Great location and home! Comfortable with everything, and great views! The house is just like the pictures! Large, comfortable rooms! The washing machine that can be used is also comfortable, having small children was super helpful! Surely if there is availability we will be back!

Our family of 4 stayed here for one week over Easter and it was perfect. We met the owner’s mother at check-in, and she was lovely and so kind to us. Apartment is great for a family with easy access to the pool. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy apartment with EVERYTHING you need to be comfortable and feel at home. Close to restaurants, the beach and other services (you can walk there without a problem). There is a supermarket both in the entrance area and behind the complex. Serena is very friendly at all times, a very good host We will repeat it without hesitation!!

Great stay, the room is as described, Host kind and quick in responding to my every need. Excellent possibility, upon advance booking, to rent a car to get around the island. I highly recommend it to those who want to stay near the beach with all the essentials available within walking distance. I'll definitely be back... thanks Tommy.

This house was very well laid out with several livable spaces and plenty of room for lots of people. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful with very nice homes, though close to the highway there was zero road noise. There was an awesome walking path along the edge of the cliff surrounding the neighborhood with amazing views and it lead to a sizable stairway hike all the way down to a beach. Must be in good shape to make the hike back up, but it’s also possible to drive to this beach. Super convenient supermarkets a few minutes away. Santa Ursula is a cool town inland from this house. Host was perfect and gave lots of info!

Very nice accommodation on the ground floor of a beautiful villa, with a pleasant terrace. Very clean, well-equipped kitchen. Very well located for traveling in the north of Tenerife, I highly recommend it.

Very happy with my choice to spend the past few weeks here. María is an amazing and responsive host and the room was quite comfortable. I was in a room on the front of the bldg so there was some street noise. It's a walking street so only the sounds of people talking and also eating at the restaurants outside. I have earplugs so it's not a big deal. Also great to meet some other travelers and digital nomads and to walk all through Santa Cruz. If you like to meet others and walk around the local area then highly recommended!

Nica, Yazmina and Matéo's home quickly made us feel at home. It's very quiet, the house is spacious, the garden and outdoor kitchen are very nice even if the weather in this part of the island didn't allow us to enjoy it too much. Everything worked well, we even had heating. And the kitchen is very well equipped (spices, oil, coffee, biscuits, fruit. One day Yazmina brought us a nice salad and a squash, it was lovely 🙂

Juan turned out to be a super host. He did everything to make us feel at home and so it was. Amazing view and possibility to also use the gym. We'll definitely be back.

great apartment with pool and beach nearby, public transport right outside apartment to los christanons and all other destinations, supermarket right next door, only thing is hot water didn't stay hot for bath to run but in the heat it's not really a problem, overall great place definitely would return:)

Excellent location near beach and playgrounds. Place was very clean and outside area was v good. Kitchen very good, comfortable apartment. We had an unlucky one off issue with day time noise out of hosts control but he was very good in resolving the issue. Check in information could be provided clearer to reduce uncertainty at check in.

Daniel took great care of us upon arrival since we had a mishap with the terrace that he quickly fixed. It is very kind to arrive and have a bottle of cava, water, fruit, etc. I would say that the kitchen is very small and that it might be good to have a bayeta, there is a box. Beds are fine and have TVs every room. As a colofon, the terrace is a blast. Eye with parking, it is not easy at the door but 50 meters above there is a very comfortable ground parking where to park without problem.

my stay was very successful. The apartment is very nice, there is everything I needed. The host of the house is very nice and very helpful. in addition, a beautiful quiet area with restaurants and the possibility of doing daily shopping in stores that are just a few steps from the apartment. We were in Tenerife for the third time now and this was by far the best place to stay! Excellent location - couldn't be better! Quiet yet close to many restaurants. The beach is also practically at your doorstep. The apartment is bright, friendly, well appointed. The washing machine (brand LG) is also top modern! On the balcony you have sun all day and if it gets too much for you there are 2 umbrellas that provide pleasant shade. The communication with the landlady was hassle-free and nice. We felt very comfortable. Absolute recommendation!
