Vacation rentals in The Bluff Settlement

Had a fantastic stay - house has a fantastic view and we had everything we needed for our stay. Great restaurant Sandbar is right nearby and Spanish Wells is only a short golf cart ride away. Host communicated quickly before and during our stay and I can say we truly felt right at home. Would highly recommend!

Our stay at Cayo Loco was an absolute dream. The beach is right in front of the house and it looks like something on the front page of a travel book. We received many helpful recommendations and tips from the host. We loved how quiet and laid back the island was. We would love to visit again one day.

One of the best Airbnb’s that u have lived in. Perfect location, perfect hosts, beautiful views and amazing place. Toni and Alex were very helpful and really appreciate their efforts in setting up the home. Definitely would be coming back again to stay.

Geaux Fish was a lovely stay in Spanish Wells and Josh was a responsive and helpful host! Josh helpfully connected us with many resources prior to our arrival like taxi, ferry, golf cart rental, boat rental, etc. everything was ready for us upon our arrival and our transition from the airport to ferry to Spanish Wells from North Eleuthera was seamless. Once we arrived, our golf cart was awaiting us at the dock. It was a short drive (5mins?) to the other end of the Island where you can watch beautiful sunsets. The house itself was easy to find and was very cute! The home was very nice with two full bathrooms and one master bedroom. This was the most well appointed AirBNB we have ever stayed in! If you plan to cook on vacation, this is the place for you. Every kitchen tool I hoped would be there was available, from a microplane to an air fryer! If you’re staying on Spanish Wells, stay at Geaux Fish, you won’t regret it! Josh was a great host! Thank you!

This cottage on the water was exquisite and the water was teal and beautiful! Having car to tour the island is the only way to go. The noseeum bugs means “you no see them” so do not go on the beach at dusk! Or leave the window open at night… use the AC at night! The cottage had a stove, fridge, microwave, sink and it was the perfect size for 2 people. We had a wonderful time on the deck overlooking the water. Ronnie’s is fun on Friday nights. Tippys has a beautiful beach and good drinks and live music. Rainbow beach is stunning. The host was cheerful and kind and helpful. We are grateful to stay in the Bahamas in her wonderful cottage.

Rainbow Charm was an absolute dream! We had an unforgettable stay at this immaculate and well-maintained house in paradise! This luxurious property offered breathtaking ocean views from every room, making it a truly unforgettable experience. The space was thoughtfully designed with every comfort in mind. The A-frame loft design added a unique and cozy touch, while the estate itself felt spacious and welcoming. The kitchen was fully equipped making it fun to cook. The outdoor BBQ was nice too. Plus great internet service! The bedroom setup was perfect for two groups with bedrooms on the opposite side of the house. Each room was individually cooled, allowing us to set the perfect temperature for everyone’s preference. The outdoor amenities were a highlight, ocean views, hammocks, and deck seating all made it easy to soak in the beauty of Eleuthera. We also loved having access to bikes and kayaks for exploring. The newly added pool was the cherry on top, perfect for relaxing ocean side.

What else is there to say that hasn't been said already? This house had everything we desire in an "ocean" rental--right on the water (literally!), comfortable porch and furniture for coffee and happy hours, a clean and comfy house with all the amenities, and an awesome view. Mike and Kate's place checks all the boxes in spades. Read the reviews for different insights but note the common thread in all of them--this place is awesome. Period. End of story. Eleuthera isn't for those looking for luxury and pampering--it is a DIY, adventurous place. Get out there. And know, at the end of the day, you've got a wonderful house to return to that will make your stay in paradise worth every penny. Enjoy.

Tricia's place at Current was perfect for our family of six adults. Each couple had their own full bathroom and bedroom. All of us enjoy cooking, and we were pleased with the extensive cooking equipment available. It really was the perfect kitchen for us. The setting is stunning. There is excellent snorkeling directly at the private beach. We were also able to walk along the water, and through the woods to Current Cut for snorkeling. We enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and fire pit, as well as the outdoor dining space and various patio levels for reading and enjoying sunsets and cocktails. The night sky is beautiful, especially from the clothesline-side of the property. Tricia was exceptionally responsive to any questions we had along the way. We have stayed in 16 AirBnb's over the years, and this place stands alone in first place.

We really enjoyed our stay. The upper deck was gorgeous and where we spent most of our time when we were at home. You can lose yourself just looking at the water. The house was clean, and the Internet was superfast. We were able to stream movies with no issues. Which was unexpected but appreciated. We loved Taco too! (The house mascot/cat) Overall, a nice and relaxing vacation.

My wife, 2 teenaged children and I had a wonderful time at Pedro and Karen’s place. With its own private beach, it was peaceful and beautiful. The home was very comfortable and perfectly equipped. It was our first time in the Bahamas, and the village of Current provided an excellent glimpse of the evolving island culture. Current Beach is spectacular. We enjoyed driving to other local sights as well and exploring.

My family has visited Eleuthera many times, and Rena’s villa is our favorite! Situated right on the beach, the villa is perfectly situated for sunset drinks on the expansive deck, exploratory kayaking expeditions, fantastic snorkeling along the rock walls of the sheltered cove, and floating in the amazingly clear water. The villa is in a safe, peaceful family neighborhood. No loud parties, no cars whizzing by, just the serenity of the lovely Oleander Gardens neighborhood. The location is amazing, just minutes away from the spectacular Glass Window and the Queens Baths, and close to some of the famed beaches, like surfers beach on the Atlantic side and Gaulding Cay on the Caribbean side. Rena’s place was amply supplied with everything you need for a Caribbean vacation, including beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, kayaks, masks, comfy deck chairs, plastic stemware, a fully stocked kitchen and a great washer/dryer. The property is gorgeous. We could not have asked for more.

Great family vacation spot. We had a wonderful week. Sea turtles and rays greet you right off the beach as you paddle by. Perfect, simple Bahama get away.
