We felt absolutely spoilt and had a fantastic stay. We were welcomed and treated like family. A home away from home. We will return.

A beautiful house in stunning rural surroundings. This is the perfect house for those who want peace and quiet. Host Giampiero is an incredibly sociable guy who wants to provide the best experience when staying in his house. He responds quickly and fixes what's needed. The only thing I have to postpone on my stay was that it wasn't clear from the listing that there was an external annex with 2 beds. This annex should be upgraded due to a fairly extensive moisture issue. In addition, unfortunately, 8 persons received ear infection during the first week due to poor water quality in the pool. Overall, though, it was an amazing stay where Gianpiero really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

Charming location and accommodation that allows you to relax surrounded by nature. The home is equipped with every comfort and the host is available whenever you need it. The place is a paradise and is perfect for those looking for relaxation and wellness with stunning views. Obviously traveling by car or you can reach, with trips of about 20-60 minutes, the best Marche towns and experience the beauty of this magnificent region. Access to the property is a little uncomfortable and impervious, but just drive slowly and be careful, especially if you do not have a high car as in my case. In any case, this did not affect the quality of one of the most beautiful holidays I have ever had, so I can say that the experience was absolutely magnificent so that, if only I had more time, I would repeat it tomorrow. Magnificent stay, ideal for "two hearts and a hut". We were able to get away from the hustle and bustle of cities, immersed in greenery with absolute peace. There is everything you need, breakfast with warm curtains, seasonal fruits, coffee, tea, water! The fireplace has stolen our heart! Highly recommended

We were there for three days - Marco was super nice and lives right next door and was always available for questions. Most beautiful view from the terrace into the Marche - street hardly used - equipment sufficient for 3 days - very sweet cat that the children loved!

We spent 12 fantastic days with five (2 adults, 3 children aged 2, 4 and 6) with Francesco and his family. The house, grounds, pool correspond to the pictures and descriptions - it is beautiful and very private. Amenities and cleanliness of the house are to a high standard and according to the price. The ventilation system of the house is completely sufficient and very pleasant even for the high temperatures in August. House and furnishings are very stylish, suitable for the area, sustainable and made of high quality materials. The nature pool is fantastic, clean and perfectly laid out. The entire outdoor area is in amazing condition and well maintained. Francesco, his sister and his parents are very accommodating people, always trying to give tips for the area, the beach and restaurants. They are very reserved and respect the privacy of their guests.

Anna’s place is lovely and spacious. It’s in beautiful country and one would be fortunate to stay there.

we were very satisfied with the accommodation, which is right across the road from the sea with a large beach and a gradual entrance to the sea, the accommodation is very suitable for two families, it is two apartments that are connected by a small corridor and entrance door, bigger apartment has a wonderful terrace with a view of the sea, the apartments are very well equipped and you will find everything you need here, we can highly recommend

The house is nestled in a village rich in history, and you can walk to both the sea and the surrounding forest, taking beautiful walks. We were greeted by co-host Antonella who went out of her way to help us with luggage (our car was too big and we couldn't get into the square in front of the house). The terrace has undergone a conservative renovation that respected the original materials but guaranteed an important efficiency, new bathrooms, new kitchen, excellent heating considering the many rooms. The house is cozy, bright, spacious (three bedrooms and two bathrooms) and there are two beautiful terraces with an unparalleled sea view. We had a great time and really appreciated the life within the village.

Navelli is a charming little village, located close to 3 different nature reserves offering diverse opportunities for hiking and enjoying nature. The house is very comfortable, authentic, spotless, with attention to details. Christel is kind, generous and a great host altogether. Highly recommended.

everything went well, including the proximity to the beach and its amenities... the pine forest between the house and the sea that we took advantage of every day because of the heat above all during lunch... also those on the greenbay. The only note out of tune is the noise of the train that disturbs during the nest in the pine forest... common or railways should make noise barriers at least in some busiest stretches

We stayed with 4 adults and 6 children in Tolentino and had two wonderful weeks in this great house! It is very tastefully decorated, well maintained, well equipped, spacious (so that everyone can retreat), has a great pool (perfect size) and a great view in every direction. It is located in the hills above Tolentinos in an absolute, quiet location (you do not disturb anyone and will not be disturbed). You have to have a car, to Tolentino you drive about 10 minutes/ here you get everything. Every few days, the pool was cleaned and after 7 days, towels and linens have been changed. There are great small towns in the area and you can also drive to the beach in just 40 minutes. We had a lot of bathing, cooked and enjoyed the tranquility. It was never boring, our kids' age was 10-15 years and all could swim. Thanks, Kate, for everything! Communication was reliable and very pleasant. Absolute recommendation from the heart!!

Sitting here with my family last week. Enjoy in one word what a wonderful place. You will relax here. The owner of the house himself spoke twice. But his father also lives here a real treasure of a man. This man goes above and beyond to make everyone happy. He is also a winner with the wine. I myself say take the red wine. It tastes very good in a wonderful evening sun. The pool is wonderful with a deep piece where you can really dive. A real party for our kids. Nice trip is going to the mountains is really beautiful, it looks like you are in the Alps. I would bless a Thick 9 for all you can do here and how you will be treated. This house is absolutely beautiful, it's even more impressive in person. Ingrid has done a wonderful job on the house and it was clear it's well loved. We got married here and had everything we needed to make the place look lovely, it generally spoke for itself. It was amazing having the outhouse where my parents could stay and have their own space and every room having its own bathroom was brilliant.

Wonderful stay everything was perfect. Especially with the scenery and the pool. The kitchen was very useful to us. And what a welcome☺️, thank you, wines, pies, milk , cafes etc. A nicest couple 🤩 I would go back without hesitation. There is an Oasi market in Tolentino but you have to take the car. Everything is beautiful thank you for everything.

We recently stayed at Roberto's Airbnb with friends for a week and a half, and it was an incredible experience. Roberto is a fantastic host. He provided invaluable suggestions for a beautiful motorbike ride through the mountains, enhancing our trip with local insights we wouldn't have found on our own. During our stay, Roberto also replaced the chlorine in the pool, ensuring it was always in pristine condition for us to enjoy. His attentiveness and willingness to help were remarkable, and he was always available whenever we needed anything. The house itself is perfect for four couples and kids. It offers plenty of space and a fantastic pool area that became the focal point of our relaxation and fun. The layout and amenities are thoughtfully designed to cater to groups, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend renting this house, especially with Roberto as your host. His dedication to ensuring a perfect stay makes all the difference!

The house is very nice and welcoming. The owners are very polite and discreet. Absolutely an experience to repeat even in summer to enjoy the pool in the beauty of the landscape.
