We really enjoyed our time at Capaldi Ranch and Daphne's place. We felt comfortable and our kids loved getting to know the animals on the ranch. We did the farm tour which really helped personalize our experience even more. Kim was a great host! The Capaldi team was very responsive to our questions and needs. They went above and beyond! We look forward to a return stay soon.

I traveled to Paso with three friends on a quick weekend wine tasting trip. I have been to Paso many times in the past, and Patrick and Trish's Park Street Retreat was by far my favorite place to stay. The house was exactly as described and was equipped with everything you need to enjoy a Paso getaway - walkable to downtown, a block away from a grocery store, a couple blocks from Paso Market Walk, and the house was spotless and had quite literally everything you could need. A big plus for me was that the beds were super comfortable, which is not always the case when traveling. Patrick and Trish were super responsive, check in / out was very easy, and they checked in frequently during our stay - definitely great hosts! I will absolutely look to stay here again on my next Paso trip.

This was our second time to stay in this home for New Years weekend, and hopefully there will be more. We love this house and its charm. Kitchen is one of the best supplied Airbnb’s we have stayed in. We like to cook so that’s important to us. Neighborhood is peaceful and we love watching the deer in the area. Sometimes right out the front window. Close enough to town that a good walker can walk to park. Pictures look exactly like the house looks inside and out! Can’t wait to return.

House was spacious and very clean. Looks exactly like the photos. Less than 10 minutes from downtown shops/bars/restaurants and within 20-25 minutes from all the wineries we visited. Right down the road from the Sensorio exhibition as well. Our group had a great time and I would recommend staying here.

Good prompt communication throughout, convenient location to both downtown and CalPoly. Clean and organized with helpful instructions. It was helpful to have the laundry facilities and the front & back porches to catch the sun and we were even treated to an orange sunset. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again when in the area.

This is my favorite Paso AirBNB so far! It was perfect for 4 people. The house was super clean, surprisingly roomy, well built, and well equipped. The decor is so cute! Each twosome had their own bathroom and adequate privacy. There were clear instructions for everything which made it easy to make ourselves at home. The location is fantastic too! Walkable to the square, close to restaurants, and convenient access to wineries. The automatic gate closed to make us feel a million miles away even while close to downtown. I look forward to staying here again.

The house is spacious and comfortable and only a 15 min walk to downtown Paso. The beds were very comfortable and showers were hot. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the yard for the dog & the ample parking was a treat. Would absolutely stay here again!

Honestly one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at!! We had the best time, it was so comfy and spacious and beautiful!! Loved every second of it. Would stay here every time I go to Paso!

Our family (3 generations, 5 adults, 1 child) had a wonderful 3 night stay at this incredibly beautiful property over New Year’s. The house was well-equipped, and had a perfect layout for us, with 2 in-suite bedrooms at one end and another, with an extra bed, at the other, with one at each end opening onto patios with views. The landscaping was gorgeous, with amenities like a fire pit in a seating area perched above the long view down to the lake and off to the mountains. The pool added to the visual appeal though it was unheated and we didn’t try it. The property was so beautiful that, although we had planned several hikes in the area, we chose not to leave it, instead walking the 1 mile driveway to the gate and back once or twice each day and otherwise playing ping-pong, darts, and cornhole (all provided) or our own invented challenge of frisbee over the pool. Perfect!Parents of young children should be aware though that the pool is central to the landscaping and can’t be closed off.

Wonderful family house in Paso Robles. Close to a grocery, walkable to downtown, and a short hop to the highway for sightseeing. We’d love to be back to try the pool. Kitchen is very well stocked for cooking. Very quiet neighborhood. Great stay!

My family had a wonderful stay at the Ranch House! Our host, Martin, was very friendly and checked in to ensure we had everything needed during our stay. The house is located on a quiet street, which was great for morning walks. There's ample to do in the area. We would happily stay here again.

The property is well managed, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool and hot tub were amazing. Probably our favorite Airbnb rental ever.

What a lovely home! We had to evacuate our home quickly due to the LA fires, and Pauline was so nice and accommodating, getting us in right away. The house is spacious, cozy, comfortable and in a beautiful spot. The view from the pool and hot tub is so peaceful and relaxing. Even though we didn’t plan to be away from home, we felt at home for a few days here. Definitely recommend!

Great home in a cute countryside neighborhood with a completely fenced in yard great for dogs. We had a family and friends dinner here and made pizzas to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and the large kitchen island was perfect for food prep and gathering. Well stocked kitchen and the billiards table and jacuzzi were fun for all. Very responsive hosts, great check-in instructions and nicely decorated.

We came for a bachelorette party and this was the perfect spot to stay! Close to the wineries yet private location. The hosts were kind and gave us a tour upon arrival where he recommended some local places to check out. We had an amazing time and highly recommend staying here!

The home was in a perfect location with great access down to the clean, beautiful and relaxing beach. Nice open kitchen, living & dining room with great views. A few minutes from downtown Cayucos and 5 minutes from Morro Bay. Couldn't ask for much more. We had a great time and will be coming back to visit again soon

Our family stayed at Summer Place over the Thanksgiving holiday. Upon arrival, the home was just as it was pictured. The yard is fully fenced so no worry about our dogs getting out. The house was equipped with everything you could think of, even Tupperware! The spa was beautiful and so relaxing. PRVR had the best customer service. Our spa had some issues that they sent someone out to fix on Thanksgiving day. Highly impressed with this BnB and with the rental company. Will probably stay here again.

thanks Kevin for sharing your cozy home with us! great location to be away from downtown and enjoy the country scenery with all required amenities but downtown is only a short drive away. everything was excellent and we would stay again. the only draw back was we were out of lime-a-way when we arrived so all our dishes were coated in white residue after the wash. I am sure had we notified the host that it would have been rectified but we didn't need the dishwasher again.

Team Central Coast was great and the home was exactly what we had expected! Overall, was a wonderful trip and we highly recommend staying at this home- the views were oustanding and the home had everything we needed (and then some)! My only (slight) complaint was that the required in-person check-in process was a bit stressful as we were traveling from Arizona over two days, so it was a little nerve-racking knowing someone was waiting on us to arrive by a certain time. We also encountered an unexpected storm once we hit SLO, so that slowed things down even more and made arriving on time even more stressful. The norm anymore has been no-contact check-in, so it was a little surprising to know we needed to meet with someone at check-in, but definitely not a game-changer, just a little different than what we are used to nowadays when using AirBnB.

Great location! This home was very comfortable in many ways, including it's layout, and location. If you enjoy walking, the neighborhood shows off old Paso and depicts the architecture common to the town. It's an easy walk to Spring Street where there are many places to stop, including coffee, cookie, donut and Gelato, antique and thrift shops and boutiques. Restaurants are throughout, so you'll be sure to find what you might be looking for. This was a weekend filled with visiting wineries that we have come to love over the last 35 years, exploring new ones, and spending time with friends and family.

It has become a tradition for us to go here once per year. There is room for 3 siblings and their spouses. The wives like the thought-out kitchen and it is easy to work in. There are enough televisions for everyone. Pool, darts in the garage and more activities in the back yard (mini-bocce, corn hole and a covered patio table). The neighborhood is nice to walk through. There is a trail by an intermittent stream 1/2 mile away.

Our first time staying at this house and we will definitely come back! The house is very comfortable, beds comfortable, kitchen fully stocked. Labels on the kitchen cabinets made it easy to find and put away cooking items to keep well organized. Short walk to town, the beach and the park for the kids to play. Grandkids also had so much fun having their own room to play air hockey, play games and do puzzles. Julie was great to work with and quick to respond to any of our questions. Looking forward to our next trip to Cayucos and staying at this house.

The views are breathtaking inside and out. We had wonderful weather which allowed for comfortable walks on the beach, sat on the patio area for hours chatting and watching the surfers. I will definitely consider returning!
