I was very satisfied with my apartment, which was spacious and had all I needed. I am also happy I met Judy (Dussadee), who is a friendly and kind host and I enjoyed talking with her most days. I was staying alone and felt safe. The apartments are set back about 100 meters from the main road, however it is peaceful and I could hear birds, geckos and crickets and felt like I was in the tropical countryside. The location is good for people who have transport. I had a bicycle and it was ok (I was volunteering at Soi Dog and it took me 30 minutes to cycle there), but next time I would rent a vehicle. My apartment had 2 fans and Judy tells me there are rooms with air-conditioning but I couldn't see them listed, so ask Judy if you would like this.

This is not my first time staying at Aree. Everything is great. Always tries to help and answers all questions. The accommodation is clean and very nice. Great view from the window, great household appliances. Convenient location. And Aree is making improvements, which is also pleasing. All the best to you, I plan to come back again😊

This location was extremely comfortable for our small family. There are several delicious restaurants within walking distance, the beach is a short taxi drive away, and the neighborhood is a quiet and safe-feeling one. We especially loved the spacious kitchen and the private pool. The AC’s worked great and the pricing for utilities was very fair. When we had various questions during our stay, the host was incredibly helpful and gracious. We would definitely choose to come here again!

Host was really nice and friendly. Very nice woman. She cares about your stay, and making a great time for you. She's very communicative and responsive. The place is new as well, with great A/C if you need it, and laundry around the corner for only 20 THB. Highly recommended!

We stayed 7 days in Feb 2025, the villa well matched our expectations. At the end we've extended our stay for another 3 days at the villa. Great value. Highly recommend. Naiyarat is very friendly and responsive host.

We spent two weeks at Villa Sophie in March 2025 and I can say that it exceeded our expectations. It is even better than on the photos. Fully furnished and equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. Big pool, bbq area on the roof. Very convenient safe and quiet location: Bang Tao beach - 7 min walk, supermarket and night market - 5 min walk. Nice restaurants around. Dominique is a great hostess. She was always in touch promptly responding to all our needs and requests.

Kannika was an excellent host, we enjoyed our stay. We faced several issues but she managed to assist us swiftly.

Great stay, amazing little house! All the comforts you need, the people are super welcoming. The attached restaurant offers excellent breakfast/lunch/dinner (very hearty). The pool is perfect. They offer scooters for rent. And it's next to the airport. We were even offered a free shuttle to take us there at a time that suited us... in short, pure happiness, thank you so much!

we loved this villa located in a small village , away from the frenzy of the beaches of south phuket. What a quiet place in this lovely park with birdsong . Some very good restaurants nearby. Means of locomotion (scooter or car) required. Thanks to Noye for hosting and for helping with my wife's health concern, she accompanied us to the Phuket hospital and she stayed with us to translate the symptoms and diagnoses. Thank you again to her . The beautiful and quiet Nai yang beach is just 20 minutes away by scooter. In short, I would highly recommend this villa to relax in peace.

The apartment is worth every penny you spend and only if you can compromise a small room. The view is breathtaking and utterly wowed when I first entered the apartment. It was super clean, exactly as described. Kitchen is loaded with all the needed stuff. The check in for the apartment is a bit tricky. If you have heavy and more number of bags like us, be prepared for the climbing stairs and going down for check in the apartment. Other than that all went superb and I would recommend anyone to stay here without a doubt.

Really great place to stay, only 10 min from beach.

Hosted by a wonderful lady and her family, this one is a real gem with a perfect location very close to the beach. You can actually walk to a very private beach along with the main beach. Other nice plusses: a nice patio, bug screens on the windows and sliding door (one of the few places in Thailand with this nice feature), an effective and quiet upgraded air conditioner. It's also very conveniently close to the airport, just 15 minutes drive, so you don't need to drive around for 90 minutes in Phuket to get here. Also has two tables/desks which help a lot for those who are working. The building is relatively new and I imagine during peak season it's probably quite busy, but during rainy season, it was very peaceful and quiet, including the beach.

Place was immaculately clean, and had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The entire Laguna neighborhood is modern and really enjoyed the rooftop pool.

Accommodation was better than the photos! All required amenities provided. Host was super helpful. Communication was excellent and also provided recommendations in the area. There is a cafe/restaurant within a 5 minute walk that does breakfast, lunch and dinner; cash and card accepted! win! Would recommend host and accommodation 💯 😊

Daniel was extremely responsive very respectful and overall great host. Would stay again here if given the chance.
