Vacation rentals with a patio in Tempe

My sister and I stayed here for a staycation and it was awesome. We had the perfect little corner! It was close to everything but also nice and private.

Perfect amount of space for a family with 2 teenagers. We came here to decompress after hiking for several days in Sedona, and the quiet and private neighborhood was great! Although not walkable to downtown or attractions, it was very central to access museums, the zoo, and the airport.

Everything was perfect with Jung's home. Location was quiet, check in was easy and the place was spotless. The only minor complaint I had was there were no regular sized washcloths, only regular towels and hand towels. Even with that minor inconvenience I still rate the entire experience 5 stars. If I ever come to Phoenix again alone I will be staying at this spot.

Andrew and Jenna were great hosts! They were very kind to be flexible on check-in for us since we were traveling by plane for the first time with our 8 month old. The place had everything we could need to have a comfortable stay for the week. Great, fully stocked kitchen for convenient cooking “at home” as well as laundry appliances for easy use. The neighborhood is close to plenty of places to eat or shop and it is a nice area to enjoy safe walks. We loved this place and would love again the next time we come to Phoenix. Great hosts, great place!

Alex place was a real treat. It was in a great location, clean and the location was quiet. Close to a lot of restaurants. We attended a Phoenix Suns game and it was within walking distance. Don’t think twice about booking it is well worth it.

we were here for work through our company for 11 days. what a great stay comfy bed ,equipped kitchen , tv in living and bedroom and a great walk-in shower! close to everything and a very nice and feel safe area! Thank you, Mychal and Deanna

Awesome stay! Thomasina was incredibly responsive and gave us great recommendations to eat around town. We had a later flight so we were able to have a later check out time which was great!! We will definitely be coming back!!

Colby’s place is the perfect home for those who are trying to escape the cold of the northeast winter. It is a perfect location. A short walk takes you to Fountain Park and the many restaurants and events such as the weekly farmers market and the yearly art festival. A short drive takes you to numerous trails and relaxing hikes. If you prefer to stay at home, you’ll find a relaxing and peaceful backyard. Inside the beds are comfortable, the home is spotless and the kitchen is well supplied. I am hoping to return next year for a longer visit.

We had a wonderful time for our girls' getaway. We especially loved the outdoor space. We spent a lot of time by the pool! The waterfall was peaceful and relaxing! Loved the lighting in the pool at night, so pretty! We had a great space for cooking, playing games, and just relaxing! We would definetly stay here again!

Our family enjoyed our stay in Fountain Hills. Pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the Mountians that could be seen driving near the home. Tammy's place was clean and had everything we needed. Loved using the pool and hot tub after a morning of hiking.

We had an amazing stay at Jeffery’s. This home was perfect for our family, the heated pool was incredible, as was the hot tub and smoker bbq. The home is welcoming and has everything you need, and is well decorated with very comfortable good quality beds. The neighbourhood is peaceful and there are several parks and playgrounds within a couple blocks radius. The grocery store nearby is a bonus and it’s a super family friendly area. The host is very attentive and helpful as well. I highly recommend staying at this Airbnb.

Rubel is an amazing host, easy to talk to and quick to respond. The house is well equipped and extremely comfortable. The quiet backyard is a great place to wake up in the morning while watching ducks, geese, fish and turtles in the pond. The location is perfect, close to eating and shopping. My family and I had a great time and highly recommend this home.

Great place to stay!! Very clean and secure. Lots of stuff in the kitchen to make meals. Beds were very comfortable and nice hot showers. We didn’t do any activities on the property but there is a lot to do if we had more time. Had to communicate some with the owners and they were prompt and very friendly. I will definitely stay here again!!

Would definitely recommend booking this place! The complex felt safe, the location was within 10-30 minutes to everything we wanted to do, the pool areas were clean and close to the home, the home had everything we needed for cooking meals, it was clean and parking was a breeze. Peter was an excellent communicator. I did stay with two young children and the place was perfect for them as well. I’d stay again for sure!! Thank you for a great stay!

My friend and I went to Scottsdale for the week for baseball spring training. Derek’s place was a great value. Apartment was clean and comfortable with a nice deck with a beautiful view. We could walk to the Giants ballpark in Scottsdale in twenty minutes. There were several great restaurants close by. It is only about a 15 minute drive from the airport. Derek was very responsive whenever I had a question. My friend and I hope to book this place again !

This was perfect for what we needed for our business trip. it wasnt anything fancy or extravagant, but covered all the basics. location was convenient, gas stations and major stores within 5 mins. the property may be a bit on the dated side but everyrhing was in working order. beds were comfy, place was clean, the AC worked. no complaints.

Lonnie was very responsive and answered questions completely. Quickly helped us out when checking in later than expected. Condo was comfortable and convenient to all we needed to see. Thanks!

Chandler was extremely fast to respond, I’m so thankful we got to rent this Airbnb! We had an emergency on vacation and needed a new place to stay asap and he was extremely accommodating and gave us an early check in unprompted! The condo had everything you could need including a highchair and pac n play, extra towels, some seasonings, ect. I really do feel like they thought of everything you could need. A/C worked perfectly as well! The pool was great and so clean. Staying here saved our vacation! If I do have any suggestion, it would be new pans due to the scratches on the teflon and a new rug since it looked a bit worn! But honestly these were such minor things in the big picture :)
