The stay with Kjersti and Erik was just perfect! The cottage is wonderful, we felt at home immediately. The fantastic veranda with lake view was great to hang out, relax and enjoy the remote nature and silence. The apartment was very lovely, great bed for a perfect sleep, kitchen with everything we needed and just cozy. Kjersti even put very freshly picked flowers into the apartment! We had a great trip to a sandy island with the canoe they provided for us. In the evening we had a really nice chat having a glass of wine with Kjersti and Erik, who are just great hosts, though we also had very much privacy in the cottage. So absolute recommendation! We‘ll come back! :)

Really cozy place!! Definitely recommend. You felt at home right away. We arrived very early and yet Knut was ready to receive us. Very helpful, sweet, and talkative. Even though there wasn't much snow, we made the best of the trip anyway. Ps thank you for snow removal

As soon as we had parked and got out of the car, we got butterflies in our stomach just from seeing the Skifterud farm. The couple on the farm with a skilled intern welcomed us warmly, shoulders lowered, the pace went down and the resting pulse arrived. They have an absolutely magical atmosphere. You'll hear the waterfall in the background, a small goat choir, and happy hens tripping around. There is wildlife, insect life, plant life. You'll wake up refreshed and look right at the lush valley and trees waving in the wind. We greeted those goats and walked to the waterfall that is close to the farm. We were also served organic, self grown, delicious food, as well as an unforgettable intimate concert with Rupert. Gaby is skilled in the subject, and we learned a lot on her classes that we'll take with us in our everyday lives. The farm is a rare jewel that everyone will have a unique experience on, whether it is to get knowledge, be inspired, or just get a break in from a busy everyday life. We are truly grateful for the stay and look forward to returning.

This was a great place to go! Cozy place with great views, room for many and all you need of things to enjoy. Lots of exciting things to check out as it's an old house, and a giant CD collection with everything you could think of good and slightly older music. We were well received and had a really nice trip. Would recommend!

John's communication was exceptional, fast response with messages. Really helpful during the stay and recommended some walks in the woods. Lovely house and surrounding area, hot tub was great on cold evenings. All bedrooms were lovely, nice and warm with an open fire and log burner kept the house nice and warm. 100% would stay here again, it was perfect for 2 families.

Perfect house for large family or sharing home for two families. Large rooms, two spacious bathrooms and large living room. 8 minutes to the lower ski lift of the Nordrefjell facility. Easy access to shopping and the host responds has a quick response time if needed.

Very nice host, fantastically beautiful location overlooking a lake from the terrace. We were there with three children (7, 7.12 years old) and felt immediately comfortable. Not only the children liked the direct contact with the animals. Especially the sheep, which have their pasture right by the house, are a highlight. Right behind the house there is a marked hiking tour around the lake, which we walked twice. There was always something to discover. It was a very successful vacation for us.

We went to a family reunion at Christmas time between the years in this beautiful, very clean and particularly lovingly and usefully equipped accommodation. We felt very comfortable and would very much like to come back. Thank you again for the hospitality! We wish you all the best!!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay here, it was the perfect weekend drive out from Oslo to experience norwegian autumn. Ola and Christine were great, responsive hosts and the cabin was exactly what we were looking for, old and charming but with modern comforts like a full kitchen. It was really sweet waking up to rooster calls and be greeted by the goats in the morning, hope to experience this again sometime.

Incredibly comfortable atmosphere! If you want tranquility and a rural experience, this farm is highly recommended.

We had the opportunity to book the cabin on short notice and Wenche was helpful and accommodating. We had a great time at the cozy cabin, it was idyllically located with a short distance to Meny and Helgeroa.

We had a great time. Above all, the location was great. Lake and mountain views with private lake access. We did great canoe tours. Every day there were deer at the house. Linn was very helpful! Their friendly dogs and cats often visited, which especially our children enjoyed very much. Highly recommended!

We had great days in Enga Gård. Very charming and cozy home. Here everything is set for nice days in the forest and 25 minutes to the ski center Kongsberg. Thank you very much for the cozy Christmas present and for your hospitality :-) We would love to come back again in the future!

Very charming farm with good playground, both outside and inside. We really enjoyed it! Good communication with the host. The place stood up to expectations, and so on. Would recommend a stay at Own!

We were on tembuilding and enjoyed two days, despite bad weather. The place is suitable for many, even if you have to be inside. Everything was tidy and ready when we arrived, and we have got quick answers to what we were wondering about ahead of time. Have already decided to come back

We had a very nice stay in this beautiful and quiet area.

We were 14 people between the ages of 10 and 75, at family reunions. There was plenty of space both outside and inside, cozy and old-fashioned. The hosts were nice and helpful, took the time to show us the sheep. Everyone in the party had a good time and was very happy with this stay, including the young people. There is a lot to see and do in this area, not least Sommarland in Bø. We gladly came back!
