Awesome place, peaceful, quiet and yet close to shops & restaurants.

It was a great place to stay. I loved it and I was very comfortable for the period I stayed there. Very close to the bus stop and also close to the center of the city.

A very comfortable and spacious apartment with direct entry from the sidewalk. Gunter is super friendly and helpful.

Here we had a great extended weekend! Right in the center of Malmedy, fresh shop across the street, bakery and restaurants within walking distance. Apartment itself is nothing to criticize, everything tip top! Communication with the hosts was very smooth, friendly and always quick to respond. We'd love to come back here!

I enjoyed my stay at Cristina’s place. It was cosy, well-equipped, and peaceful. There are nice walking trails around and Vianden is a short drive away. Cristina was easy to communicate with, check-in was easy, and there was a small basket of snacks, which was appreciated. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Positive: - really nice apartment - Well located - Check-in information all received beforehand and was very easy - very friendly communication - everything you need! Really minimal shortcoming: a step comes down just behind the apartment door, which is why I almost lay down because I was not prepared for it.

Marcela is a welcoming host and we had a very pleasant business trip with my colleagues. She's very responsive and the self check-in and check-out instructions very clear and very convenient. We will come again.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Sebastiaan's house with three adults and three kids. Everything we needed was there, and we loved looking out the kitchen windows to the peaceful creek and fields beyond the backyard. Our kids had a great time playing in the creek as well as enjoying the toys, books, and games in the house. We loved using the indoor fireplace and outdoor BBQ. The house was very clean but still felt comfortable and homey. We didn't realize in advance the kitchen was a few steps down from the living and sitting room, but it ended up being a great space with large enough rooms for everyone to be together but also easy to split into smaller groups. The walk from the house to the nature reserve was wonderful and we saw lots of nesting herons. We felt we still had things we wanted to do in the area and we'd love to visit again and stay again at Sebastiaan's place.

Cyril is very responsive, flexible and friendly. My friends and I had a great stay, the house totally met our exoecations and we would recommend for an "offgrid" experience.

Olivier’s place was perfect for our needs while passing through town. Great communication, ample space, beautiful location.

Very beautiful and clean house, everything you need is present. Very spacious, nicely decorated and cool location. Beautiful view, quiet area and yet close to everything (by car). The tips given for visiting things were very useful! The owners are super friendly, give clear instructions and respond very quickly. Everything was fine, we 100% recommend this stay.

We had a great stay after Christmas. The space is as described, and by the fireplace it is wonderful. Lots to do in the house, with pool table, games and enough toys for young children. The garden is large and lovely to run through the leaves for a child and dog. There was even a Christmas tree. There is also plenty of private space for 6 adults because everything is smartly laid out. Our only downside is that in December there is very little open / doable in the area. But we enjoyed ourselves in the house despite that for a week! Also nice and quick contact with the hosts. We would definitely recommend it.

The apartment is very nice and well equipped. It is quietly located in a small side street. Great was the underground parking and it's not far to the highway. Unfortunately, the internet was not reliable. Diana said that would only be temporary. Diana responded to messages immediately.

We stayed for 4 nights over the New Year. The host was very flexible, responsive, and very welcoming to our family (including dog). The apartment had amazing views and the location was close to everything. We were able to walk or take free public transport around the city. The apartment was very clean, modern, and relaxing. A clear recommendation to those looking for a great place to stay with a hot tub and sauna to relax! You can absolutely switch off and forget about everyday life.

Comfortable modern apartment with two separate bedrooms. Great location close to a shopping centre and a large park, with direct connection to the city centre. Many thanks to the host for the flexible check in and check out hours. We would be happy to return in the future.

Stunning place, and the most homely Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in :) Completely spotless and it really has everything you could ever need. The garden is big and quiet, looking over the fields. Supermarket nearby. Easy parking and handy garage space if you’re coming with bikes or a pushchair. Overall we love it and Anja has been really responsive and helpful!

We had a comfortable stay at this Airbnb. The furniture was clean, in good condition, and sufficient for our needs. The house was well-equipped, with everything we needed readily available. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the private parking was a great convenience. The view from the property was lovely, and the heating worked perfectly, keeping us cozy. The sofa bed was good for sitting, but for sleeping, it wasn’t very comfortable—it made noise and wasn’t in the best shape. The bedroom, however, was comfortable and well-suited for a good night’s sleep. Overall, it’s a nice place with plenty of positive aspects.
