The fractionation is quite safe and quiet, few homes use the pool area which is cleaned daily in the mornings so in both pools you will find plenty of space and privacy. Directions to get there are quite exact although it is not necessary if the river is traced in waze or maps, nearby there is a 7eleven and well-stocked grocery stores. Miriam was accessible at check-in and check-out times and was in quick communication at all times. The only drawback were the mosquito nets, you have to open them and close them carefully because they come off the riel, in general 10/10 I definitely hope to return to the accommodation

Stay: Wednesday 22 (6:30pm) on Friday 24th January (check-out 11am). ***** The excellent: I agree with comments from other guests, the house is very cozy, illuminated, the kitchen is spacious and with enough fret. The pool and hot tub always have a warm temperature (30 degrees). The sauna is a big plus. The view from the 3 bedrooms and the pool is incomparable. Eduardo's attention is very friendly, he explains everything in detail and he makes sure that everything is correct and working when he delivers the keys. * What is not expected and totally foreign to the rented house: On one side there is a work in full execution. The workers arrived (both Thursday and Friday) at 7:10 am and at 7:20am they were already with the hammers, the noises of the shovels, spoons and the sound of the radio, which is typical of a construction ...so the rest is unexpectedly interrupted and once it is accustomed to it and the planned activities are followed. They don't go on weekends.

An excellent stay, the photos don't do it justice in person the house is much nicer. Super recommended to rest and spend a nice weekend

Arrival at the fractionation and access to the house is great! very easy The house is very nice and clean has what you need for a quiet and fun stay in a suite with controlled access with pool and palapa with bar and barbecue There are more amenities in the subdivision but our stay was short to be able to take advantage of them. I will return at some point with more days to enjoy it better and in another time of the year to enjoy more sunny days. Thank you Miguel
