The pool and the accommodation are stunning. The simple colours and en-suites make the property very special. Property - you couldn't do ask for better Following return home - disappointing due to request for extra cleaning payment when we were very, very sure to leave in an immaculate condition.

Really nice place. Beautiful garden, Pool area and parking spot. Everything is really nice. Private outdoor dining & BBQ area. We stayed there with our little 3.5 year old child and had a great time.

We had an amazing stay here, stunning views and very peaceful. Perfect for a group to stay for a relaxing week. Quite far from the beach but perfect for what we wanted and once we got to know where everything was it was great.

Fabulous private villa in a lovely secluded location, close to Moncarapacho and to Olhao. Very well equipped and laid out with everything you can possibly need. Beautiful garden and swimming pool and your own fruit trees for you to pick. Oliver is an excellent host, always available when you need him but invisible when you don't. Highly recommended for families and for those who want to experience the real Portugal, without the crowds.

We had the most amazing two weeks at Marias beautiful place close to Olhão. Our group of 11 people - 5 kids and 6 adults enjoyed the whole house, especially the pool area and the large outdoor settings with room for everyone. Further more, all the animals were great fun and we got to help feed them and pet them as much as we wanted. Olhão is a nice small town with fish and vegtable/fruit markes, great restaurants and icecream shops. Maria was an amazing host. Helped us with everything - found a chef to make us dinners upon request and surgested several ceramic shops, where we bought many beautiful pieces to take home with us. The best recommondations for groups looking for an authentic stay in Portugal. We hope to come back some day. It truet felt like a home away from home.

WOW is the most accurate description of our days spent in Sina. A perfect getaway from the daily stress and crowds. Sina is pure perfection when it comes to relaxation in amazing surroundings ❤️ Paulo as a host was very forthcoming and helpful in every way. A beautiful location and a wonderful host. Perfect for the children. When I said there was a problem with the kettle, a replacement appeared within half an hour! Couldn’t ask for a better end location to our holiday.

I went to the accommodation for a few days with my family and 4 dogs. How can I describe in a couple of words the tranquility that was in that wonderful place? It seemed like something out of a fairy tale. Everything was perfect, and the owner was super attentive and kind. We were definitely very sad to leave, since we felt right at home. I highly recommend it, and just like Portugal, it won our hearts. So when we return soon, we will definitely return to this accommodation 🫶🏻😍

Sergio's Eco-Villa is a little paradise! We had a fantastic stay. The house was very confortable, clean and decorated with great taste. We really enjoyed the view from the rooftop terrasse. The land around the house has lots of interesting trees and wild flowers (very green at this time of the year!) and it was so nice to hear birds singing in the morning and evening. It felt like being in a little oasis of peace. Sergio and his team were very friendly and responsive. No regret to have booked this place to finish our holidays in Algarve. I can highly recommend it and we will certainly book again, it is such a unique place! Obrigado!

The place is very nice for groups, both indoors and outdoors. The pool area has a great green space. The kitchen is quite complete in terms of utensils. The management of the space and attention in the moments prior to check in went very well, super considerate. I recommend

We really enjoyed our stay here! The outdoor space is really big and the pool is really nice. The apartments are very cozy with a kitchen that has all the tools you need. Also really close to Tavira! We loved it!

Firstly, the photographs can't do justice to this home, and it does feel like a home. Our group consisted of 5 couples, some of whom are very well travelled. The consensus was that this was one the best holiday home experiences for members of the group. Jose and Ana's home easily catered for 5 couples, with more than ample space, inside and out. The garden is extensive with both communal areas and quiet chill-out spots, as well as a good variety of fruit trees (lovely fresh orange juice every morning), and of course the swimming pool and volley ball areas. There is an eclectic mix of objets d'art, antiques and furniture that make for a fascinating environment in the house and in the garden. You could spend hours just taking in the various pieces and arrangements, and some of us did. The main rooms (sitting, dining inside and dining in semi-outside area) all catered easily for 10 adults. We didn't have time to use either of the TVs as there was just so much else to do. For a reasonable extra fee you can have on tap beer and/or vinho verde; we opted for the beer and certainly enjoyed a well-chilled beer on the long hot days. Location clearly depends on personal preferences but our group found it to be ideal. It is on the edge of Conceicao de Cabanas, being a 10 minute walk to the nearest restaurant or a 15-20 minute walk to Cabanas seafront and access to the beach boat. 10 minutes will take you to the nearest train station giving you access to a train that links with easy access to Faro in one direction or the Spanish border, with many attractive stops in between. We used the train for the 7 minute journey into Tavira for Eu1.45. In fact, having hired bikes and also used some of the bikes that were available at the house, we did not need a car. The Ecovias cycle and walking route that gives access most of the Algarve coast, often off-road, is within 100 metres of the house entrance and we had lovely cyles/walks to Fabrica/Cacela Velha and to the Tavira salt flats (and flamingos). A short cycle to the north and you are on quiet lanes and roads in the rolling hills above Conceicao. The railway is close to the bottom of the garden but far enough from the house that it is unobtrusive; there are relatively infrequent small trains that make it quaint rather than disruptive to the quiet. The area is really peaceful. Jose and Ana were great hosts, very attentive and welcoming. They put their heart and soul into the home and it shows. It is clearly a labour of love. Queries were responded to quickly and help, when needed, was provided very promptly. One final point. We decided to make use of the private dining experience, whereby David, a local chef, will come to the house and prepare a restaurant standard meal for your group; he does everything, including clearing and washing up, even taking any food left over and packing it in the fridge! Good value for a very high standard of food and for a pretty unique experience.

We really enjoyed staying here, surrounded by orange trees and beautiful nature - only a 25 minute walk from the city center. The house was clean, calm, had all the supplies, and is the perfect spot if you want to discover Tavira and the scenic Algarve by day, but also enjoy relaxed evenings in solitude in the midst of citrus trees. A dive in the pool is ideal to cool down on hot days. There's a supermarket nearby and lots of great restaurants to check out in Tavira. We would come back anytime. Last but not least, a big 'thank you' to Maria who was very quick with her responses and reaction all the time.

Highly recommended! Family run business, hosts are amazing, genuine friendly and helpful people. Was an absolute pleasure to stay here! The villa is very spacious and has everything you need, the outdoors dining area and social area has shade during the hottest hours of the day. The pool is lovely and big, the views are beautifully stunning!! We will be staying again and would definitely recommend, if you would like a peaceful and tranquil stay, somewhere beautiful, where you can make memories, this is the diamond you are looking for!

Marie's house is one that we hope to come back to again. Divine views over the rolling countryside towards the sea. You definitely need a car as the coast is approx 20 minutes from the house and the nearest shop approx 10 minutes. The house is pristine, the outhouse wonderful (if only we could have used it but sadly the weather was unpredictably bad) and the kitchen well kitted out. I cannot recommend a stay at the house more.

Very good welcome from Miguel who gave us good restaurant addresses. Very responsive. Pleasant house, of exemplary cleanliness. The pool is nice but it's a shame that the road is so close.

The apartment was perfect for a stay with our 8 month old, had 2 bedrooms, high chair and even some toys which he enjoyed! The pools were lovely, and the ability to walk to lots of places to eat and drink was great, also lots of takeaway options on Uber eats! Made our evenings nice and relaxing after the baby went to bed. You had to take a boat to the beach, which with a baby was a bit daunting, but when you got there it was very well set up with a board walk for the buggy the whole way to the sun beds basically The stairs down to the apartment were a bit annoying with the buggy, would have been handy to exit the apartments at the gate we could clearly see at the end of our row of apartments, but not too much of a problem Nice to have the place cleaned half way through, kitchen well stocked with everything you’d want
