House vacation rentals in The Bight Settlement

RoChelle's place was better than we expected! Traveled with our 5 year old daughter and she loved everything about it. The road was a little bumpy on the way their but not a problem at all. The Airbnb was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Was very private and quiet during our stay. The vegetation and garden that surrounds the rental was very pretty and I definitely recommend checking it out when you stay. Pool was great and was always clean. Rochelle was so friendly and had great recommendations from visiting the Mangroves, to all the restaurants, and which beaches to go to. It is most definitely a great place to stay as it was very easy driving to the west like Taylor Bay or the east side of the island. Also Grace bay is very close and has all kinds of restaurants and a nice grocery store that had everything to last us the week so we didn't have to spend too much at restaurants. We can't wait to come back and visit!

We had a great time! Beach was just a couple minutes walk and was beautiful. Home was so nice and we had everything we needed. Enjoyed paddle board and kayak

We will definitely be staying here again! Perfect location, excellent and responsive hosts, and very very clean. Nina and Dale were wonderful before we arrived, the entire time we were staying in Satori House, and after check out. They had tons of recommendations and information for us and took extra care to make sure we felt at home! They also made us feel extremely comfortable in reaching out to them with questions about the property and the island! We cannot say enough positive things about the stay and are so grateful for such a wonderful experience for our first time in TCI.

OMG where do I start?? From the moment we walked in and greeted by Patricia we felt right at home. She went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything possible pertaining to the house and our surroundings. You could literally feel the Love and Peace flowing through this home. Everything is labeled so you don’t have to wonder. Beach is very close. Few minutes walk. When I tell you it was squeaky clean. I mean the attention to detail is immaculate. The last thing I want to absolutely empathize is how comfortable the beds were in every room. Literally felt like you were sleeping on clouds😴 ☁️☁️☁️.. I have insomnia so I really appreciate how far Turks Haven Villas went to ensure comfortable accommodations. Thank you again for a lovely stay.. and a place to call home away from home. We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful and clean home in Grace Bay. Its great location, close from the beach, made our seaside outings effortless. Being within walking distance of restaurants and shops added to the convenience. The house is well-equipped with numerous amenities, including a dedicated office space that was particularly useful during our stay. While the pool is on the smaller side, it served as a delightful bonus for relaxation. Highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a luxurious and convenient stay in Turks and Caicos.

We had an incredible stay at this property! The house was perfect in every way—spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The highlight was definitely the private pool, which we had all to ourselves and made for a wonderfully relaxing experience. The host went above and beyond, providing us with so much useful information to help us make the most of our trip. From local recommendations to tips on navigating the area, it was clear they truly care about their guests’ experience. We couldn’t find a single negative about the house or our stay—everything was just perfect. Highly recommend!

Our stay was truly phenomenal. I never write reviews but rely heavily on others so feel very compelled to write to share that we were thrilled with our stay. JK villas went above and beyond - including early check in with a personalized and extremely friendly host that walked us through the entire house and was immediate in responding with any and all questions we had during our stay. The place was immaculate- it looked like everything was brand new- from the pots and pans to the snorkeling gear to the linens. The beds were heavenly and comfortably accommodated our family of 5. Location was perfect - just a short 5 min drive to Grace bay beach with plenty of free parking. The outdoor grill was fab and the pool was a massive hit with our 8, 12 and 15 year olds. We left after a week and would love to have the great fortune to come back. Spectacular, safe, pristine and 5 star concierge service- they even have a mobile telephone plugged in for you in case of emergencies at the house.

Great place to stay. Very well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Lots of pots and pans, and all the cooking essentials including Tupperware. Plenty of towels, both bathroom and beach towels. It was great having a washer and dryer too. Was a great stay and we would definitely book again.

Raify was the BEST host. He rarely took more than an hour to respond to our questions or give advice. The neighborhood was very friendly, if a bit noisy with dogs and machinery in the mornings. I had expected a studio but it was a one bedroom, very minimalistic, but with all we needed forvus as a couple. Especially appreciated the king size bed and beach chairs and towels. And the price can't be beat. It was our first time on TCI and we felt very safe and cared for by Raify and Ysel who checked us in.

Geoffrey's place is very nice, we loved the deck. That was the highlight of this place. Morning breakfast out on the deck, afternoon chill on the deck reading a book was so relaxing. The wind was somehow blocked and felt nice and warm on the deck. The beach was nice but very windy when we were there. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Candice is a very responsive and proactive host. The property is much bigger than what you can grasp from the pictures. Very private area, at walkable distance from Sunset beach and other public access beaches. The house is nicely equipped with even laundry appliances and AC in each room. A great stay that I would definitely recommend!

Definitely recommend! Host was friendly and the space was enough to accommodate our large family! We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again. Pros: Host was extremely kind and helpful to us. Insect repellent and other helpful items were provided to help with our stay. Security cameras etc on property gave us a sense of safety. Water fountain with drinkable cold water provided. Area is pretty central and close to a lot of stuff. Cons: Lots of mosquitoes. Cell phone reception was pretty poor in the units. It does have a lot of bush / trees in the area which causes you to have to be super cautious at night when leaving/entering the property.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is welcoming and homey with a stylish eclectic style. We were welcomed by David's wife, Amanda, who said "they are here when we need them and not 'here' when we don't": They're in a guest house on the opposite side of the driveway, but gone most of the day so we rarely saw them. We mostly communicated through Airbnb and David was very responsive, answering questions and offering recommendations. The screened-in porch feels very private and is the perfect place for meals and relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed (we cooked breakfast every morning) and the beds were very comfortable. The pool area is nice—it wasn’t warm enough for us to swim—and there’s an outdoor shower. We felt safe in the “gated” community, enjoyed walking throughout the neighborhood in the morning, and loved the proximity to the beach (but it is SMALL). We highly recommend Cocodemer!

Our group had an excellent stay! Location was in close proximity to a bunch of great restaurants and was very walkable to the beach! Matthew was a great host, responsive and very attentive. He made sure we were all set and prepared for our stay leading up to the trip and the entire duration of our stay. Would HIGHLY recommend.

The stay was perfect. The pool was a wonderful amenity after a day at the beach. Sylvain also had beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, cooler, and snorkeling gear to use which was a major plus for us. We rented a car, but ended up walking into town a lot. It was a quick 10-15 minute walk to town and Grace Bay Beach. The perfect location if you don’t have a car and don’t mind a little bit of a walk. Coco Bistro was very close by as well, which we enjoyed for dinner. Overall highly recommend!

Our family of 4 had a great time at Laura's bungalow. We loved being able to walk to shops, the grocery, restaurants, and the beach. We had plenty of space for all of us to spread out or to be together. The highlight of the place is the large screened in patio that runs the length of the house. We spent most of our time out there. We appreciated that beach chairs and towels were provided. The local house manager, Ariel, was incredibly helpful before and throughout our stay. He arranged a great taxi service, Nancy Taxi, to take us to and from the airport. He also met us at the house to check us in, even after our flight was delayed. He checked on us a few days into the trip to see if we had any questions. Laura also checked in with us right after our stay. She was very responsive and friendly. Of note, the dirt road that the house is on is not well lit, but it's only a block off the main road, so we didn't have any issues.

The property is very well located and has great sea view. Nice Caribbean house with a personal touch, bedrooms are on both ground and first floor, plenty of common space and large terraces. Internet connection was very fast for Provo standards. Although the house is not very new and some details might need fixing, overall impression was very pleasant. Some minor hiccups upon our arrival were compensated by Robin's kind and friendly attitude.

Patricia's cottage was lovely. Kitchen : Stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery etc. There was also coffee powder, filter paper, coffee machine and Lipton tea bags, Oil, salt and pepper. Very helpful for fixing breakfast or a meal with ingredients we brought or shopped at the local grocery stores Bedrooms : Two generous bedrooms. Comfortable View : Chalk Sound has possibly the best views for this price in TCI. Calm backwaters, peaceful and reminiscent of languid summer days in the tropics. Extras : Beach chairs & beach towels were so useful. Used them on all three days we were at the beach. I think there was a beach umbrella too but it was broken. But we found a little natural shade on the beaches. Fully functioning washer and dryer meant we could travel light and also return home with clean laundry. (Pack your own laundry pods from home). I wish there was a way we could share pictures or videos. Thank you Patricia for a lovely stay.

Fabulous place to stay. Very tastefully appointed. Gorgeous views. Comfortable furniture. Small pool for the kids. Very responsive hosts with excellent instructions and recommendations. Very close to Taylor Bay, which is an extraordinarily lovely and shockingly uncrowded beach perfect for young children.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Best stay in the Caribbean The house is amazing — even more so than in the photos — and massive! Very well stocked with everything we needed, and the pool is wonderful and it's so nice to hang out outside. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and is (in our opinion) equally as good as the official Grace Bay Beach (less than 10 minute drive away) but with less people — albeit some construction behind you when you're sitting facing the water, but that didn't bother us. The crib and booster seat were perfect for our 9 month old. Although this is not the fault of the hosts, Google Maps really struggles with directions on the island. We suggest going to the AirBnB app and using the GET DIRECTIONS link directly rather than putting in the address the hosts provide in the manual or typing out the one on the listing. Or that was our experience! But other than that, AMAZING!
