. Thank you.

Property is as exactly described and photographed. House is located a couple of streets back from Sea Front and 5 min walk to beach. Great communications from Phil and quick/friendly responses. Key code provided and also met us when we arrived to check all ok. House has everything you need… well stocked kitchen with big fridge freezer, Hob & Oven with plenty of cutlery and pans etc. Useful to have washing machine and Air Fryer. Great to have Sky TV and fast Broadband. Two bathrooms/showers and some bedside lamps with handy USB sockets. Plenty of towels provided. N Easy Street Parking and Phil arranged for our car to be added to local parking permit for duration of stay that covered most the area behind Sea Front which was great. Respectively say some of the roads and houses around felt a little run down and conscious walking quiet streets at night, once at Sea Front it was fine. No way a reflection of Phil and his Property. We had a wonderful stay at Spixworth Hall Granary, grown-ups, kids, baby alike. The location is perfect: very quiet and peaceful countryside walks right outside your door but a very short walk down the farm track to a pub and shop for food/essential, and nice longer walks to other pubs and villages. The bus to Norwich is also very nearby and couldn't be easier, so even worked for those of us with kids and no car. The accommodation is lovely, was extremely warm in January and wood-burning stove much appreciated. Jack and all the team were friendly and responded quickly to any questions, and instructions for finding the place and figuring out what was what at the farm were clear and thorough. The games barn and games room could not be better for kids! The accommodation itself was also well-provided for bringing babies/kids. We would definitely come again!

Hey, I recently stayed at this charming bungalow that exceeded all my expectations, and I just had to share my experience with you. The hot tub was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring, with its soothing jets and warm water providing ultimate relaxation. The steam room was equally impressive, offering a rejuvenating experience that left me feeling refreshed and invigorated. The place was incredibly clean, which added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay. The bungalow itself was cozy and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
