Amazing place to stay! Place was very spacious and clean, it was really comfortable to stay at. The host was very responsive, easy parking access, and the place is near the beach. 100/10 recommended :)

Eric’s unit is very spacious and we have a pleasant stay here! Eric is very responsive and we love the this house. Everything we need is there. Most importantly, every room is equipped with hair dryer and there’s washing machine in this house! I would definitely recommend this house especially for those who are travelling in big group. Would definitely come back again if I ever go back to Sabah for a trip in the future!:) thank you, Eric for hosting us!:)

I really recommend this place! The airbnb provides everything that you would need in a house which includes kitchen appliances (for cooking, condiments, refrigerators and free drinking water), washing machine etc. Everything is well equipped. They provide a hot tub too which can fit in 5 people. Its very comfortable and clean! The whole place is clean! + The sunset looked extremely beautiful from this airbnb! 😍 The host responds well to messages too!

We had a fantastic stay! The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, starting with a thoughtful selection of goodies on arrival, including Sabah tea bags, coffee, wafers, and refilled water bottles. The starter pack of onions, garlic, vegetable oil, and rice was such a helpful touch. The place itself was spotless, with a powerful shower and lovely outdoor seating that made for relaxing evenings. The peaceful setting added to the charm, and the host's responsiveness made everything so easy. A highlight of our stay was the delicious dinner the host brought us on our last night—huge portions of flavorful rice and chicken that we thoroughly enjoyed. This is a kind and caring family that truly knows how to host. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already rebooked and can’t wait to return soon!

Comfortable stay

I had a great time celebrating Valentine’s Day here.

I and my family had a wonderful stay at Kevin's place. The house was clean and comfortable, making me feel right at home. Kevin was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond with his hospitality. We truly appreciated the warm welcome and the thoughtful touches throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

great location near Tanjun Aru beach and has shops just behind the apartments. A 3-5 minutes walk from Kopitiams and laundries available near shop lot in front of the suites. Nice swimming pool and awesome views of the sea and airport. a little noisy at night due to the planes but nothing soothing music can't fix.

Cozy place! Recommend. But parking was very hard to find
