The house convinces with extensive amenities and plenty of space inside and outside. We didn't miss anything, felt right at home. The large garden with pool and plenty of toys for young and old were the highlight, especially for the kids. We slept excellently and enjoyed the tranquility. Come back anytime!

The owner was very easily accessible and responded almost immediately to questions we had. Upon arrival, we came across a nice man who explained us well what could and could not, also in connection with the neighbors who sometimes can't handle noise so well. This didn't bother us at all. The space itself was nice and clean, and the garden was nicer than on the pictures, which is always nice.

We had a great time, it's exactly what we needed The space is tastefully decorated and the little details are designed so that nothing is missing. The environment is quiet and very nice. the sleeping arrangements are comfortable it allowed us to recharge after long days and my son to be in good conditions for his competitions We will come back without hesitation if the opportunity arises Thank you!

This was a fantastic place to stay for a business trip. Super easy to walk to the convention pavilions, metro stations, and neighboring hotels where others were staying. I cannot say enough good things about how responsive and helpful the host was. We questioned if a street level apartment would be noisy or feel unsafe, but the street was so quiet, the apartment felt sound proof, and the commuters were all locals. Having a street level apartment was SO nice given that we were traveling with a lot of bulky heavy equipment that would have been difficult to get up stairs or in elevators. Plenty of places to eat within one or two blocks in every direction, and local businesses if you need a grocery or laundromat.

This was a five star, luxury experience combined with the comfort and authenticity of a quintessential Monmarte apartment. Camille went above and beyond to welcome us and make sure every need was met. She is an incredible host truly caring about the guest experience. The views are magnificent . The view out front of the Eiffel Tower is postcard perfect and there is a garden out back- very unique in Paris. We were incredibly comfortable as a family of four in this generously sized three bedroom. The location allows for easy access to metro and bus. After incredibly busy days, It was nice to retreat up the hill and relax with a glass of wine and watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Don’t hesitate to book this superb home.

Listing was clean, well-equipped, and as described. Communication with Jean-Pierre went very well. The only downside is the soundproofing, but that doesn't take away from the quality of the stay. Everything else was perfect, I would recommend it without hesitation!

I cannot recommend more highly! This Airbnb was the perfect home base for living out my Paris dreams. My cousin and I stayed here for a girls’ trip and loved the peaceful, residential vibe of the 13th arrondissement—quiet yet well-connected via Metro Line 6. The gated courtyard felt private and secure, and we were welcomed by a lively farmers market just outside our door, filled with delicious Middle Eastern food, fresh produce, and local charm. A buzzing boulangerie was 50 steps away, and a petite supermarché just down the street stocked our cozy kitchen for nights in with White Lotus. The apartment was the perfect size for two, with beautiful natural light that made getting ready each day a joy. Our host, Evan, was fantastic—attentive, communicative, and full of great tips. We loved wandering the neighborhood to see the amazing street art and ended most evenings with delicious meals nearby. Highlights included Chez Nathalie and Fabbreza—don’t miss the best affogato I’ve ever had.

Charles was a perfect host & so accommodating to our needs, very responsive and checking in on anything we might need. very clean apartment and the sofa bed was surprisingly extremely comfortable, got an excellent night’s sleep with a great amount of pillows too. Bathrooms are always a priority when finding an airbnb & the bathroom here was just perfect. would definitely stay here again :)

Micheal and his team were super responsive and really accommodating! The space was spotless, the location couldn't have been better, and the view was lovely. The cleaning service did an amazing job, adding to the comfort of our stay. We really enjoyed our time there!

Great apartment in a great location. Staff is on-hand at the front desk around the clock to help with anything. The apartment was very clean and well appointed with new furnishings. The beds were very comfortable, and the balconies with large doors were a nice touch as the weather was great and we were able to open the doors and feel the breeze. Baggage room downstairs allowed us to drop our bags when we arrived before check-in and explore the area. Great location with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby and just a short walk to many attractions. Our luggage was unfortunately delayed and some was lost by the airline, so the basement laundry room and Monoprix across the street was a gamechanger. Only very minor downsides were that the street was very noisy through the night (motorcycles and emergency vehicles) and the air conditioning didn’t do a good job of cooling the room down during warmer than normal days and nights. Overall would highly recommend and stay again.

New place to stay

Studio for 2 people in the Heart of the Marais

Great place in central Paris, close to everything and perfect if you like to walk to get to your destination The accommodation itself had all the necessary things, heating in the bathroom, spacious shower, towels included, very comfortable bed despite being a mattress on the floor, we slept really well! Only downside I could note (but which has nothing to do with the host or the accommodation itself!): it is located right in the entrance driveway of the building, so you will hear all the neighbors come home at night and for some to talk/laugh (quite normal when you live in a building with several tenants) however to note for people who have very light sleep I think! Personally it didn't bother me to sleep :) so I put 5 stars!

My friend and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was the perfect spot to have as home base. It is centrally located so we could walk anywhere we wanted to go, and the hosts were super helpful and friendly. The room is well kept and exactly like the photos. We were really happy with our stay and would recommend to others!

We stayed in Michel's lovely apartment for a week, it was great, the apartment looks exactly like the pictures, very clean and tidy and in a perfect location. I have no doubt that on our next trip to Paris we will stay in this apartment again.
