Loved staying at Chers' place, it was hugeeeee. More than enough space for 10 of us. Location is a little bit out of town, but only a 10 mins drive to Georgetown. Cher was really friendly too, recommending us places to eat while in Penang. Definitely will stay again the next time I'm here!

Ding and Chan provide a wonderful home away from home where my family were able to rest and enjoy Batu Ferringhi and the local food in the area. Nasi Kandar Khaleel is a short walk away and is really very good as is the local food court. All in all a great home away from home.

Easy to recommend Chan and his place if you're staying in Penang. He is your local uncle who will give you all the food and activity recommendations. The accomodation was modern and spacious (1 bedroom, 2 bath, large living room, large kitchen, with washer/dryer) so it was easy to live there. We also liked how it was away from the older area so we could relax in a more modern area at night. The area itself is only a 10-min grab to Gurney Plaza and a bit longer into Georgetown so very convenient.

Refurnish Jazz massage seaview Coway near GMC

This unit has an immense seaview and the design was very awesome and instaworthy! I like the rattan chair, it was a perfect spot for an afternoon tea and had a good rest over there. The unit was sparkling clean too. The host was very responsive. They even provide coway water dispenser and dryer. This is a plus point as it makes our stay more convenient. Lastly after a tiring day, a leg massager is sweet to have. I personally like all the thoughtful and personal touches that the host added to the unit. Really looking forward to the next stay here!

Had my Raya stay with my big family. Everyone are happy with their room including my kids because of the bunk bed that they have in the master bedroom. Huge master bathroom. The host is very responsive and accommodating with all our needs. The staffs are just 1 call away, day and night. Abdul and Razak were helpful as well..

I stayed for 9 days, but I could really relax as if I was at home. First of all, all my friends and towels were so clean and well maintained, and the cleaning around the house was in good condition. And all the items were well-stocked, so there was no inconvenience to stay. The view from the living room was amazing with a harmonious blend of the city and the sea. If I were to travel to Panang again, this is the place I would like to stay again.

it is a great experience staying at Alvin's place. It is a heritage house, full with characters. my family and I also want an Airbnb which is bigger than a hotel room and has privacy. This place exceeded our expectations. The place is easy to find, there are a lot of good restaurants nearby(Alvin also gives good recommendations!) Alvin is a very accommodating and proactive host. I would love to come back to stay with Alvin again! lastly, Penang is amazing 😍

Our stay at Cecilia's condo was for 2 months, so it quickly became our little home away from home. Everything met our expectations as per the description of the condo. The bed and livingroom furniture are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies and cookware. We used the stove daily for light cooking and there are two fridges which helps if you stock up on groceries. We loved the nature surrounding this condo and the regular visits by the monkeys. They instantly became the highlight of our stay, for sure. The sea view is also beautiful. There were plenty of cargo and cruise ships to watch, as well as the fishing boats that arrive early every morning. We chose not to rent a car. This location is very doable without one. We used Grab to get to and from Georgetown for shopping and touristy things. Overall, Cecilia's home is a wonderful stay for anyone looking for a natural setting, quiet, and of course monkeys! Thank you Cecilia for being such a gracious host!

We stayed in the apartment for six weeks in November/December 2024 and were entirely satisfied. The apartment is spacious, with a large terrace directly overlooking the marina. Access is easy to the very pleasant, rooftop swimming pool. Straits Quay itself has a wide range of restaurants, some with live music several nights a week. There is also a well stocked supermarket in Straits Quay, with another, somewhat better value supermarket, 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Polly, Sirn Jie's Mum, was helpful and quick to resolve any minor issues. You do need to be aware that you are some distance from the centre of George Town, although with Grab taxi fares into the centre typically less than RM20 (just over €4/$4), this is not really much of an issue. We actually purchased a couple of inexpensive bicycles from Decathlon but you would probably need to be an experienced urban cyclist to feel entirely comfortable on the roads in Penang. We would be very happy to stay here again.

The apartment is really big and like in the pictures, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, day area huge too, with nice balcony. The beach is close and the swimming pool is nice with a kids area. You can take grab to move around or the bus that is connected to George town. The electricity bill is to pay out of the price if you use air conditioning, but honestly there was no need, just keep the windows open. The only flaw is the smell in the house I imagine due to being close for a long time, would be nice a deep clean. Overall a good solution to stay in the peace out of the city!

Our family of 5 (including 1 in a wheelchair) had a great stay at Lynn's place. Lynn was proactive, always responsive, and provides really clear instructions on checking in and accessing the unit. The home itself was spacious, clean and comfortable, and most of all, in a really good location with grocery, retail and a multitude of food options at the doorstep. For wheelchair users, getting from the car park to the lift lobby requires negotiating a ramp, then a single step (for which help may be needed). Apart from that there are no issues with accessibility inside the home as it is well laid out and uncluttered, with wide entrances to the rooms and a large bathroom attached to the master bedroom. We were never disturbed by any sounds from the restaurants at the marina, and everything worked well and we really enjoyed our stay.

The water pressure is very comfortable, the air conditioner is very cold and suitable for the hot Penang elevator is the best few seconds to wait until it is not like other homestay that it takes a long time to wait until the elevator is completely not jammed down here is a shopping plaza very convenient for next year and I have to book this homestay.

Easy to get there and not crowded. There's ample of parking at the lobby area for a short wait. Guards are helpful and know what to do. Ms. Tan's apartment is simple and cozy, just what I like. It's a 2 bed-room with 2 queen size bed in the master bedroom and 1 queen size bed in the guest room. She has provided an extra single mattress which is really useful. Beds, linen, pillow and towels are all comfortable and clean. Just one down-side, roaches tend to crawl out of the bathroom manhole. But then again, we faced this even from our own home. The apartment itself is spacious in all areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen and even the dry area. Common swimming pool and the gym room was decent. There's a separate sauna for men and ladies too. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

We were very happy and comfortable with the accommodation. Packets of snacks (which my kids loved) and sachets of beverages were provided, which was very thoughtful! There's also a water filter/dispenser in the kitchen which we could get hot and cold water from, this was very useful and convenient! We did not spot a single cockroach, ant, lizard nor pest in the house, which is quite rare because it's rainy season and landed houses usually have some pests - the house was very clean. Also towels in every room and basic toiletries provided. Water heater worked well. Thank you for having us!
