I spent 5 months in Farrel's accommodation. The accommodation has all the necessary equipment for one or two people. He is a perfect host, always ready to help with the slightest problem and usually responds very quickly! As soon as I had any problem I sent a message and within the day or the next day Farrel had already found a solution! I highly recommend this accommodation!

The apartment is located on a secured site. It is a neighborhood on its own with hundreds of shops under the buildings on the site. There is a metro line at the entrance of the building. Honestly, the times we enjoyed the most in Jakarta were the time we spent on this site. A local evening market is set up just outside the site. The house is clean, the beds are comfortable. Good value for money paid.

We were a family of three and we had very pleasant stay at this apartment. The water dispenser is very thoughtful, and had complete amenities. Our concern before was if the ac working properly and they did. The ac is cold so the room is very nice to stay. Overall we will def stay there again if we come to South Jakarta again.

From the moment I stepped into the unit I knew this was a “home” - loved the balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the fact that the unit itself was fully equipped. Al was friendly throughout even when I accidentally left some items behind, he helped arrange for it to be returned to me. Made my trip here totally memorable.

This is my second time here ,and i would say it's better than the last time ,once again I highly recommend this place if you wanna stay in Jaksel(Jakarta Selatan =South Jakarta)

Skolastica's place is comfortable, quiet, and really great for a weekend getaway. The drinkable tap water in particular is great if you're from overseas. Recommend!

I had an amazing stay at Mirza’s place for an entire week! The space was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Mirza was an incredible host — super responsive and always ready to help with any questions I had. The location was perfect, and I felt at home the entire time. Mirza went above and beyond to make sure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again in the future!

Was exactly just like the photos, Eddy was always quick to respond and helpful. Apartment was extremely clean and in a great location with great skyline views. Our stay was well worth the money. Thank you Eddy!
