Jane was great and very accommodating. Was available when I got lost on the way, communicative around how everything works and was very generous with logs for the burner. looking forward to staying again

Everything about this weekend away was a great experience. Alice was very helpful with the booking before hand and gave recommendations for places to eat when I was trying to organise the finer details of the trip. When we arrived, the location was beautiful and check in was seamless. We were even met with a lovely slice of homemade cake! Alice and her family were very friendly and even warned us when there might be a power cut (thanks Openreach!) so she could make sure we weren't surprised. The location is walking distance from a fantastic pub (The Swan) and we had some great fish and chips a short drive away (Fairgreen Fish Bar) - both recommended by Alice! We loved soaking in the hot tub, taking in the view and watching the wildlife. It was the perfect weekend get away for us to relax and unwind. We were both sad to leave the little bubble that this place created. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to family or friends, or come back ourselves!

My boyfriend and I had a very relaxing stay at the Suffolk Barn - it had everything needed in a lovely little home. Jacqueline was very responsive and helpful - I would recommend!

This is the second time we have stayed and we absolutely loved it. Beautiful gardens and very peaceful. The place was spotless and so clean Everything is to a very high standard

Fantastic cottage, everything you could need for a holiday, in a peaceful country setting. Dogs made to feel welcome, with good size enclosed garden. Many things to do within a half hour drive, great places to walk and eat. We would highly recommend The Walnut Tree at Thwaite for vegetarian and vegan meals ( dog friendly) Thank you from Sally, Eve, Billy, Mr Dubois & Alya 🐶🐾🐾🐾

lovely place to stay out in the sticks. perfect peaceful stay while I was away for work. comfy bed, great shower and nice to have underfloor heating. nice little touches like all the breakfast bits, milk, crisps, bread etc.

An outstanding stay in a brilliant house within comfortable walking distance of Framlingham. Spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a weekend away. We would love to return!

Just had a super stay at the cottage. It had everything you could wish for and so much more. The welcome pack was very generous. Cottage is located at the edge of the village but within walking distance of all amenities. Communication with the owners John & Claire was excellent. Looking forward to returning soon.

Lovely stay, Katie arranged afternoon tea for us. Beautiful location and a lovely place to stay. The shepherd hut was clean and warm. The hot tub is a great addition as well
