Beach house vacation rentals in Terracina

We were two families with small children who rented and had a great experience. Doriana and co-hosts were very helpful. It was hard to find the place through the address but we got an exact pin to the listing that we could put into the GPS. It would be good if there were instructions for how the garbage sorting works in the house so everyone doesn't have to ask. We expected there to be more consumables such as salt, dish soap, toilet paper which it didn't but the host arranged for us when we asked. There were a lot of flies everywhere along the coast where we stayed, which meant that we didn't take advantage of the patio as much as we thought we would. According to information, it was due to the wetter weather that has been during the fall (we were there in October) and nothing like others staying during the summer had experienced. All in all we had a very good stay!

Perfect villa for up to 4 people. There were two of us and we had plenty of space. Beautiful garden, garden table + chairs, sun loungers and sunbeds, sun/shade: great! Well equipped kitchen. Bathroom is a bit small and a little dated, but everything works fine. Great host who responds quickly and helps directly with all questions. In short: excellent accommodation for visiting Gaeta, Sperlonga and beach!!

Ivo's house offers a unique view of the bay and is very well located for quick access to beaches and the city. Its access is deserved: access is accessed by an extremely narrow alley bordered by walls. Long live the Fiat 500!

Such an interesting, beautiful apartment. The view every day was magical, sunrise and sunset were breathtaking. Plenty of clean bedding and towels for the beach. We walked into the town centre a few times, and drove a few. So much life, colour and music, from live bands to food markets. People watching was great and so many restaurants to choose from. Drove into Nettuno a couple of times and that was great for clothes shopping. Got the train to Rome, easy and straightforward. Would definitely come back, thank you so much.

We recently stayed at Lucas House, a lovely villa in the mountains of Scauri, just a short drive from Rome. The house is beautiful, with lots of space and comfortable beds. The views are amazing, and we loved both the private pool and the larger shared pool. Most rooms had air conditioning, which was great. Driving in the area can be tricky, but the "authentic" Italian experience makes it worthwhile. There aren't many tourists, which makes it feel very real, but it might be challenging language and service-wise if you prefer more tourist-friendly places. Overall, Lucas House was perfect for our big family. It is child-friendly, though the large marble stairs make it more suitable for children over 3.5 years old. It’s close to many beautiful spots and beaches. Dealing with Luca and his team was easy and smooth. Thank you, Luca, for hosting us in your wonderful villa!

Very friendly and helpful host, very attentive to the needs for us who have a small child. He made us find in the refrigerator bottles of fresh water and lots of slices, milk jams and many other well-kept pool products and outdoor spaces, a very clean home. When we needed a small issue in five minutes, she resolved it for us. For those who want to relax, I highly recommend it.

the owners, Sylvia, and her husband, were very pleasant and provided us with excellent support. We arrived late in the evening at 11 p.m., and they came to pick us up from the train station. We visited Claudia's place for three weeks and were quickly overwhelmed by the fantastic location, the incredibly beautiful beaches and the fantastic sunsets. Claudia had put a lot of effort into answering our questions all the time and there was a smaller problem she had helped us immediately. We felt very comfortable with her.

We visited Villa Greg with 11 people, 5 of them children 10 years old and under, and it was absolutely PERFECTO! There was space for children to be children, and space for adults to gsther and share a meal or a bottle (or two or three...) of wine. Close to charming medieval towns and world class, Michelin starred dining, we could not have had a more amazing time.

Wonderful house, superior to any expectation. Large, super clean, equipped with everything and you don't feel like a vacation home, but a loved and well-kept place. A special mention to the bathroom, which in addition to being very spacious has a spectacular shower! Garden and covered patio are equally well cared for and very enjoyable, you can have lunch outdoors in the middle of the greenery and in total tranquility. We did not have the pleasure of meeting Claudia, but her formidable parents welcomed us not only with the courtesy that is allowed to be expected, but with sincere warmth (thank you again Rita for your exquisite donkey and Aldo for the plant). They were available for anything and, at the same time, are people of absolute discretion and respect for the confidentiality of guests. We've rarely felt so good! We really recommend a stay with them.

This beautiful cottage offers a perfect combination of peace and comfort. Surrounded by an idyllic pine forest, it has a large garden that invites you to relax. The nearby, gently sloping beach is ideal for families with children and offers numerous sports facilities such as kite surfing and windsurfing. Well-equipped Lido's provide extra beach comfort. The spacious house convinces with very good facilities, fast internet and a high level of security. The communication with the landlady was very pleasant and quick – she was always helpful. The peaceful surroundings and the relaxed atmosphere make it an ideal retreat for families looking for relaxation and fun.

We spent ten days of pure relaxation in Francesco'sapartment! Already upon our arrival everything was made pleasant and simple, from check-in to our departure. The apartment was impeccable even in every detail, nothing was missing and the beach below the house was the top! Francesco's courtesy, hospitality and availability are unique. They have made our stay even more beautiful. A place where we will return and that we will definitely recommend to friends and family.

My friends and I spent a week at Milva's place, and everything was perfect, the owner is very kind, sunny and very helpful, we felt right at home. Any information we wanted to ask Milva was always there to respond and help us. It was a really beautiful week, and we'll be back this and for sure... Thanks again Milva for everything!

The stay at this place was really nice and comfortable making us feel at home. We chose Alessio and Roberta's villa for the spaciousness of the rooms and the relevant garden as we brought our cat with us and we needed to move around the house safely. Our cat was really happy to take long walks on the lawn with the bib and leash ,otherwise there will be the risk that he would skip the fence, he is still a cat!!😅The house looks as described and we were very satisfied, the air conditioning works perfectly. The house is located in a very quiet, elegant and clean and peaceful private residence. Roberta was really very thoughtful and kind, she gave us a lot of useful directions. We would be very happy to come back and that's why I recommend it to those interested.
