Lovely place, plenty of space, relaxing!

My family and I had a great stay at Marjolijn’s place! The area is very peaceful, but the highlight was the house itself. Really wonderful for families, lots of toys and activities for our kids. Very comfortable, and spacious home.

Very good welcome by Nancy who adapted to our delayed arrival time. The house is large, functional and very nice, nicely decorated. It is set back from a busy street, which avoids noise, close to shops and bus and tram stops. Nancy offers a welcome booklet with lots of activity suggestions. We really enjoyed this place we stayed at for a week.

The accommodation was impeccable, great location. We had a great week in Leuven! Kaat is very responsive by message when an issue arises. I recommend it!

The flat has a lovely layout for one or two. The heating is up to snuff. What an amazing dvd and vhs collection... e.g. twin peaks on vhs, 11 tapes. Great books too, literature in French and English... comic books too -- the belgian experience. Yes, the shower and bathroom were sparkling clean. Washing machine was top-notch, and when I mentioned that I didn't have detergent Christine responded within minutes and provided a cup of it. complete privacy, felt sheltered from the street surprisingly well

Adam and Eva are the kindest and the most attendant pearls in the coziest of seashells of their loving creation. The apartment is perfect size, clean, beautiful, quiet and well-stocked with all the amenities you need, plus so many extras. A fully renovated beautiful traditional Brussels town house, there are new fittings in every room and new appliances in the kitchen and the bathroom. The many wonderful extras included weekly Belgian chocolate replenishments, cleanups, garbage disposals, and helpful recommendations for great outings in and out of Brussels. Both me and my wife hadn't slept as well and as deeply for such a long time as we did in your little microcosm of coziness. We already miss our little temporary home in Brussels and our host, hostess and their lovely family.

Amazing Place with excellent view and centrally located. Walkable distance from Brussels central station. The amenities were clearly described and found in the house. The host was also very responsive and proactive providing any local recommendations for our visit. The checkin was very easy and instructions were clear.

The accommodation is comfortable and enjoyable. Very good hosting by the owners present at check-in and check-out. The metro is very convenient to go to the center of Brussels but not in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. We used the free parking next to the metro. Very pleasant stay with excellent accommodation.

Great location in the centre of Brussels with lots to see and do in the area but when you go into the apartment it’s so quiet you feel like you can escape the busy streets below. Excellent communication from Véronique. Check in and check out was smooth . The stairs up to the apartment would be a problem if you had reduced mobility/a little frail but is ok if you are fit. Extremely clean and tidy apartment. Good amenities should you need them. A very comfortable stay and would recommend as a base to see Brussels.

It was a very cute place to stay. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom and shower were clean. The heaters worked very well too. We were able to cook breakfast in the kitchen every morning. We had a very restful stay. It was a 20mins tram ride to the city centre. We got to see many places and not just the tourist area. We were able to check in way ahead of time and also Johanna allowed us to keep the bags at her place after checking out.

The NICEST place right in the centre, perfect for 4 people and can even fit 5. Hosts and welcome was flawless with a super cute guest book and lots of local recommendations.

Perfect location just a short walk to all the hotspots of town. The apartment was very spacious and equipped with all the comforts. Upon arrival, the beds were made, there were plenty of towels and also the contact with Vincent went well.

Excellent apartment!! Excellent Host!! Starting with the host, he made everything easy for us at all times from the time of booking until the day we returned, attentive and kind. Continuing with the apartment, it met all the needs, like your own home. Full bathroom, full kitchen, a very good bed and a small living room, where you can relax and watch TV. Speaking of location, it is an ideal neighborhood with life during the day and businesses such as shops, fruit shops, pharmacies... And really quiet at night. The center is about 40 minutes away on foot, and fully connected by public transport from the door itself. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who would like to visit Brussels. What's more, we'll be back in Brussels and my first option will be to talk to David so I can stay there.

Small apartment in the heart of the city, close to bus stops and the metro. It was very easy to find and the host was available for the duration of the stay. The rooms were clean and tidy. I highly recommend this apartment!

Jeans place was comfortable, cosy and great for a few days stay in Brussels. The apartment looks exactly as per the photos so met our expectations. The location is really handy, straight up the road is a variety of restaurants and coffee shops and a great cookie shop (swookies), beyond that is a main street lined with high street shops and easy access to the metro. Brussels Midi station is walkable (15 mins) with easy trains to get to Bruges for a day trip. The road outside could be a little noisy at night with traffic going by however this can’t be helped being in a big city and wasn’t so bad that we couldn’t sleep but just something to be aware of. All in all we would definitely recommend Jeans place if you want somewhere cosy, clean and comfortable and within walking distance of restaurants & with good transport links! Thank you for providing somewhere for us to stay and enjoy within Brussels
