As a frequent traveler, both solo and with family, and a host myself, I have high standards. Jean's place is my top Airbnb experience. The property is absolutely stunning, from stargazing at the top in her relaxing lounge area, the pool, the beautiful foliage, to catching water taxis from the private dock. Jean was always available, arranging rides and sharing invaluable tips on local explorations. Her hospitality made us feel like family. This Airbnb offers unbeatable value; we can't wait to return!

I had an amazing stay at Gabriel's Airbnb! The view is absolutely stunning, and the hot tub is an incredible addition, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. I really appreciated the thoughtful details, such as the 2 gallons of purified water, coffee, bug spray, and other small touches that made the stay even more comfortable. Gabriel has created a wonderful space, and I hope to stay here again on my next visit to Panajachel!

Augustus has to be one of the best hosts I’ve ever came across with and I stay in plenty of airbnbs. He is so responsive, open, welcoming and caring. He quickly responded to all my messages before, during and after the stay. The spay itself is gorgeous. So peaceful with lots of natural light and beautiful view to the lake. It is honestly beyond what words can describe. The gym on the property is so great and also the paddle board experience was so calming and heart opening. The WiFi flawless, I work doing video calls and it worked perfectly. Bed super comfortable, full kitchen and great vibes! Augustus and his partner Claudia really bring the true meaning to Airbnb and bed and breakfast stays! Felt right at home and I am planning on coming back! Also, I was traveling alone and Augustus made sure to check in me often to make sure I was ok and safe which I am so greatful for!

We had the most magical stay at Leslie’s house in San Marcos La Laguna! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the main dock and the heart of town, with shops, restaurants, and all the local happenings within easy walking distance. It’s also a short stroll to the nature reserve, where we had the unforgettable experience of jumping off rocks into the pristine waters of Lake Atitlán. The house itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding volcanoes. Every detail of the home is thoughtfully designed, creating a perfect blend of comfort and beauty. What truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible hospitality of the caretaker, Mariano, and his wife, Petrona. They prepared delicious breakfasts for us every morning and kept the house immaculate. Leslie went above and beyond to organize a cacao ceremony, which was a transformative experience, and even arranged for a fantastic cook to prepare

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Very quiet but only a few minutes from the centre of Antigua with all the restaurants and cafes. Hosts were really communicative and accommodating when our arrival was delayed. A great stay.

I know the area for it's hustle & bustle traffic stopping busy-ness. But just off Diag. 6 this gem of a place let's you relax and have awesome views of the ever growing skyline with the volcanoes in the background. Friendly entrance security. And if you do like the shopping and dining of the area it's a safe 5 to 10 min walk. Well equipped even to cook a nice meal (grocery stores waking distance). Diana was friendly and was quickly apologetic about a minor furniture mishap. It's not about perfection but about service and attitude. That being said. Nice place for a quick stop after being in the area or even for a longer stay. I didn't use the parking space but totally a plus in a city that is congested all the time.

The house was great and the service was expected!

Jorge was a very gracious and welcoming host. He helped us with transportation from the airport and sent a private boat to pick us up in Panajachel, which brought us directly to the house’s private dock. The home was beautiful and clean. The location is very good, right next to El Dragon hotel. There is a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. The only issue we had was the WiFi not reaching some of the rooms, which Jorge immediately addressed by sending a WiFi technician a few hours later. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

It was a very nice stay. The host was always responsive and gave us all the required information. The house is very nice and clean and has a great lake view. After parking your car, you must go down a long stairway to get to the house, which is typical in Atitlan. The host had organized people to help us with our luggage 🙌🏻
