Beautiful comfortable and authentic house, beautifully renovated, where it is cool even in high heat. The view of the rooms is splendid. Géraldine is very welcoming. Stresa is a 10-minute walk away, a little more on the way back because the slope is steep but it's a pleasure to be able to do everything without a car. We had an excellent week and we will be back for sure!

Stayed at Marco's place with colleagues on a business trip. Lovely house, everything is clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Shops are just a short walk away. For those who want to relax, there is a sauna, a jacuzzi and a swimming pool (although we did not have time to use it) Thank you for providing the house!

Had an unforgettable stay. The house is spacious, has everything you need, an extremely well-equipped kitchen, several balconies from which you could look into the beautiful valley and enjoy the fresh mountain air. We felt extremely comfortable and would recommend Casa Ursula to anyone looking for a quiet retreat in nature. Thank you!

Little Paradise is exactly what the name describes. Chiara and Graziano (her Dad) are great hosts. We stayed (2 couples) for 3 weeks sampling the amazing food, wine and culture of this beautiful village. The unit is in the center of Arona, and a short walk to all amenities. A couple of minutes get you to Lake Maggiore, with plenty of great restaurants to choose from. This cozy unit was very clean, well presented and located in a very quiet complex, and with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it was ideal for 2 couples. I highly recommend little paradise to anyone looking for a quiet comfortable stay. Chiara and Graziano went over and above to make us welcome and comfortable. If we are looking to visit the area again, Little Paradise is where we will be staying!

This place was clean! The bathroom is renovated and the rest of the place feels like the original interior of when the apartment was built. It’s quaint but probably cause use some updating. It was very CLEAN and comfortable. There is one room with bunk beds and in the living room the couch is kind of 2 single beds pushed together. There is also a pull out couch. I think it would be too small for 4 adults to stay in the living room. The location is perfect. It’s on the main road and 2 min from the chairlift. There is a ski room that was great and a parking spot which was convenient. The hosts are so sweet and responsive. The place is simple but had everything we needed. We were 2 adults and a toddler.

A great place to stay high above Lake Maggiore. Fantastic lake view. Spacious and generous. We wanted don't even leave the terrace, we liked it there so much. The very fine pool provides cooling in between. Everything is super well maintained and very tastefully furnished. Paola is a wonderful hostess, always approachable, super nice and friendly. She provided us with tips for the best restaurants and even reserved it for us. We had a fabulous time and would keep coming back.

Luca's house is exactly as described. It is very spacious with enough room for a family of 4 plus grandma. The terrace with the hammock is great. The center of Armeno is in walking distance with a nice supermarket and bakery. We appreciated the welcome basket very much. You have everything you can wish for in the kitchen (Nespresso machine, fridge, oven, etc). The garden is even larger then expected from the pictures. You have a nice view on the surrounding mountains from the garden as well as from the balcony. Really the only downside (as mentioned by other reviews already) are the mosquitos. There are very many of them and you need to come prepared. If we could have one wish it would be to install mosquito protection at the windows of the sleeping rooms so that you can have them open at night. We would love to come again thank Luca and Paola for their hospitality.

We had a great time. The apartment is beautiful, furnished in a simple but very comfortable way. It's really worth it
