The accommodation is spacious, there are two terraces and all the minimum amenities useful. The location is very good and the place quiet.

We 100% recommend the Cosy Sand. We had a great time with the family at Béatrice and Yannick's. Check-in and self-checkout well explained. A quiet accommodation, very cozy, tastefully furnished, recommendations for nearby outings /activities and restaurants, with delicate attention. Yannick was responsive to our requests. Very functional, pleasant and very well decorated apartment with a garden and a verandah for aperitivo, lunch and dinner in a beautiful secure residence. The hostess is very attentive both before the stay and during and is always very available for good advice.

Ideal location and location that suggests as the only noise the music of nature under a variety of soothing and colorful notes. Beautiful views of the ravine and the sea. Efficient, welcoming, and non-intrusive staff. A grocery store not too far away with fresh, local produce that also contributes to a routine that I will hardly get rid of. A real little piece of heaven. I'll wrap up on a touch of selfishness and stop adding more. Sinceitmust be confessed that I want this villa available during my next visit to the island (Blague Marjo). Thanks to Marjorie, Camille and the cleaning staff from the entrance to the exit of the villa. Five stars out of 5 stars possible.

thank you to Gilbert for his warm welcome, and his kindness. There was fruit from his orchard to welcome us, and Gilbert took us to discover his city and all the amenities around the accommodation ( bakery , restaurant , grocery store etc.). we had a great stay .

It was a great stay with my kids and nieces. The house is better than what we see in the photos. Great value for money, responsive and attentive host. The girls spent their entire stay at the pool where we were also able to make a good grill. I highly recommend it and will come back again

I had a great 3 night stay at this charming little studio, located right next to the beautiful house with pool of Sylvain and Fadila. They were very welcoming and warm hosts, always available to share valuable tips on sightseeing and things to do in the area. The studio is cozy and perfectly equipped. Access to the pool is a real plus to relax after a day of discovery. The location is ideal for sailing in the East. Thanks again to Sylvain and Fadila for their generosity and kindness. I recommend it without hesitating!

Very pleasant stay at Cathy's apartment, very well located (amenities nearby), beautiful sunsets over the Indian Ocean from the terrace. I can only recommend.

The very spacious apartment is ideally located a 3min walk from the lagoon and centered in relation to the various tourist activities of the island. The stay was very pleasant and Mylène is very responsive to our exchanges by message. We enjoyed the "welcome kit" in the fridge, the quiet and sunny terrace, the shops a few meters away, the private parking and the pretty city of Saint Leu. This accommodation is ideal for a family of 4. Only a problem with the washing machine somewhat tainted our stay but it will be quickly repaired. In short, a perfect apartment for anyone who wants to discover Reunion.

Warm and available host. Accommodation in a beautiful quiet residence despite the proximity to the city center which is a very good asset . Soothing setting with sea view, 5 min walk to the beach . Private and fenced parking makes it easy to get around , ideal when you have a little race to do without battling to find a place . The air conditioning works well , whether it's for the bedroom or living room . TV has Disney + , Netflix , Apple TV , Amazon prime …. Convenient when you don't feel like bringing back your HDMI cable and adapter . Just log in and you're gone!

We had a pleasant stay at Julien's place. The accommodation is close to the sea, the sound of the waves makes its small effect in the evening after a beautiful day of hiking. Julien takes great care of his hosts. I highly recommend this listing!

We had a great time with Carole who is a great host. The apartment is really very nice and the perfect location with sea view. The most beautiful beaches on the island are nearby and the lagoon allows you to swim safely.
