House vacation rentals in Tân Hưng

It was a nice place to stay. It was nice to have air conditioning and warm water installed in each room and the living room on the 1st and 2nd floors. Thanks to you, I made good memories with my short schedule.

We loved this place and the hosts here. From the surrounding instructions, everything in the facilities was clean and I liked it.

The house is super beautiful, like the photo, the owner supports our group into the house and is very enthusiastic too

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

Chi's place is great! It's ideal for two people who want a bit of space because there's two bedrooms. It's in a great location. The house feels very traditional and the decor is nice and interesting. Chi's and her sister came across as very nice and helpful people. I liked them a lot. Would definitely stay again if it's possible Thank you 🙏.

Great location for walkable activities and popular restaurants. Reception and security were nice and friendly. and the rooms were spacious. would highly recommend and stay again if ever I'm back in Ho Chi Minh.

The place is clean and quiet. Overall it meets my expectations and I'm happy with my stay. Some notes to take in are The water pressure was a bit low but still ok, and you have to pay for parking fee which was 40k overnight (parking lot is like 500m from the home)

Good Communicate

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Ho Chi Minh City. The property is beautifully done, with clean and spacious rooms that offered plenty of comfort and a relaxing ambiance. The only drawback was that the kitchen lacked some amenities, which made it a bit challenging for meal preparation. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall experience. If you're looking for a stylish and comfortable villa in Ho Chi Minh City, this is a great choice. Highly recommended for its cleanliness, spaciousness, and overall charm!

Would recommend and would stay here again! It’s nothing fancy, but it was a great price for the amount of space and in a fantastic location. So much around and very close to Cho Ben Thanh. Everyone was able to get their own bedroom with their own bathroom. Stairs were narrow so hauling luggage up and down was a little challenging but completely doable. It was nice getting extra steps going up and down. AC in each room worked well. Laundry being downstairs was super convenient.

Your place is amazing. Near to bui vien walking street. Your kitchen has full equipment that's a plus. But, cause I came when tet holiday so we can't park our vehicles in front of your place and sadly there was a cigarette on the floor when we came. But overall is good!

Our family booked the entire building for a week, occupying both units. The layout features multiple staircases (one without railings), which worked for us but may be challenging for elderly guests or very young children. We absolutely loved the location! Right across from Chợ Bến Thành, it’s a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the city center. The property was clean, with cleaners visiting during our stay, and the dual washer/dryer was a bonus. Our host Qui was very responsive and accommodating. The air conditioner in the lower unit was non-functional, and despite a technician’s visit, it remained unrepaired, causing uncomfortable conditions, poor ventilation, leading some in our group to seek alternative lodging. Also, one bathroom in the upper unit lacked water pressure, limiting us to one bathroom. We recommend confirming these amenities before booking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the unbeatable location, cleanliness, and responsive host. A great spot for city immersion!

Overall, I liked the apartment, but we were surprised by the stairs with a large slope that met us at the entrance to the apartment and in the apartment itself 🫣 also, I would recommend changing the towels =) Otherwise, everything is as described, again, thank you!

Clean place, and value for money. Enjoyed the easy communication with Do, her friendliness, and flexibility. I recommend it. It should be noted that the accommodation overlooks a slightly noisy street, which can be disturbed if you are sensitive to noise.

What a wonderful place. I felt right at home and had a peaceful sleep during my stay. First it was not quite easy to find the place because my taxi driver didn’t want to drive me through the alley. But once we called the host, she came to my taxi, grab my luggages and help me to get to the room. Nice neighborhood with plenty of food stalls to eat and you clearly can see how the locals live there. You go down the streets and there’s a variety of coffee bars, fresh fruits, and plenty of typically Vietnamese food. I love it there so much that I’m planning to stay there for the next 2,5 months. Quick and responsive communication with the host. Perfect place to stay and highly recommended ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

During my 3-night stay, the accommodation was nice and clean, and the yard in front was so pretty I think I had a good rest ~ It's a bit of a pity that there is no air conditioner in the kitchen on the first floor. The second and third floors of the accommodation were really good.
