This place quickly became one of my favorite spots in this planet. It is an incredibly beautiful place that becomes even more beautiful as the day goes by. Very thoughtful design. Adam is very kind and welcoming. Amazing place for people who enjoy nature. A very peaceful hidden gem. Bonus points for filtered water in the kitchen, the rowing machine and the lovely family dog Truffles!

We stayed here as part of our month long trip around Asia and it was the only Airbnb we decided to stay in! The location and house felt really unique and local, like we were staying within the fabric of the community. We had a great four nights here. The bed was very firm and comfortable and the AC unit worked great at night. It was also nice to be able to use a washer/dryer. Location is very convenient walking distance or quick Grab away from most sights. I had an allergic reaction from bug bites and the hosts were so nice, going out of their way to drop off Thai oils and telling me what to buy at the pharmacy. Communication was wonderful and super responsive. Highly recommend!

Our family had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at Jitrada’s place. It is a very special place which surrounded by trees. We also love the Lana style rooms. Overall, we had a great stay. Jitrada was very responsive and helpful, which made us feel at home. I would recommend this place to everyone who wishes to stay in Chiang Mai.

We had two wonderful weeks in this house, and it felt like home. The house was clean and beds felt like in 5 star hotels. kitchen is great and it equipped with modern appliances Su and Alex respond to all of our requests in a very short time. The neighbourhood is quite and its 3 minutes from two big shopping centers. The house is also 15 minutes drive from old town. if you are looking for a house to stay with your family, don't hesitate, its a great place to stay.

This was our favourite accommodation of our 3 week round trip of Thailand. Beautiful place, clean, great facilities and the host went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. Would 100% recommend staying with Jona and Mary and their lovely children.

We absolutely love your condo! The huge couch and the layout of the TV facing the bed are perfect – who wouldn’t enjoy lounging and watching TV in total comfort? The smart partition door between the bedroom and living room is genius too! One of us prefers sleeping with the AC blasting while the other doesn’t, but closing the door halfway lets us perfectly balance the temperature. The space is compact yet amazingly well-equipped.

The place was perfect for a few days in Chiang Mai, feels like home in a foreing country. Totally recomendable.

I liked the pool and the gym and other community, and it was convenient to have two light meals and tops shopping in connection with Central Department Store, and I was even more grateful for the host's kindness and relaxation for checking in and out.. It was a little far from the center, but it was so nice to have a relaxing time without trying to do anything, and I want to use it again next time. ^ ^

Living on a rooftop is a pretty interesting experience and we enjoyed our stay here. The rooftop is pretty spacious with a lot of outdoor space to just chill and enjoy the sun and the stars. The place is in a great location for people like us that want to stay in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the Old City.

The house is beautiful and well equipped. You have to walk quite a bit to reach the center, but there are several temples and friendly locals on the way so it's not a big deal. There’s plenty of privacy but if you need something, the host and her warm and friendly mother is there to help you. The laundry service is fast and very affordable. There is a tap with drinking water that I haven't seen anywhere in Thailand. A plenty of love and ideas were put into this place and you can feel it. I'd recommend this accommodations to anybody who is willing to walk a bit for the extra tranquility.

The unit was great and well outfitted. We loved how close it was to the sites of Chiang Mai. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was super clean and we had a wonderful stay!

We stayed 10 days in the accommodation without any regrets. It is well equipped, in a good location, rather close to everything but quiet. We'll be happy to go back!

The house’s location is very ideal for a family trip. You can find a couple of nice coffee shops, massage and popular buyer shop to drop by in the hot afternoon. Meena is very nice and provides additional blanket for my family. The bathroom is well maintained and designed smart. The only thing to further improve is the small ant problem in the room, which may be unavoidable for a Thai house. Thank you Meena.

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

Booked this apartment fairly last minute as to meet up with my son who was travelling and staying in the same apartments. I was worried as heard a few others mention noise, but there was no problem. There is building work happening around, but it doesn’t disturb anything. The apartment is exactly like the photos. There is everything you need and it is spotlessly clean too. It also has a great spot in the apartment block with sun most of the day. Having the pools is an added bonus and I used them everyday. The shopping centre and eateries are literally across the bridge, 5 minutes away and in the opposite direction, 7/11 for everything you need and more food places. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat

A lovely place to stay in Chiang Mai Very clean apartment and matches the photos, The amenities were amazing especially the rooftop infinity pool. The host were friendly and helpful giving us amazing recommendations for food. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Chiang Mai

I stayed here for one month while working remotely here in Chiang Mai! I really enjoy the area around Chang Khlan road too, it’s close enough to both local and more “touristy” things to do as well. The apartment is well equipped for working remotely too, the WiFi is fast and there’s a nice table to work at as well. Staying at the Astra is quite nice as well. I enjoy the pool here as well as the gym and used both often. A bit of noise here and there, as many people stay here for shorter durations, but nothing out of ordinary. Would recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay in Chiang Mai!

Really good to stayin Lin's condo. Location is near by live bar, cafe, yoga class also seven eleven. not more then 5min. willing to recommend. pool is not that big but i can use it along during the stay. host are really kind that preparing drinks, snacks, and fruits. I don need to buy water bottle during the stay!

Very friendly host and recommended some places for dinner places with nice views on request. Places is very accessible and easy to go around. Private and no noise disturbance. Recommended
