Jimmy and Joyce were awesome. a must stay if you come to Nashville

We did a girls weekend and this was the perfect location. Easy to get places. We walked to Broadway every day and took Uber to get to further away attractions.

I loved this sweet, space. It was honestly larger than I expected and I appreciate street parking was easy and grocery stores and drug stores were close. It’s not far from highways or downtown, but far enough to have some peace. Host was super responsive and friendly. The kitchen is a full kitchen which is always great if you like to cook

We had a great time staying at Autumn's place. It is just as described. It is very clean and decorated beautifully. We loved hanging out on the screened in back porch. The hot tub did get a leak while we were there so we were unable to use it which was disappointing. However, Autumn responded quickly to my text and refunded some money to us. She is a very attentive host. The house is also in a quiet area and a short drive to many bars and restaurants, stores etc.

It was a great place to stay! We all had great bedrooms with all separate bathrooms. When we had an issue with the furnace; since it was soo cold; they had a repair tech at the house within 30 minutes. The only minor thing was the hot tub; wasn't as hot as it could have been but it was also 20 degrees outside! I would stay here again!

I booked Debra and Chloe's place mainly because of the excellent cancelation policy, but it exceeded my expectations! Traveling solo for work, this was the perfect spot. Very safe neighborhood and within walking distance of dinner (Lockeland Table) and breakfast (Frothy Monkey). Incredibly easy for Uber to find as well for swift travel downtown and to the airport. The cottage was super cozy and the bed SO comfortable. I would 100% stay here again and recommend this place to a friend :)

Roxie's house was spacious, well stocked and beautiful. It had a great vibe as soon as we walked in the house. We enjoyed reading about the history and looking at the memorabilia in the house. You got a real sense of who "Roxie" is. Communication was quick and included all we needed to know. We had our mutt with us and he was comfortable too-he loved walking the neighborhood and back yard. The stand out of this property is the well stocked , gorgeous kitchen and all the sleeping/bedroom options. Of course, the 12 South location can't be beat. I also need to mention the place we had reserved previously canceled at the last minute and Airbnb support was great about working with Roxie to reserve the Ashwood Bungalow and making it right as I had a lot of specific needs. Roxie was able to accommodate us graciously with short notice.

Our month at Jeff’s place was amazing. The home has a great layout including the wonderful top deck and fire pit. It was well stocked with everything we needed for a month stay. We loved the area so much, we decided to bring our three year nomadic adventure to a close and bought a house in the same neighborhood! Highly recommend both the place & host! Stop scrolling and book this place! You will love it!
