Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Tararua District

Lovely Airbnb, well equipped and comfortable. Good location. Maria recommended a restaurant to us Little Savanna which was absolutely fantastic.

From the moment I arrived, it felt less like renting a place and more like visiting old friends. Tucked away in the countryside, this charming farm stay was the perfect retreat. As a city boy, waking up to the gentle sounds of farm life - chickens clucking, sheep grazing, curious alpacas peeking through my window, and the most adorable miniature ponies - was nothing short of magical. The place itself was a haven of comfort. From the plush bedding to the fluffy towels topped with a sprig of lavender. And let’s talk about the shower- absolute heaven! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I plan to be back again. Thank you both for the wonderful hospitality and chats. Until next time!

We really loved our stay! It is such a tranquil, cozy spot. We felt very comfortable and loved the extra touches and care Jacquie provided. (tha k you for the delicious cake!) Everything was beautifully clean, comfortable and well presented. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Fabulous location in Feilding, beautiful outlook over the town centre, paddocks & ranges. Really well equipped kitchen, spacious & great view. Laundry with washer & dryer was also handy. We had 5 adults staying in house together we couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stay in Feilding it meet all our needs.

The yurt, wow we loved the experience. So tempted to live in one permanently, loved the setup and the convenience of being so close to town by 3 mins. The owners were away for the weekend so we didn't get to meet them, but communication via txt felt like they were just there. We have told all our friends that lived locally in surrounding towns and they will recommend the yurt to others and for themselves for the experience. Definitely loved it

We had 4 nights here starting Christmas Eve. We took our own small twinkling Christmas tree which fitted perfectly in the lounge area. The trees lights complimented the beautiful lighting already in the cabin. This made for a perfect Christmas environment!! Our 2 teenagers were able to wake up to a lovely Christmas morning away from home. This is a beautiful private little cabin. Inside is luxurious, warm, cozy, quiet, private, with a large outdoor living area to enjoy! We loved all the little details that had been lovingly thought out for a luxury stay here. I loved the private outdoor bath. It rained a couple of days, and we still enjoyed the outdoor living areas as it’s well covered. We would love to stay again!😊

We enjoyed our stay. We were two couples and a child and this place was huge. We enjoyed the farm environment. .

Excellent one bedroom house on the owners property. Perfect for a couple who don’t want to be in Palmerston North but close enough to go into town for shopping or restaurants. The property is spacious for two and was beautifully presented. Don’t be put off by the rail line nearby - trains are very infrequent and not an issue. Definitely recommend this property.
