I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely home near the water, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The house is spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location is perfect, offering a peaceful, serene atmosphere with easy access to the water. Our host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From thoughtful touches around the house to clear communication throughout. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-maintained getaway. It was a memorable stay, and I would definitely return

We loved Anna’s place. Beautifully furnished with everything we could have asked for, a fantastic coffee machine and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The view is outstanding and listening to the sound of the waves made it incredibly relaxing. Appreciated being able to take our dog with us and the secure yard meant we could relax knowing he was safe. 10/10, we will be back.

Fell in love with the home and the view from the moment we walked in! Even the kids were blown away. Thank you for making this place so comfortable and intriguing. We loved exploring through the bookshelf, all the little cupboards and each individual room, learning more about the home and a little bit about the family who grew up in it. This is a special house which finally gave us a chance to relax and unwind with our 3 little ones after a busy year. Loved literally having the water at your back door for a morning swim and particularly enjoyed the water colour art activity set up in the study whilst enjoying the view. We will definitely be back, and hopefully get to stay a bit longer this time!

We stayed here for 5 nights , right in the centre of Newcastle, accessible to the water front, beaches, restaurants and cafes. The apartment was very quiet, roomy and very comfortable for an extended stay with everything we needed. We found Naomi extremely helpful , even when there was a temporary fault with our airconditioner , she offered to find us other accommodation which we declined, as the large fan provided enough cooling. Very good value for money!

We really enjoyed our long weekend stay at Caves Beach. The location is fabulous right across the street from the beach and pub/shops etc. The house is well set up with everything we needed and we enjoyed spending time on the deck enjoying the view out to the water. The fully enclosed yard and tiles throughout the house was ideal for our dog who made the most of the dog friendly section of the beach. Sue was very helpful and responsive, a wonderful spot we hope to be back soon!

Great location - so close to the beach. You can tell Lara has put a lot of thought into the airbnb. There is great finishing, the pool is lovely, aircon, nice appliances and lots of light. We will definitely be back!

Perfect beach house for a family holiday! The house is immaculate in presentation, modern, super comfortable and amazing location near Caves Beach. The ocean views from the balcony, open space in the backyard and the sparkling pool was a favourite for our family. Very happy Hanna was accommodating for our puppy too. She has thought of everything you could want or need for a relaxing beach holiday. A really great host plus quick to respond to our questions. We loved our time there...and our teenagers too - we will definitely be back! Thanks for the fabulous memories. :0)

Fantastic location right on the beach with easy access to restaurants. All facilities expected in terms the apartment were great. Very much enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed the pool and the massage chair. The beach was only a short walk away. Jing was very responsive and tried to make sure that our stay was pleasant.

Aloha at Noraville was the perfect spot for our New Year getaway. The property offered breathtaking views, and its central location made it easy to access Tuggerah Lakes for fishing and water activities. It was just a short drive to various amenities, including shops and cafes, and provided convenient access to the beautiful Hargreaves Beach. The home itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially loved the outdoor space, which was ideal for relaxing and soaking in the views. Kim was an outstanding host—very responsive and welcoming. She provided clear and easy-to-follow check-in and check-out instructions, making the whole process seamless. Overall, Aloha at Noraville offered a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. We would absolutely stay here again!

The place is great, so peaceful just in front of the sea. Amenities are little far away so before going there take everything with you. The water is yellow( dam water) so dont forget to carry your own water. The cottage was nice and cozy. They have all the amenities in kitchen even if you want to cook. Have got some games like chess to pass the time. Overall recommended place for a night,, i have always lived in a city so wasnt habitual of that much quietness, so will prefer a night. Amazing place to stay! So close to the beach with a beautiful view and balcony to sit outside and relax! Very clean and tidy, Ang was very welcoming and accomodating if we needed anything. Close to the shops if needed but still in a nice quiet area.

Great place to stay! Had lots of kitchen equipment and seasoning ready for home cooked meals. Furniture and room decorations were really nice and aesthetic. It was easy to find and the host greeted us at the door. Overall a very pleasant experience :)

We had a wonderful time , it was very peaceful and relaxing. The position of the place was incredible, the ocean at our doorstep and our own private rock jetty with lots of fish to catch and we even were greeted at the jetty by a turtle. This gate at the top was a little tight, especially for a 4x4 we just squeezed through, perhaps making the gate a little wider would be easier for some. This is a place I will most definitely return too. Thank you Prue who was a great host.

Wow what a beautiful location with a view of the most stunning Moonee beach! Only a few minutes walk until you are there. There is the main beach but also rock pools for swimming which makes it great to bring the kids. The place is incredibly comfortable especially the beds! With a lovely personal welcome pack for us to enjoy while there. These little touches made it very special for us! The communication from Charlie and Sonia was excellent with clear instructions and a little booklet so we knew how to use the appliances. We went to cams wharf and caves beach for dinners only a 10-15 minute drive away. Thank you for hosting our family ❤️
