Kick back on the porch swing seat and do some people-watching with a coffee, then sink into the plump leather sofa and plan the day's activities. This is a new house I designed and built so that my 2 kids that are off to college would have a nice private suite for themselves when they came to visit. It just so happens that this is also perfect for airbnb travelers! All the suites are soundproofed between each unit, and each unit has its own lockable door. The big plus is that its only about $6 taxi fare to the downtown entertainment district or 2 blocks over to the Music City Circuit stop (free downtown loop bus service 6AM thru 6PM), or 25 min walk! New Home just completed in May 2012 - 1 Bedroom Suite with its own private full kitchen, open Living room and Dining area. Master bedroom suite on 3rd floor with roof top terrace and a great skyline view of downtown Nashville, whirlpool tub, and cathedral ceilings! There is also a half bath on the living area floor. Kitchen has full refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. This suite also has its own 2nd level covered porch! Living room has 70" 3D TV with full satellite channels including HBO, Cinemax, and Showtime. Bedroom has 55" TV. I just added a new memory foam Sofa Sleeper in the Living room. Come and go as you please. Beautiful new suite located on the second and third floors of my home is just 2 blocks to Bicentennial Mall State Park and Farmers Market, and just a few more blocks to Germantown restaurants and downtown Nashville. KING SIZE BED WIFI 2 NIGHT MINIMUM Before your arrival you will be given a 4 digit code to the front door, and your room key will be on the table in the dining area. You can checkin any time after 3. There is parking on the drive. Check out this video of the area: (URL HIDDEN) The penthouse has its own LR,DR, Kitchen, and bedroom. It also has the second level porch and the rooftop terrace all to itself. These are not shared with anyone else. With the front door code locks installed you are free to arrive at anytime after check-in without me having to meet you, But if you need anything, just give me a shout!! Walk two blocks to the Music City Circuit stop for the free downtown bus service, or take a short stroll down Church St to the entertainment district. Walk out on the pedestrian bridge over the Cumberland River for incredible city views. If you don't have a car I suggest downloading the LYFT or Uber application to your smartphone. This is definitely the best and cheapest way to get around the city by auto. It's about a $7 ride to the downtown entertainment district! Or you could walk (app 7 mins) to the Farmers Market and Bicentennial Mall State Park area. There you can rent bikes or catch the free downtown bus loop (Music City Circuit) that runs from 6 am till 6 pm at 7th and Harrison. But just do as i do and walk...only about 25 mins to the downtown entertainment district!! Check in is anytime after 4PM. Check out is by 11 AM. If you need in earlier, let me know. National Historic Registry Home on UTC Campus Near Downtown

Watch the sun set over Lookout Mountain from a rocker on the 2nd-floor balcony. Winner of the Fort Wood National Historic Renovation Award, this home was built in 1891 by Major Joseph Warner, once a Civil War prisoner of War, as the carriage house for his nearby mansion. On the UTC Campus a short walk to exciting Downtown restaurants and entertainment. New Riverfront Condo With Balcony in the City's Heart

Slumber soundly in a bedroom with Egyptian cotton sheets and room-darkening curtains. Start the day with a workout in the gym and a cooling dip in the pool, then head back for Keurig coffee and breakfast in the kitchen while viewing the 55" Roku TV. This condo is well equipped with everything you need to stay for a night or a 6 month stay! You have a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessities, a comfortable bed, plush bedding and towels, and a stocked bathroom with all the toiletries. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Q Tips, Cotton Balls, Hairdryer, etc is all provided. A large HE washer & dryer are provided as well as a starter pack of laundry detergent, etc. A large Smart Flat Screen TV in the livingroom. This unit is on the 2nd floor and it has a balcony from the living room that overlooks Riverfront Parkway & Parkway Pourhouse. The guests will have full access to the entire condo including the furnished washer & dryer. They will also have access to the gym , pool and clubroom in the community. We are available via phone or text or even email during your stay! If you prefer we meet you when you check in, we will happily accommodate but for the most part, we leave you be to enjoy your stay privately! Take an easy 10-minute walk to the TN Aquarium, IMAX Theater and Children's Museum. Lots of restaurants are nearby as well, with Parkway Pourhouse and Scottie's on the River directly across the street. Catch classic events at nearby Ross's Landing. This condo has 1 dedicated parking space in the lot and then free parking on the street. This area is a short walk to the heart of downtown, easy access on and off the freeway, and plenty of Uber & Lyft drivers just minutes away. Potential for noise - This is a condo located downtown. Although it is minimal, there is potential for noise from cars on the street below as well as the unit above you.
