Every incredible perfect house clean with everything necessary to have a chance of or better Caro and Carlos super attentive without the best hosts I would always rent it congratulations¡¡ It is worth every weight because it is what I am looking for spacious house all comfortable all the bedrooms have full bathrooms have the hot pool and it is cleaned every day by the comfortable beds the garden clean the bathrooms very clean (in a few houses they clean them so well) you do not need anything in the house everything has games. Amenities as well as soap towels, really it is a house that is not like for business it is as if a friend lend you the house with everything you need

A spectacular fifth! The tennis court has night lighting and the walking / running track is just beautiful. The gardens are simply better than many luxury hotels. The barbecue and stone oven is top! Definitely inside my top 3 properties that I've washed, the house staff is very friendly and they cook delicious. Carmen was always super friendly and responsive

It's an absolutely magical house. The furniture and bedroom decor are beautiful!!! And being surrounded by greenery, we didn't find any bugs. Everything was very clean and tidy. The service was super attentive to us and what was offered to us. We ate delicious food and the advantage is that you can give the money to the service and they buy what is needed to make the food Pau the cook is very good and Rulas is very helpful. The house is huge but since there are 7 people in the service, the gardens, the pool, the paddle tennis court are super well cared for with great maintenance. The house is located in a mountainous area with a very special energy. It is a place that gives a lot of peace and there are many spaces to meditate, read, listen to nature... We had one of the most beautiful New Year's Eves!!! Totally recommended for an unparalleled vacation!!! Thank you Santiago for being such an empathetic, polite host, always attentive to how we were spending our vacation.

Our stay was very pleasant, the view is beautiful, the pool and Jacuzzi are great, doña Nat and family are very attentive and kind like Mr. Alejandro. Only maintenance is missing in bathrooms, but everything is fine 👍 Thank you.

Very spacious, clean and beautiful house. The pool is very clean and a good depth. Very well-equipped kitchen, the dishes and utensils are very nice, not old like in other accommodations. The only thing that could improve is the beds, they were a little hard.

The house is very comfortable and with a very nice garden!! We had a great time! Óscar and Rafael very attentive to anything we needed and they were very kind. We were happy and look forward to coming back soon!

The house is very beautiful and very complete. It's easy to get to and very close you find anything you need, as well downtown is very close, less than 5 min drive. The attention during the time we were there was excellent. The pool was perfectly clean and there was always one to check the temperature.

House in perfect condition, very nice pool. Our stay was really amazing, lots of privacy within the fractionation, we would definitely come back again The only thing we had was that all of a sudden we didn't have wifi but that's nothing left of our stay that was 100% enjoyed

The place is located in an area that reflected the tranquility we were looking for, the house of Silimpia and in order. The perfect pool climate, the previous one of the people who look after the house is excellent.

This is the second time we've chosen this secluded spot near Malinalco, it's very peaceful, lots of clean air and great feelings of outdoors. When you arrive, the gate keeper gives you the keys to the house and Cleo is already there making sure the place is spotless and helping out on cooking when asked for. Even though it's secluded and hidden, the place offers high speed (40 mbps) internet, we were streaming music all day during our whole stay. The place has a pool that is heated from 9am to 1pm, but you can ask for more time if you pay the extra gas. We didn't need it as the weather was warm and it wasn't very windy. It accommodates around 12 people and it's got lots of indoors and outdoors space for activities. And best of all, it's pet friendly!

The place is beautiful and so are the surroundings. The style and decoration and great too. The host is really friendly and responsive. The two beds are comfy but the sofa bed not so much. We stayed during hot weather and the rooms were warm at night, perhaps a small ac unit or fans would help. None of this is a deal breaker though. I would definitely consider this place for future visits.

It is a perfect place to relax and disconnect from the city, the garden allowed us to play the way we did not do it between siblings, the kitchen and dining room lend themselves to create and share moments with your loved ones and if you want to spoil your family there is a grill area near the pool. my little sister told me that I hadn't had such a fun vacation for many years. that is priceless!

Nice and big enough to fit my whole party that was with me ! Perfect location , not to far away from everything ! Felt very comfortable with your own security check ins so no one can enter the premises ! Host went above and beyond keeping the place clean for us while we were there ! Highly recommend to others

Beautiful place to stay for a cozy and quiet time away. We really enjoyed our time and Marcela was a kind and helpful host. The garden is so lush! And the cabin has a lot of privacy.

I highly recommend this house in Malinalco! We went on a family trip and loved the place, quiet and central. The house is amazing, large and like new. With very nice gardens and tennis fit. The people who work there very attentive. I hope to return soon.

Great place to share a weekend with family and friends, the house is amazing! You feel welcome, the hosts are friendly, attentive all the time, attentive to what you might need or if you have questions. The facilities work at all times, the quality of the beds and towels is 5 stars. The location is wonderful, the views, there is no noise other than nature which is spectacular, sunsets and sunrises that can be seen. The cooking and cleaning staff are more than recommended, attentive, friendly and they cook deliciously. We recommend the stay, the price is totally reasonable with the quality of service and facilities, everything that comes in the description is fulfilled. My family and I are grateful for the kind treatment and the great weekend we spent at Villa Alaia.
