I live in Vietnam. It's usually a hotel when I leave Hanoi on the weekend, but this time I used Airbnb and I'm satisfied. Of course, it's not a hotel, so it's not a must, but I thought it would be nice to have a hair dryer. That's it!

Absolutely loved this place! I initially booked for 4 days but ended up extending my stay by another 5 because the apartment was just that amazing. It had all the amenities I needed and truly felt like a home away from home. The host was also very responsive and always replied quickly to my messages, which made everything super smooth. Would definitely come back again!

I very much enjoyed my stay and the hospitality of the host. They were great communicators and pleasant to book with. Everything was as described and this is a great location to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city center with a lovely view of the lake and skyline. Having many shops and cafes nearby made my stay very convenient and there is a Big C a short ride/walk away for everything else. This is a wonderful and safe property and apartment with helpful staff and I highly recommend it. Thank you for an excellent experience.

Beautiful room design, responsive and friendly host

All of us enjoyed staying at Helen 's apartment. There are 3 supermarkets nearby for us to buy our items and easy to move around. Helen was helpful in settling us into the apartment. She was kind to make arrangement for a pick up from the airport to her apartment. Worth the stay and highly recommended.

The accommodation is very quiet and clean. There is also a market in the same building. To get to many restaurants, you have to cross the main road. There are no traffic lights or crosswalks on the main road, so it is very dangerous.

Im really happy with the host and quality of the house. I did book my room quite late but she supported me very much in checking in. Everything is new, clean and tidy. It's easy to walk to West lake to enjoy fresh and chilling air. Definitely come back one day when I have more free time.

It was easy to find the accommodation, and there were shared amenities around the accommodation (restaurant, swimming pool, gym, etc.), so I was able to solve everything inside. All facilities were the same as the photos It was very nice and I enjoyed it comfortably before heading out. I highly recommend this place. ^ ^

Such a gem of a place! Nestled right in Tây Hồ, where everything you need is just a stroll away. The house was spotless, cozy, and had all the right vibes. Absolutely loved my stay – would book it again in a heartbeat!

I am so lucky to have found Lily and her home. I needed a base while I did some exploring in Vietnam (Ha Giang, Ha Long and Hanoi). My plan was to store my belongings at Lily's as it was closer to the airport. On the first day I arrived I was welcomed with open arms into Lily's home. My Grab dropped me at the wrong location and Lily was so kind to come and collect me and my 19kg backpack with her scooter. That evening I was invited for a delicious dinner, which I wasn't expecting but I was so happy about it. My second day I took a Grab scooter to the Old Quarter for a walking tour, the Grab arrived in minutes and was about 30 mins to central Hanoi. Easy and fun! I enjoyed being a little bit further out because it meant I spent whole days out, and could return home in the evenings. Lily's place really did feel like home. I felt totally safe and slept really well. Her family are all really sweet. Highly recommend 🤗🤗🤗

Brand new and clean hotel, the bed was very nice. I recommend it, however I recommend a scooter to get you closer to the center.

I stayed very comfortably. If you go to Hanoi to heal to rest, calm down or to sleep like me, it's quite rcm. The host is cute too.

5 of us visited to meet a friend in Vietnam for 5 days. It's hard to find the entrance the first time, but once you find it, you can enter it comfortably. There is Ho Lake and a prayer temple in front of you, so you can enjoy the traditional Vietnamese scenery. The host was very responsive and listened to what was needed. There was water and towels in each room of the accommodation, so I had fun without lacking anything. I intend to visit again if I come back to Vietnam next time.
