Compact space but has everything needed - comfortable living area, good kitchen facilities and bathroom. Washing machine on the balcony very useful. The studio flat is in a lifestyle condo - excellent swimming pool and gym on 4th floor. Shopping mall across the road with a supermarket adjacent. Ground floor cafes and restaurants and more available nearby. Easy to walk to points of interest - main bus station is a few minutes walk away. Enjoyable stay.

24th Floor 2-Bedroom Condo

Accommodation on the 24th floor: nice view! Moderately as described Air conditioning without the 2 bedrooms and main room. Washing machine. Kitchen not provided with utensils but fridge and microwave Wifi max 50mbits/sec. We had a big wifi problem (my husband is practicing his profession remotely ): wifi suddenly disappeared ... Casey was able to find a solution, thank you again for your help!

The view is great because it's an apartment on the 22nd floor. The room was clean and convenient to use. There was a 24-hour convenience store on the first floor, and the Paxcen Mall was right next to it, so it was good to live in. Since there were difficulties with the cleaning, it would have been better if there was a discount for long-term stays.

The main host as well as the whole crew is splendid. Tom was amazing in helping me out with everything and trying to make it as comfortable for me as possible. I am a female solo traveler so it was amazing to have so much comfortable support in a city that I am very new too. You can ask him anything and he will try his best to answer you. He’s been around Laos for a while, but is a native Australian so communication works amazingly and I have to say all in all a great host when coming to Vientiane! Cheers

Perfect place for families. Safe, quiet location. Wonderful, helpful host who proactively ensured we were comfortable and had all we needed. I loved that there was a washer and kitchen. This made laundry and meals for kids easy. We appreciated the a large fridge, lots of natural light and general cozy feeling of the accommodation. Will definitely stay here again!

Great apartment & good location, very spacious with all that you need supplied. Some noise from car wash nearby during the day, but then again you are in the middle of a capital city. No lift with stairs to climb to 4th floor, so not good for mobilty impaired guests.....

Amazing hosts! I can’t say enough good things. Food was great. The apartment was perfect for a family 4. The kids loved the pool. We also enjoyed the feel of being snuggled in the jungle. I will say that my favorite was the drinks and conversation before/during/after dinner (and on the way into town)! Highly recommend!!

We spent a lovely month at the One Bedroom Pool Villa. We used this as a base for exploring the region with our hire car. The villa was comfortable and clean, with a kitchenette in the property itself with microwave, fridge, kettle and electric grill. Plus another kitchen for us only, a few steps away, with gas hobs. Essential pots, pans and utensils supplied. The washing machine on site was very useful and worked well. The TV is modern, the superking bed is comfy, usual Thai hardness but we like that. Shower is acceptable but not super powerful. Pool is a welcome addition when the weather is hot, and we spent quite a few half days relaxing by it. Wifi works very well. Quiet and peaceful location. Phen is a 10 minute drive away with lots of restaurant/shacks, many shops, a supermarket a few 711s, markets, a hospital, pharmacies etc The local market on Tuesday and Saturday was fun. A straight 5 stars for Ketta! Her house is one of the best Airbnbs I've been to. The room was very comfortable with an exclusive bathroom, the bed was perfect and the whole house is wonderfully designed according to the Laotian culture with a more modern image. For sure the biggest feature on this house is Ketta herself, who is extremely nice and always happy to help and to make you feel at home. She offered to pick me up from the airport and also to take me to the airport, which is close to her property. She also prepared a delicious breakfast every morning, which was perfect before a day out in the city. I will definitely come back again on my next visit to Laos, as I've now made a new friend in Ketta.
