Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Tertenia

My stay at Giuseppina’s house was just perfect! She was very accommodating regarding my late arrival at her house and welcomed me warmheartedly. She had such a congenial positive aura and bubbly character. I felt at home easily. The house was more than well equipped and Giuseppinas even generously left me milk and her relatives personally baked cookies which tasted just awesome. Needless to say the mountainous scenery around is the cherry on the pie! I can recommend her place without exception and plan to come back when hiking in the area. GRAZIE MILLE CARA GIUSEPPINA ☀️🧡

Home near Santa Maria Navarrese with easy parking in front of the house. The village can easily be reached on foot. The exteriors of the house are really very nice with a special mention on the roof terrace to enjoy the December sunrise. Off season there are zero neighbors so it is very peaceful. Departures from the hiking trails are within walking distance from the house or by car. The house is appreciated for its exterior as much as for the interior. You just have to know that the shower is not wide for large sizes, which was the case for my spouse, but the hot water. We used the air conditioning to heat the house in the evening because we were there in December which is more than enough. On the other hand, you have to remember to cut it off before cooking so as not to blow the power. But the electricity board is on hand which is less burdensome. We were going back to Massimiliano's place happily.

we stayed in the master suite with friends, 4 adults and 4 children. The estate is really large, everything is very nice and well-kept, lots of greenery and space for children. The house is very large, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, even 2 washing machines. Truly well-maintained and clean structure. Michela welcomed us with a smile and was very helpful and kind. She gave us many useful tips for our stay, from beaches to restaurants. i definitely recommend it to those who want a quiet holiday

Great accommodation with a very kind host. Accommodation is next to the house of the owner, but we experienced full privacy. Everything was very neat and clean. The garden is a paradise for children! We would definitely recommend the home to everyone for a relaxed holiday.

A beautiful house in a beautiful valley close to the beach. Good possibilities for wonderful walks and beach fun. The decor of the cottage is complete and pleasant. A nice bed and a well equipped kitchen. Andrea is a great host and received us personally with homemade almond cookies. The only thing missing is a good lazy chair or nice sofa. Had a wonderful holiday!

A great place to stay if you want to explore Cardedu, the surrounding villages and beaches. The house is close to everything necessary for a longer stay and it has a very nice barbeque area. It is also very clean, has a good kitchen, nice bathroom and a terrass where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun or have a night time dinner. The only problem we had was the last three days of our stay, when the waterheater seemed to malfunction a bit, resulting in no warm water. However, after my wife texted Barbara, asking her if there was something that could be done (it was almost 8 pm). Two janitors appeared after ten minuts trying to restart the waterheater, and got it working atleast for the night. She promised that she would fixed the heating system permanently. This is a great placed to stay, that we would love to come back to whenever we visit Cardedu again. Mile grazie Barabara!

Great place, less than 5 minute walk to the Porto Frailis beach. You can see the beach as soon as you leave the place. Very spacious house, we had our own parking spot, and nice garden at the entrance. Very recommended!

It was a nice stay, nice apartment. We had a very nice breakfast in the morning.

We were (3 friends) for climbing and hiking in Baunei and felt very comfortable in Elias apartment. Especially the very large terrace with the amazing view has always delighted us. There is a supermarket and bars and restaurants nearby. All within walking distance. We would come back.

Mario was an excellent host, always within easy reach, very helpful and friendly. Check-in was hassle-free with a lockbox. Location was great. Tertenia is easy to reach and the beach nearby is very nice for children. We will be happy to come back. Shopping was within walking distance.

We had a very nice stay in Baunei and having a private garage was very convenient in the small town! It was very easy to communicate with Lidia and she was very helpful if required. Finding the apartment and checking in was made so easy thanks to her! :) Since the apartment is located so close to the city center you can just leave the house by foot if you are looking to get some food or explore the old streets. Definitely a recommendation staying here! :)

The house was really very nice and completely secluded. After asking Andrea, who responded immediately, was able to check in earlier than actually expected. The property is quite large and there are orange, lime trees and date palms. The pool would not have been heated at the time of our stay (end of November). Upon inquiry and due to the still relatively mild temperatures, however, it was heated for us, which was really very nice. All in all, really a very pleasant stay.

Beautifully decorated house, on a large enclosed and wooded lot, as described. The house is well equipped, you immediately feel comfortable there, the place is peaceful and the nearby beaches are wonderful. Glenda was available and attentive, again a big thank you to her and Manuel for their kindness!! This is a place we would definitely recommend and will be back as soon as we can!

Enzo and Cristina are true Superhosts. The welcome was very warm and there was even a little attention upon arrival. They showed us everything in person and we got great insider tips for exploring the area from the two. The house are beautiful and big. It is very modern and you have everything you need. The rooms are very friendly and bright. A highlight is the wonderful view and tranquility. You feel like you're in paradise. We also appreciated that Enzo and Cristina rely on sustainability and manage their property in harmony with nature. We felt very comfortable at the place and with these two hosts and would book again anytime. Thanks for the wonderful week!

We loved to stay at Valéria's house ! it's really beautiful, with a great garden and very spacious for a family. The house is vert well-equipped, and Valéria is such a nice person, who gives plenty informations about the things to do around, and does all that she can to satisfy you. We recommand!!!

This bright new apartment, the upper floor of Lorenzo’s two rentals here in Arbatax, has a simply spectacular setting and outstanding view that are only the beginning of the things we were impressed with. We stayed for two blustery days in January and were plenty warm inside. We loved the view and sound of the waves coming into the cove and crashing on the headland below the tower on the headland across the way, which is lit up at night and can be seen directly from the bedroom, glorious. Lorenzo made many suggestions of places to eat and visit; we also found more in a booklet he’s made and even the photos in the Airbnb listing! Clean, bright and many extras, feels like home, sublime. What a sweet place to discover Sardinia’s eastern coast. Our best stay on Sardinia and maybe all of Italy.

The holiday apartment is a detached house directly opposite the Perdepera resort. The location is very quiet, you won't hear much from the resort's evening activities. From the house it is less than a 5-minute walk to a very nice beach with white sand. The house was ideal for us: three rooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, two bathrooms (one en-suite with one of the bedrooms), one with shower and the other bathroom with bathtub. Kitchen/dining and living room had all the equipment we needed for the duration of our stay. For example, we also found swimming fins and diving goggles, which our daughter used with enthusiasm. The beds were comfortable, the place clean. We liked it very much, and Alessandro was very friendly and helpful.
