Apartment vacation rentals in The Woodlands

Micca was friendly, helpful, and super-responsive, quite the professional host. This unit is a new-build, attractive and spacious with plenty of parking. Water pressure is great, dishwasher high quality, kitchen well-equipped. Beds are hotel comfortable, a big plus. For the price and location, this is one of the best values available in The Woodlands, and this is coming from someone (me) who is not only a Woodlands resident, but also one who has stayed in many different Airbnb offerings in this area. I recommend it highly.

It is an excellent place to spend a vacation, the view is beautiful and the apartment is super well equipped. Always attentive to what you needed. It also has an elevator and that is a great advantage.

There was a lovely view of the lake and plenty of room for my family, we enjoyed our stay.

Place was cleaned and smelled of cleaning products which a appreciate as a neat freak. The location was close to the events and not far from downtown. Dan also responded back in a timely manner

Great place for large groups. Clean and spacious interior, especially clean bathrooms. Nice living area. Plenty of parking. Great little sunny deck. Wanda was extremely responsive and friendly. She took care of any issues we had quickly and effectively. Unit is part of a quadplex with a lot of action happening. Neighbors were very nice, and parking was plentiful, but busy. Location was on a well-trafficked street corner across from a gas station, so expect some road noise. Location felt safe. Tint details that I always want to know about an AirBnB: towels were very thin and small and mattresses could use an update.

Enjoyed my stay! The home had everything we needed from cookware, basic seasonings, extra towels/blankets/TP, to laundry. I appreciated how everything was labeled. Check-in and out instructions were easy to follow. Hosts were extremely responsive and attentive.

The Flat is on the first floor which was a little challenging to move 5 huge luggage. No issues with parking and great for getting to highways. Traffic noise is constant as flat is just beside a major road. Overall, it was good for us and the kids were happy. The gym was available 24/7 and not busy.

This was one of the best experiences with an Air BNB host we’ve had. Place was pristine, responsive hosts, excellent location and had basic amenities so we didn’t have to go get simple things like cleaning supplies, paper goods, soap, etc. Have recommended this to other friends already. Thanks again for the great stay!

Our stay was fantastic! Kathyann went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and was incredibly attentive to our needs, always responding promptly. The unit was spotless, and the thoughtful layout and use of space made it feel both functional and inviting. My husband and I especially liked the Murphy bed—it was such an effective use of space. My husband also loved the sleek and thin TV, which added a modern touch to the experience. Kathyann anticipated every possible need, from the automatic toilet to the towel warmer and even disposable washcloths—everything was provided for our convenience. She also paid attention to the little details, like our mention of my husband’s love for hot chocolate, and surprised us the next day with Nestlé hot chocolate packets. We had an amazing time and truly appreciated the care and effort put into making our stay memorable. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town!
