Excellent accommodations in Roma Norte! Super comfortable, clean, and functional. Location was great too- a little off the main drags so it was nice and quiet. Friendly building staff and easy check in/out. Pictures make it hard to tell but the patios are situated beneath all the other units in the building, they are less private than they appear– but we ended up spending time on the rooftop garden instead which was an awesome place to watch the sunset! Luxurious and beautiful apartment

Absolutely fantastic location. Super walkable to so many great places. We’ve had issues with both water pressure & temperature in previous CDMX visits, but neither were a problem at all here which was very nice. Two very nice bathrooms & an excellent kitchen. Super quiet street at night, we slept with our door/window open & had zero issue with any noise. Would highly recommend Ale’s place to anyone.

The place was spotless, super clean, just like the photos. Marcela was always attentive, we had excellent communication and she was very kind with our arrival and departure, I would totally come back, the area is not the safest at night but the security of the building made us feel very safe, highly recommended, do not hesitate to book this place.

While a bit away from the main tourist spots, the apartment is in on a quiet street and what seems to be a very safe location. With a Walmart Grocery store only a 5-6 minute walk away, it was easy to stock up on food and water for the day, along with a number of restaurants within walking distance. In addition, CDMX's main park is only a 20-25 minute walk and was a pleasure to run to in the mornings. The apartment itself is very modern and the building staff at the entrance were always friendly.

We had a comfortable stay and the Airbnb has everything you need. Security is great and it’s a good location. The hostess was a good communicator as well.

The perfect retreat from a busy day of sightseeing and hopping around the city — homey, spacious, and clean with charming and thoughtful touches that made this apartment feel like an actual home… from the well-equipped kitchen to the wall of books, cozy furniture and TV with Netflix included, as well as access to the W/D and a couple of lovely private outdoor spaces. It’s a little outside the ‘hot spots’ of Roma and Condesa, so a taxi/uber is recommended but surrounded by a beautiful neighborhood + within incredible walking distance to the museums and Chapultepec. As those areas get pretty busy, loud and crowded, we appreciated coming home to an area that was more relaxed and quiet. Alex was always responsive and super helpful. We felt very welcomed and comfortable - so much so, that we felt so ‘at home,’ and we look forward to returning here in the near future. Highly recommend :)

Very nice place to be with the family, few people, private. Ideal for proximity to activities in Morelos. Very close to Temixco and Xochi.

In truth, a really nice place, the pool always has warm water, the house has everything you need and a little more. Close to the square and everything is very comfortable, really. The idea is to return.

The place matches the photos, it's very nice. The pool is approximately 1.40m, and the water is warm by hiring the heating service. It is located in a quiet area and there are plenty of well-stocked shops around.

Cindy was always on track since arrival as the departure god local recommendations and how everything worked inside the house is a very quiet place and the house as impeccable as in the photos we rest, we relaxed right on the desired weekend. I definitely recommend the place to stay for a weekend with everything you need to have a great time.

Exceptional stay. Luis and Carmen were super responsive, flexible and extremely kind. They even brought us cookies halfway through our stay. We stayed for 10 days and had no issues. The beds were comfortable the rooms were cozy. The character and charm was perfect for our stay. Only recommendation would be a full length mirror somewhere in the space and a clothes rack in the front room as it does not have a closet.

Henry's accommodation is amazing, it is a very nice, clean house and of course the pool is the plus of the home; Personally, I always appreciate a good bed and this one exceeded my expectations as the mattress, sheets and pillows fascinated me. Henry is an excellent person, as is the rest of his family and work team, very friendly and always respectful. I definitely recommend the accommodation and I hope to return very soon.
