Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Tân Phú

Everything about this stay was perfect. The host is very helpful with check-in and check-out, and is quick to respond to messages. The apartment is perfect - spacious, clean, modern, and has everything you need. The location is perfect - easy to walk to all the spots in District 1, and has many stores in the building and nearby. Would definitely recommend staying here and will for sure stay here again next time I’m in Ho Chi Minh City!

I am very satisfied in my business trip this time when renting this apartment. I highly recommend it for everyone to rent. The apartment was clean, tidy, very airy and nicely furnished. The hostess is very enthusiastic and cute, very detailed instructions. I was busy with work to check in at 2am but she was still very happy, supported me a lot even though it was late.

It went very well during my stay. The place was spotless. Clean and very pleasant pool. Everything was perfect during my stay. When I arrived, there were a few amenities missing. The others were very quick to respond to my request. They brought me the missing amenities back in the evening. I usually settle in the center of Saigon. This time, I wanted to get in a little bit and I was pleasantly surprised. the quality of the residence and all these amenities are fine. it takes just 30 minutes to get to the city center by scooter. There is everything you need in the residence (Market, cafe restaurant). Thanks again. I'll be back on my next visit to Saigon.

Very good place. If you come next December, you will see from the balcony the celebrations of the new year! Gym and swimming pool are very good and the area is quiet. Bus to downtown is very close. Very good value for money.

accomodation was nice

This is my 2nd time staying here. I could tell that Khai and his team do read the reviews, listen for feedback, and strive for improvements. Very friendly and accommodating host. Location can’t be beat as it is close to the airport and very private and secured. I feel safe at all times while staying here. Highly recommended!
