Cabin vacation rentals in Tenmile Lake

Me and two of my girlfriends stayed 4 nights at the Hygee Hideaway for a “Galentine’s” weekend getaway. The space was perfect for us to spread out and each have our own sleeping space. The kitchen was stocked including Tupperware which was great since we mostly cooked for ourselves. The vibe of ‘Hyggelig’ delivered as advertised! The furniture, the lighting & the many crackling candles throughout the house was such a nice, cozy touch! We enjoyed reading, playing games, doing puzzles, watching shows, going in the hot tub & hiking around on the frozen lake. We also enjoyed the location. Ironton and Crosby are both within a 15 minute drive. We rented fat tire bikes from Cycle in Ironton and enjoyed an adventurous trail ride out & easy state trail ride bike (it was our first time fat tire biking). We walked around Crosby & popped into some shops and had great burgers at Iron Range Eatery for lunch. We returned for bingo at Spalding House for Sun night bingo! Overall a fun & relaxing trip!

We liked everything very much, especially the many decorative things that make this house truly cozy.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Valentine’s Day weekend and it was so relaxing and peaceful. The house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need for a cozy weekend in!

We had a great time staying at Quarterdeck resort. The cabin was beautiful and we loved the outdoor pool and hot tub!

Great cabin with ample space. Peaceful, scenic, and great area. Unfortunately our week was super cold but we enjoyed relaxing inside and using hot tub. Nathan was very responsive and kind neighbors came to our rescue when truck wouldn’t start due to the cold!

We had a lot of fun staying at this place. With being in the bay it is very quiet from the rest of the lake. The hot tub is wonderful and cool to see the lake as well. The stairs and deck can be slippery with kids so be careful.

Cabin was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, spacious, and well-stocked. We very much enjoyed our winter stay with gorgeous views of the sunrise and sunset on the lake through the large windows. Even though the cabin had nearby neighbors, it felt secluded and private. Nisswa is a cute little lake town that we loved exploring. Danielle was kind and responsive as well. We had a wonderful stay and would love to visit again!

This rustic cabin is in a beautiful, private area with amazing lake views from both decks. We really enjoyed the serene location and the large living room to have family over. James was a responsive and kind host, would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Found out last minute our family cabin had been double booked for my birthday weekend, so I did a quick search for something in the Brainerd for 5 of us and found this gem - so happy it worked out as we had the best time playing games and enjoying each other. We had a great stay! Our original accommodations canceled the night before our trip up north, and she accepted our trip right away! She was very responsive, overall would stay again!!

They responded right away when we had questions. The place was clean and had the amenities that we needed for cooking. The only thing I will say is that the roku doesn't work the best. It is nice to have that when its winter time.

Awesome stay, good lakes for fishing all around the area. Great for a good group of people looking to get up north and be on the lake!

Perfect two bedroom cabin on the lake! My husband slept 15 hours, the bed was THAT comfortable and after an 11 hr drive, he needed the rest. The host thought about every need guests would have and even when the area power went out briefly, she was proactive and kept us up to date. (It was an issue in the community not just the cabin.) The kitchen had everything we needed and the coffee bar was so cute! We wanna come back in the summer and take advantage of the kayaks on the lake and go swimming! We loved it was pet friendly for our two small dogs and they felt right at home. WiFi worked great and so did the tv. Next time I’m bringing binoculars. I was told there are swans on the lake. We heard honking but couldn’t get a close look. The lake view was beautiful and the water froze over in the 2 degree weather. Our family cannot wait to come back. You will get your steps in going up the hill to parking spot. 10/10 in our book! Will book again! ~Indiana family

We had a great stay at the cabin! Very comfortable and cozy and they have stocked everything you could possibly need during your stay. Even though we didn’t use them, there was even all the fixings for S’more’s! 🙂 We would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thanks Eli!

We enjoyed our weekend here on an annual couples ice fishing trip! Terry and Connie are excellent hosts, and their place offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Even at the coldest time of year, we felt right at home in the Cozy Cabin.

Very nice place. We liked the two levels so the younger generation could hang out and enjoy their own space!

It's a little tricky to find this spot and we recommend arriving during the daylight hours as we did. Once you get there, this cabin really can't be beat! We were back to Minnesota for a family reunion and this was the perfect spot for our family. The location was beautiful and we were never bored with great bass fishing, canoeing and corn hole. Thanks so much for the great spot to teach my 12 year old the best parts of growing up in Minnesota and we hope to come back and visit again! The only extra information I'd leave people is that there is a Trumpeter Swan that also calls this little part of Crooked Lake home, and his loud trumpeting can be a bit of a surprise and easily mistaken for a car alarm in the middle of the night. However, we would never complain that the swans, loons, eagles, wild turkeys and osprey all enjoy this location as much as we did! -S&B

This was my second stay here. Check-in was a breeze, the cabin was well stocked and clean. Pretty much everything you would need was supplied as far as cooking and eating needs were concerned. We had a very comfortable stay. The host communicated very well and promptly. 5 stars all away around

Mike was amazing. we were planning on staying at another location that fell through last minute and his response was very prompt, he was very kind and attentive. The location was beautiful and the cabebeezo was perfect. I only wish we would have had more time to enjoy it. Will definitely be first on our list when we head back thay direction.

Great place.. a little chilly in the winter, but comfortable. Most everything we needed was provided. Host was responsive when we had trouble getting into the cabin on our last night. Overall, a wonderful place!

This is such a beautiful setting and the home is so comfortable! Janett was such a cordial hostess and so flexible. We will DEFINITELY stay here again!!!
