John's apartment is stunning. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable with all the amenities you could want. It can be chilly in Nice in the winter but the flat was always cosy and warm. John and Dorine, who looks after things in Nice are so helpful and friendly and all the communications were clear and easy and very responsive. Dorine was even able to let us check in a bit early which was very much appreciated. The local neighbourhood is also great, with a much more local feel and packed with great restaurants. Shops and the essential bakery all close at hand, a 5 minute walk to the Promenade, 10 minutes to the old town and 15 mins to the station for day trips. Absolutely perfect for us and hope to come back for another winter trip to Nice before too long

Great stay in Cannes! Bright and quiet apartment, with ideal proximity to the Palais des Festivals. The host was flexible and adapted to our arrival time by train for the key handover, a real plus that allowed us to quickly enjoy the apartment and Cannes without our suitcases. The apartment is perfectly equipped and impeccably clean upon arrival. The sofa bed has a real mattress, providing significant comfort.

The host was very kind and thoughtful, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The room was cozy and equipped for basic cooking and laundry, making it ideal for a long-term stay. Located close to the city center, it’s a lovely place to enjoy shopping and sightseeing.

I had a wonderful time in Nice with my family. This place was honestly perfect! Clean, great kitchen, spacious bedroom and i loved the living room area with the cuty balcony. There's a bakery right next to the place, where we got our fresh bread for breakfast + there are tons of restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets close by. The communication with the hosts was one of the best I've probably had here. Super sweet, helpful and kind. I'd choose this place again, again and again! Very nice house, a little in its juice but well equipped and very nice (high chair, umbrella bed, beach games for children) The estate is very quiet, great vacation!

Beautiful apartment very functional, quiet and very well-equipped with a nice view. The large pool is very nice and easily accessible. A friendly welcome with flexibility on the arrival time. It takes a car to go shopping. Very good value for money!

Beautiful fisherman's house, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. It is also very well located for visiting St Tropez and all the surrounding cities. Our hosts are very friendly and very responsive (very quick responses to our messages). We recommend this place 100%

Staying in Clara's apartment gave us a lot of joy. The facility and location of the apartment were perfect for us🌼. The small balcony of Clara's apartment is a gem and became our favorite place. The equipment was completely sufficient for us and everything available to have a relaxing stay. We would love to come back😊.

Very friendly and friendly encounter with Jean-Yves. Communication in writing and in person worked very well. In the fridge, delicacies were waiting for us, so we didn't have to buy anything for the first morning. The apartment is modern and very nicely decorated. We felt very comfortable right away. The large terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea, simply magnificent! The beach, restaurants and bars are on site, you don't need the car. The air conditioning is very quiet, which is ideal for sleeping in the great heat. There are comfortable beds and the rooms offer a good size. We can highly recommend this apartment. I had a fantastic 3-week stay at Renaud’s place. The apartment was clean, with a functional kitchen and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the nearby bus station (for Bus A and Bus 9) made getting around very convenient. Renaud was always prompt and helpful when I had questions—highly recommended!
