Rich’s place was perfect for four college friends of 30 plus years to hang out and enjoy each other’s company! It was cozy and quaint and the decor was so nice! We had a nice visit to catch up, we all live hours away from each other. Hope to stay again!

Very comfortable and cozy, in a great part of the Cape. Kitchen has all you need, good set up for a couple or even small family. One note, not a huge problem: the fireplace is only ornamental. Bed is comfortable, might be too soft for some. Very helpful and friendly host, gave clear instructions but respected privacy. Thanks so much!

The house on the cape was full of historic charm ! It is close to downtown with lots of cute shops and restaurants. It was a comfortable stay and my group and I had everything we needed. Stephanie was an amazing host and gave great recommendations for local places. She was responsive and welcoming

Brian was very accommodating with a last-minute booking. Unfortunately, we had a miscommunication with another rental location and found ourselves on the island without a spot to stay. Brian was very responsive and got us into this cute apartment without any delay and saved our vacation. We were very lucky to find such a centrally located and well-cared-for apartment on such short notice.

We were visiting New Bedford for the weekend, and this spot made things convenient. A short drive had us downtown New Bedford, and it was nice to come back to the quiet cottage. We also enjoyed a few walks down to the water from the cottage. We would gladly stay here again. :)

This was probably one of the nicest air b&b’s we have stayed in on the Cape. Close to the perfectly quaint downtown Sandwich, and right off beautiful 6A, the location couldn’t be better. The house is beautifully designed, with a lot of thoughtful details, like Aesop hand soap and botanical room sprays. We also loved that there was a high chair and pack and play so we didn’t have to worry about traveling with all our gear. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Incredible stay here. “Off-season” trip to do some holiday strolling and Maureen and Brian’s home was perfect to spend time at when not out and about. Clean, spacious and modernized - we loved it. They took the time to add holiday decor to the place which is an incredible touch. Would absolutely stay here anytime of the year!

Our stay at this lovely Scituate Coastal Retreat was fabulous. The house was immaculately clean and the decor was perfection. The common areas were cozy, but spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with any tools/utensils we needed. Beds were comfortable and our party of 4 adults had plenty of room. The hosts left great suggestions for local dining and the house was only a 2 min drive (15min walk) to downtown Front St restaurants and shopping. Host Andrew was very responsive and wonderfully accommodating, allowing for a later check-out when requested. We were staying in the Winter, so perhsps check out time may not be as flexible in the warmer months. Check-in & check-out was a breeze! We hope to rent this property again. Minh took the time to decorate for the holidays. She was very responsive. Her place was Spotless! There were plenty of places to relax.

We had another great stay at Maria's. It was our third trip to her Airbnb. We always find her home super easy, clean, and comfortable. And Scituate is adorable. This time we had one small issue which Maria handled immediately - even at 10pm - and sent help that fixed the issue within an hour.

If you love the sound of waves crashing at your feet, this is the place for you. Incredible sunsets from the private deck. A picturesque, walkable village with a beautiful pier. Your own private beach right outside your door. Restaurants right up the street. Small enough to be absolutely charming but big enough (with the large loft) to accommodate a group. Location is everything and this place has it. Exactly as advertised and Host could not have been more amiable.
