Every incredible perfect house clean with everything necessary to have a chance of or better Caro and Carlos super attentive without the best hosts I would always rent it congratulations¡¡ It is worth every weight because it is what I am looking for spacious house all comfortable all the bedrooms have full bathrooms have the hot pool and it is cleaned every day by the comfortable beds the garden clean the bathrooms very clean (in a few houses they clean them so well) you do not need anything in the house everything has games. Amenities as well as soap towels, really it is a house that is not like for business it is as if a friend lend you the house with everything you need

A spectacular fifth! The tennis court has night lighting and the walking / running track is just beautiful. The gardens are simply better than many luxury hotels. The barbecue and stone oven is top! Definitely inside my top 3 properties that I've washed, the house staff is very friendly and they cook delicious. Carmen was always super friendly and responsive

It's an absolutely magical house. The furniture decoration bedrooms are beautiful!!! and being surrounded by greenery we found no bugs. Everything was very clean and tidy. Super-serving service for us and what we were offered. We eat delicious and the advantage is that you can give the money to the service and they buy the necessary food Pau the cook is very good and the Rulas is very helpful. The house is huge but since there are 7 people within the service, the gardens, the pool, the bed has a super well cared for padel with great maintenance. The house is in a designed place of mountains with a very special energy. It is a place that gives a lot of peace and there are many spaces to meditate, read, listen to nature.... We have one of the most beautiful end of the year!!! Totally recommended for an unparalleled vacation!!! Thank you Santiago for being such an empathetic host, polite, always on the lookout for how we were spending our holidays.

Amazing house to rest and disconnect completely from the daily routine. Very close to the center of Malinalco (by car),however it is totally worth staying to enjoy the spaces. Our stay was very pleasant, the view is beautiful, the pool and Jacuzzi are great, doña Nat and family are very attentive and kind like Mr. Alejandro. Only maintenance is missing in bathrooms, but everything is fine 👍 Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay to the fullest! Ideal house if you are going on a family trip with children as they have a lot to entertain. We thought the house was going to be cold but the weather was super nice. Jose was always friendly and very quick to answer. The care of the ladies of the house was excellent.

The house is very beautiful and very complete. It's easy to get to and very close you find anything you need, as well downtown is very close, less than 5 min drive. The attention during the time we were there was excellent. The pool was perfectly clean and there was always one to check the temperature.

House in perfect condition, very nice pool. Our stay was really amazing, lots of privacy within the fractionation, we would definitely come back again The only thing we had was that all of a sudden we didn't have wifi but that's nothing left of our stay that was 100% enjoyed

I can't more than say: extraordinary. It exceeded our expectations by far, because although the photos of the place are nice, they do not do justice to reality. It was a family getaway to celebrate the new year from 2024 to 2025 and it was idyllic and relaxing, as well as being able to live with nature and the atmosphere of the space allowed us to have a great experience. Thank you we will be back for more getaways from the city.

It is a perfect place to relax and disconnect from the city, the garden allowed us to play the way we did not do it between siblings, the kitchen and dining room lend themselves to create and share moments with your loved ones and if you want to spoil your family there is a grill area near the pool. my little sister told me that I hadn't had such a fun vacation for many years. that is priceless!

Nice and big enough to fit my whole party that was with me ! Perfect location , not to far away from everything ! Felt very comfortable with your own security check ins so no one can enter the premises ! Host went above and beyond keeping the place clean for us while we were there ! Highly recommend to others

Such a nice and stylish house! The view is stunning, the place has such a good taste, comfy beds, clean sheets and towels. We stayed for a weekend with my husband and two kids and we had an amazing time swimming in the pool, hiking (the entrance to the hike is literally just crossing the street), relaxed and enjoyed reading in the Acapulco chairs and just delighted with the silence and surrounded by nature and the beautiful Malinalco views. Highly recommend to stay here and we will for sure come back! Thank you Victoria!

Great place to share a weekend with family and friends, the house is amazing! you feel welcome, the hosts are friendly, all the time attentive, pending what you may need or if you have questions. The facilities work at all times, the quality of the beds, towels is 5 stars. The location is wonderful, the views, there is no noise other than nature which is spectacular, sunsets and sunrises that can be appreciated. The kitchen and cleaning staff more than recommended attentive, friendly and cook delicious. We recommend the stay, the price is totally reasonable with the quality of service and facilities, everything that comes in the description complies. Thank you my family and I for the kind treatment and the great weekend we spent in Villa Alaia.
